This Panda Express was really good. The food was fresh and delicious. I do feel like it was a little expensive for the amount i received. I walked out paying 12 dollars for my meal but I guess that's pretty regular for fast food now. I'm a huge fan of the honey walnut shrimp if you are looking for something delicious, that's my recommendation. read more

They were very friendly, acknowledging me as soon as I came in (without making it awkward) with a short and sweet statement. I was served almost immediately by a helpful employee who was smiling. But most of all I'm impressed by the food at this specific Panda, for once the entrees I got were juicy and didn't feel like it was drowning in suffocating rice. Way over priced for the amount of food served. Not fresh either. Only went cause Daughter had been craving it (she's only 9) but for $10 more we could have enjoyed Texas Roadhouse. We weren't given teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken, the girl taking our order said I'll be right with you and proceeded to stare into space for several seconds before taking our orders. The food was far from fresh. We definitely won't be back. read more

We prefer to go elsewhere for Chinese, but no one wanted to drive downtown. Everything we ordered was alright, except for the noodles. We had to wait because the cook was in the process of making it. When we did get our noodles, I could smell something burned... I wasn't sure if it was the noodles or something else they were making. I told the server, I hope it's not the noodles! she made my plate anyway. Server probably didn't think I'd taste it? Well I did and I told them how could they serve that burnt crap?! the Spanish lady who cooked it said "ok! I'll remake it!" and smiled.The second pan of noodles she made tasted no different! Usually that Panda is pretty packed. Today I got in at 5pm. One guy in there about to pay. 3 employees to serve customers. So I started my order with that kid which first had to finish his conversation with the other kid. When I ordered Chow Mein I went around the corner to continue my order. The kid that talked to me stayed in his spot which is not unusual. A second person is gonna help you once you are around the corner. Well...I stayed there and waited and waited while the two kids helped a couple that just got in. The third person, a lady, was obviously only a cashier because she did not give a damn that I was standing there to finish my order for now 2 minutes. She rather prepped sauce containers. Anyway, it was obvious that the 2 kids in the front were brand new. They didn't really know what they were doing or how they are suppose to do things. Giving each other looks like.. : "Do you know what to do next?" But now get this....there was manager around them, too. Manager Jamie. She rather chitchatted with the 2 cooks instead of showing those 2 kids what and how to do things while trying to avoid eye contact with. Then "Manager" Jamie came towards me and I thought "Oh..she finally wants to help me while the other 2 kids still trying to figure out how to do their job with that couple that came in after me. But nooooooo......."Manager" Jamie was too busy to finish my order. It was more important for her to make herself a plate ready and to sit at a table and eat. CAN YOU F***** believe that sh***????? Never in my life and never in any kind of restaurant (not even McDonalds) was I ignored like that by employees and Manager. Hey "Manager" Jamie....as far as I was able to observe, you for sure wouldn't have starved to death to help me (a paying customer) before making yourself a plate and sit down and eat ;-) To arrogant because you are a "Manager"???? The only time I would ever go back is when there is a crowd otherwise your food is going to be cold. The staff is friendly but the bathrooms look like there is a homeless man living in them. Overall if you want Chinese food go somewhere else. read more

Super irritated with this location, I rarely get panda but tonight it sounded good. Got online to check what was happening with the store and saw take out was still a thing no special instructions for the store during covid. Placed my online order that was going to be ready at 6:10 arrived right on time and walked inside. Was immediately told sir you need to be outside, kind of shocked I said ok I'm here to pick up my order she took my name and I went outside. I'm annoyed because apparently they have a mask requirement, which I'm completely fine with complying with, but didn't know it was a thing. It was raining like crazy outside and was 55 degrees. Not just that but it wasn't until I finally got annoyed and went inside to get my food at 6:45. There were people inside without masks ordering food what the hell made me any different they had a 60 ish year old man freezing his ass off outside while I watched 4 people walk in without masks order food and leave. If I walked one building down I could have sat down at an Applebee's without a mask and ate a meal. This store needs to get its standards straightened out. But I won't be coming back, hopefully you won't make more people wait for online orders while people without masks go about there business. read more

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE EVER. I have some problems with my feet that makes it uncomfortable to stand for a prolonged time. I tried to order online then pickup my order as a remedy. My experience was less than expected and actually prolonged my wait in the store. After waiting the 30 min for the expected time from the time ordered I walked in to pickup my order and see 4 others seemingly waiting as well and was told I could have a free drink and undetermined amount of time and when press for how long I was met with a shrug of the shoulders I really don't know look on her face. I was told "we are busy". It would have been fast to walk in and order because an hour after placing my order, half of that time was standing in store, I was walking out of the store. When voicing a complaint as I picked up my order by I would guess is the manager because she was seemed to be coordinating with the cooking area to cook something running low her reply was "sorry". I love this West Jordan Panda Express. The food is always fresh and the staff are nice. On my recent visit, there was not enough of the Honey Walnut Shrimp so Megan gave me a half order of something else in addition to the rest of the Honey Walnut shrimp, and she only charged me for the half order, which was less expensive She was very friendly and accommodating!
