For quick Chinese food it is ok. They don't have unsweetened tea, which I hate at any restaurant. Not everyone likes sweet tea or flavoring of any kids. Just. Plain. Tea. It's not that hard. I also don't like their hidden charges, if you're going to charge extra for a particular meat; then just advertise it with the meal. Again, not that hard. Specific to the Weatherford location. Be prepared to wait 2-3minutes just to get a response from the drive thru intercom. Then be prepared to easily wait 10mins in the drive thru before you pay and another 5 till they hand you your food. If you dare to walk in, don't expect to be happily greeted. When I did go in, there was no line so I waited where you always do to order your food and the two ladies just stared at me and did not say anything. Finally, one of them said, can I help you sir, I said I just wanted to order my food, and they both began to sigh as if I were putting them out. Keep in mind I go to this location weekly. Pissed off is the only way I can describe my experience here. We went 20 minutes before they closed. And they had already locked the door and all the employees were sitting at a table on there phone. They just looked at me and tried to ignore the fact I was there. So I got back in my truck and tried to go through the drive thru where there was other people. This was a problem because I drive a Dually and it's a pain to get through some drive thrus. But I was determined. There was 2 cars in the drive through. The one in front sat at the place where you ordered for 15 minutes. I timed it, and I kid you not. It was forever. After he FINALLY left the other car took less then a minute and rolled on through. We ended up being there until they "officially" were supposed to close. Which was extremely annoying. And at the window they were rude and obviously pissed off which is ridiculous because they weren't even supposed to be closed yet. I watched 3 more people try to park get out and reach the locked front door while sitting in line. I have never had such a bad experience at a panda before but I was just blown away with how incredibly rude they were. read more

It seems that the drive through is always forgotten about. Every time I come I wait what seems like forever behind how many ever cars, then when I finally get to the speaker I still have to wait to even order. Every time we go to Panda Express, we go home disappointed with the very small amount of entre and large amount of side of rice or chow main in a panda bowl. For $1.10 more we tried the 2 entre plate and might've gotten a spoonful more of main entre but a lot more of the side of chow mein. If you go inside to the selection line, something is always nearly out - the chow mein or main entre so you get a server who scrapes the bowl and you get very little AGAIN. I was told I'd have a 4 minute wait for chow mein so asked if I'd mind waiting- I said ok thinking they're already making it but no, I was watching the cooks and the chow mein noodle bags were picked up and started about 4 minutes after I paid. Then waited about 15 minutes - never offered a complimentary drink while I waited, and when the chow mein came out, the To Go line orders started getting filled and new people in line inside that were behind me and 4 others, while our plates sat there. I feel it should've been first in - first out - we had been waiting for our side order to cook and now we're waiting for server to stop waiting on new orders to complete ours. When I got home there were no plasticware or napkins that you should get with to go orders. I had maybe 4 pieces of sweet and sour chicken bites as one entre and about 3 tablespoons of the other entre, and a lot of chow mein minus any vegetables like the onion and celery that is usually in the chow mein noodles. I know Panda Express can make more money by serving 3/4 of a Panda bowl with rice or noodles and 1/4 of the main course entre but I don't go there for mostly rice or noodles. I feel jipped every time. If I go through the drive through it's very slow but today went inside and it was an hour from time I left home to go get food and time I got in the house. I live 5-7 minutes from Weatherford, so you can see how long I was at Panda Express waiting for my food. I would like more onions and celery (vegetables) in the Black Pepper Chicken and in the Chow Mein noodles and more of the main entre portion in a Panda Bowl. Otherwise, the price is way too high for such a small amount of the main course. They need more cooks to keep the selections filled too. The servers need to remember those waiting on their orders should be taken care of before new people walking in. I hope others post about the small serving portion size of the main entre needs to be increased, to send a loud message to Panda Express. read more

I normally love this place. I just moved here from Arlington me and my husband always ate there. This location however was awful. First off when i only got 3quarters of a cup of sweet tea and let the cashier know they were out, i was told they weren't making anymore... They still had over an hour before they closed. The servings were so small i ate my meal in the store when i normally have it for lunch the following day. The shrimp my husband got that they had to make litteraly had no flavor. It was not pleasant. Not the food or the service. There will be no panda express unless we are in the city. Super sad read more

Really rude kid at the drive thru. I put in our order at the drive and the girl taking my order seemed like everything was fine and they had everything I ordered. We get to the window and this young guy processes our card and hands us our bag abruptly and coldly says have a nice night. I stop him from slamming the window shut and tell him I ordered an iced tea. He just stared at me and said "We're out of that." Didn't apologize or offer anything else and stared at me like I was the one with the problem. I said "I paid for a drink." He rudely says "No you didn't." and points to the receipt. I told him I did and he said no, it had been taken off the receipt, like I was supposed to just know that. No communication whatsoever that what I ordered was not available, yet he treated me like I was an idiot and taking up his precious time with the 30 seconds I spent just asking for what I ordered. I know these things happen and they can run out of items. That's fine, but I'm used to much better, more friendly service here, so I was really surprised that someone here would be such an a-hole. This kid needs to learn a lesson in respecting the people who keep him in a job. read more

We arrived hungry this evening and there was no fried rice ready so staff loaded our plates with entrees and let it sit while we waited on rice. Then a customer ahead of us complained he was overcharged so the guy at checkout went to get the manager while we stood there instead of moving to 2nd register to check us out. No one said they were sorry for our wait and I ate cold food...should have asked them to remake our food but I was so done with it by then. Now we can't throw away our trash because the trash cans are full...oh wait I just saw an employee take trash all the,way to other side of dining room instead of emptying trash. September 22nd 2018, pulling up to the drive thru and not hearing anyone for 5 minutes so i say hello, then a rude women comes on saying well if you would give me a minute i'll be right with you. Then proceed to tell my order to a guy that got on the mic. Telling him that i NEED 3 sweet and sour with my meal. Didn't even get the sauce and when she did give them to me they were empty cups. Probably one of the coldest and worst meals I have had in Weatherford. It was cold, and I mean cold. I'm sure it didn't meet health food requirements for temperature. Plenty of food but they didn't seem to care one way or another. I would suggest that anyone eating here should have them put it in the Microwave before eating the meal. $17.00 wasted as far as I am concerned. The Manager should get on the line and see what is being served. 3rd trip here but probably won't be back. The founders should take a look at this operation. read more
