It's Panda! It's fine - not anymore cheaper or expensive than any other Asian food place.

Slowest service ever... I've been to several Panda Express locations in the U.S and this one is by far the slowest. I get they are new but seriously... you shouldn't have to wait 20 mins in a drive thru. The food isn't also the greatest either. It's good but often seems "old" the employees have always been nice though. read more

Rude service, no sweet and sour chicken for our toddler, and laughed at us when we asked for alternatives. The woman in the drive thru yelled at us as well because we wanted sauce on the side. We will not be returning to this location. read more

They make a big deal about greeting you as you walk in. The chain makes a good orange chicken. The plate seems like the best deal. Went with the unsweet tea to save calories and got this "Passion Tea" that tasted like Windex. Maybe it was made wrong? read more

Tried Panda Express last Wednesday . The food was just OK. 35 dollars plus for four "bowls " , three drinks and some spring rolls. Way too much money for such poor quality food. The spring rolls were mostly cabbage and had a horrible squishy texture. The orange chicken was tough and there wasn't very much of it in my bowl. Two trips in one. Just got back from Panda. I had two separate order at the drive thru. They totally messed up my order. They forgot one of my side it was a beef and broccoli. The cashier said that there making it and to pull up to the front he'll come out and give it to me. Waited for 10 mins still nothing. I finally went in to go get. I seen manager talking to it looks like a guy from corporate giving a review or what ever. Told the young kid that I've been waiting for my order for over 10 mins outside. He looked at me confuse and said I didn't work the drive through and I'm saying this right in front of the manager and the guy from corporate. They didn't even care to apologize or ask if they can help. So the guy at the drive through looked back and see me and look pretty stupid for forgetting my order. The two young guys looked frazzled when I asked them for my order. How hard is it to get a side of beef and broccoli. Finally got my order and still manager never said anything. I don't think anyone there should deserve a raise or a promotion. #Horrible #service read more

My plate had 2 pieces of chicken on a 2 entree plate. I called and was kindly helped by Jared. The girl in drive through had attitude and was rude. My friend wanted to add another entree and she proceeded to say "sorry but its already made". Im sorry, but this is your job, dont be lazy. Had to wait 15 minutes for chicken teriyaki and was told to pull around front to wait. Twenty minutes later my daughter went in to check on the food and the employee told her it had been ready for a while. Half an hour for food and then had to go inside and get it. The most rude service ever.. employee picked the chow main up off the payment counter and but it on my plate ... when my wife asked her not to do that she exploded and replied I can't deal with you. I requested better customer service she began to yell at me ... Horrible wait in line in the drive way. They were having issues because they had some people come out and take orders. Then we sat in line for about 30-40 minutes. I couldn't believe it. When we got up to the window finally. No apology for the wait, and no type of discount at all whatsoever. Not that it should be expected. But we were stuck in that line and not even a sorry. Ordered thru drive thru, 3 vehicles in front of me, so about 5 minutes until I reached window, paid for my order and when I'm handed my receipt I am told there would be a short delay for my food, drive to front and they would bring it out. 12 minutes later I go inside to ask about order, was just cooking. after 15 minutes I ask for my money back. Will not be back. They had at least 20 minutes to make my order. read more

The service was a bit slow for what it is, but the place is new, so I can't really knock them too much for the long lines. The food was decent--on par for Panda Express, if you're familiar with the restaurant. There aren't many options in town for good Chinese food, so Panda Express is worth checking out. read more

Been to this panda a few times and I'm pretty disappointed. I'm not sure if it's because it's new or because it's in Wichita but it is not good. The food has consistently been below par. Shop local, go to panda kitchen. read more

I've tried so hard to give this place a chance but after the third time, I just can't. The service each time I have been there was slow with the wait being over 20 minutes. They stated that they did not have what I ordered cooked despite it being around the 6:00 dinner hour. I went ahead and waited and when I finally got the order 25 minutes later, the order was wrong. The employee who brought my order to the car looked like she wanted to be anywhere else but there and hit the sack on my car when she came by spilling rice in the sack. She shoved the bag into my window and didn't say a word. The second time the service was slow and the food seemed to be overcooked. This last time, I went ahead and ordered the larger plate with three meats and fried rice in hopes of having leftovers. When I got home, I was shocked to find a meal with the portion size of a kids meal and barely enough of the meats for one meal. The eggroll was awful tasting and the Rangoon was spilled in the sack like they had thrown it in upside down. I guess I will return to hunans which have always provided good food and good service. So sad that Panda Express doesn't care enough to offer an exceptional experience. read more

First time eating at any Panda Express. Kinda knew what to expect from talking to friends. Went at peak dinner time. Made our way thru the "choose your food" part pretty quickly...that's when it all came to a literal halt. The 1(one) and only cashier was not able to get everyone paid out in a timely manner. By the time we got through and were seated, our food was cold. Not lukewarm, actually cold. We went ahead & ate what we could. The food tasted good but would have been much better if it had been hot. There were not many clean tables in the dining room & no one to clean them off. Lastly, the "egg roll lady" was not friendly at all. We ordered our egg rolls, she threw them on a plate, put them on the tray & walked away. She didn't offer us sweet & sour sauce so we had to try to flag someone else down to get it. My wife and I were extremely excited to try this restaurant after hearing all the great things about it. We were both let down severely. The food tasted like they walked across the parking lot and got it from the freezer at Wal mart. Our chicken was soggy. The fried rice had no flavor, and the egg rolls were stale and tasted like they had been left out. The orange chicken was the only highlight and it tasted artificial and bland at the same time.
