The outside of the building seems to stay clean but the parking lot is never full when I've been here so that may help. The only reason I am giving this a 2 star is because the food was decent and Brittany was really nice. The other lady behind the counter "Gaby" was completely rude and has no customer service skills at all. We brought some boys to Panada express after a soccer game and they were ordering food. Gaby was talking to the boys very condescending and I had to step in to help order for them. She was basically scolding them. Then when I went to check out she spoke really rude to me and the customers behind me. I would not recommend eating here! read more

Went in at 8pm, they looked like they didn't have much food left, I asked about beef with broccoli and the girl that was working was AWESOME! She said they make it fresh per order at this time of night! Most other places will tell you they are out of it and tell you to order something else, they actually made my food fresh because most of what we were ordering wasn't out. That manager then asked me to write my number on the back of a receipt, then she went all the way upstairs and didn't come back for a long time. Once she did she said she still couldn't figure it out so that she would still comp us for a free appetizer. Phew! Then the original server came over and handed us a receipt and said that she'll be our cashier when we're ready but quickly left before we could say we were ready. Then we waited for another super long while. That server never came back but eventually the hoodie manager came back and quickly took our payment. Very rough and strange experience at HuHot tonight.
