I don't understand how people who work in service can be so passive and annoyed when they're literally paid (not very well, I know, but still) to do what you're asking. My husband picked up our that we placed from door dash tonight 11/12/21. At 6:45. He went to Walmart and left there at 7:30 pm. Was not even ready. The girl who was helping him, was incredibly rude to him and was arguing with her coworkers in the back. Barely any orange chicken. Worst Panda Express in the DFW area! I am done with this location. And the general manager should be ashamed and headquarters should fire them for allowing what goes on here. I came last week and the white rice was so old that it was crunchy. Today, a week later it is 6:40 at night. And they don't have any rice. Well, she asked if we could speak at the window. Then when we pulled up. They said we can't order food at window and we have to go inside. I didn't even order food from here I was picking up for doordash. The cashier was unbelievably rude not just with me but with the people that she was ringing up on the line. I thought maybe she was having a bad day so I didn't think anything of it and played it off. But today I went back for another order and the same female that was cashier was now on the grill was walking off when her coworkers would ask her for things rolling her eyes. Went in here with wife and daughter. They had 8 people working so they weren't short staffed. Gave my daughter the scraps of cold teriyaki chicken for her kids meal. My wife wanted teriyaki chicken but they said it would be 20 minutes until they had more. When we realized the teriyaki for my daughter was cold and just the last bits, we asked for something else and they would not replace it but charged us for a small entree. Poor service all the way around. We weren't the only ones in there at the time who did not have a good experience. This is the 4th time I've tried this location. I'm a fan of Panda Express and understand that sometimes you have to wait for food to be prepared but EVERY time I've visited this location I have to wait for Teriyaki chicken and Super Greens. Again, it's not a biggie to have to wait but it seems like this location only makes more once they've already run out. My latest visit they didn't have ice in the beverage machine in the dining area (only the drive thru). Again, no big deal but why would you give me a cup and not offer me any ice? *Did I mention the heat index is currently 102 degrees?!* So my order took 25 minutes (after I ordered it) and nobody apologized or even acted like there was anything wrong. When I've run into similar delays at other locations, they apologize for the inconvenience and typically ask if I'd like a complimentary soft drink or something. (Again not expecting this but at least acknowledging the service was less than stellar makes a customer feel like their business is important). So I'm not going to return to this location and will instead drive a little longer to the Saginaw location which has better customer service, food that typically doesn't make you wait almost a half hour to get it and if there's a delay, they try to make it right instead of acting like it's normal. Sorry Panda, I know this isn't the normal for the majority of your restaurants, just this location needs a little extra training from district management perhaps. read more

The reason I gave them two stars is because every time I order Chicken Teriyaki either from the drive thru or through a 3rd party app, (Uber eats), they always, ALWAYS forget the teriyaki sauce. Even if I tell them, add an extra cup for me. They always forget. After the first few times I would think, okay simple mistake, no big deal they're probably busy and just got rushed. But when this has been happening more than four times you start to get frustrated then upset. The most recent time I ordered from them they forgot my fortune cookie almost to say, your not worth a fortune cookie. I really enjoy their food but it seems if your not hovering over them as they make it your bound to get something missing. I really like using a delivery service to provide me the food from this place but now I've lost all confidence in this establishment to provide adequate service. Remember to always check your food if you go through the drive thru. If you use a third party app like Uber eats, make sure to call the establishment and explain your order and what you want added. read more
