Bad hygiene, worse customer service. Let me clarify, the…read morepeople in the store were nice enough, no problem there. The complete lack of customer service came from management and/or corporate. So we ordered our sandwiches, when I went in there were certain people not wearing hairnets and I assumed maybe they weren't making sandwiches. However there were people who were making sandwiches dealing with storage underneath the counter and the cash register without taking their gloves off and then returning to sandwich making. Seen it before, not ideal, but people get busy I guess. However, when we got home one of our giant sandwiches hand a very long very black curly/wavy hair in it. Almost for sure from the guy who had his long black hair back in a ponytail with no hairnet on. Turns out he was making sandwiches when he walked out from the back. My wife was thoroughly grossed out and we had to throw the sandwich out. From then I tried calling the store but only listed number was not working. Some Verizon thing saying the number wasn't working or whatever. I then proceeded to email corporate MULTIPLE times and literally never heard anything back still to this day. They just straight up ignored me and have continued to do so. If you're going to charge damn-near $20 for a sandwich, practice EXCELLENT hygiene and take care or your customers. Jersey Mikes does not do that and they no longer represent quality to me.
