Stopped in for a quick lunch, I was surprised by how clean this resturant is. It was lunch time and the place was spotless. Everything was neat at the drink bar. All the tables were clean, the floor was spotless. The food area was also spotless. By far the cleanest Panda I have been at. The food was exactly like the pictures, and the servings were plenty. I used to get Tofu Eggplant from this location. It's the only thing I eat. They don't have it ready like other items. I have to ask them to make it. Last couple of time I visited, they stopped making the tofu eggplant for me. I don't know why. The did offer to make other tofu items that are not on the menu. I tried once, it wasn't as good. We went to drive off and there was a girl cleaning the windows shaking her head saying they were closed. When I arrived the cashier cut me off. And proceeded to tell me do you want to know what we do have before I could make my order. I understand I arrived at 9:30 and they closed at 10:00 p.m., but there was still a half hour on the clock. The food that they served me was rancid and old. It was the worst order I've ever had from Panda Express. I'm an understanding guy and still made an order with there remaining items, but what they served me was trash. In my recent experience, of purchasing food at this location, I was severely disappointed and unsatisfied with their customer service, and the food quality. My family and I were very content on our way to have a decent meal at Panda Express, once we had begun to give our order at the drive thru window, the attendant to our dismay was very short with their words , quite arrogant, and not friendly whatsoever which was quite, unpleasant. Once we had received our meal and made our way home to our astonishment and disbelief, our plates did not meet the standards of a full plate. The two on-trays were not at the correct quantity level as well as the side of Chow Mien, we were served old noodles because the majority of the Chow Mien was onion and cabbage leaving us the dry noodles mixed in. A 25 mile drive, and a waste of 40 dollars for an indecent meal and poor customer service definitely makes my family and I consider never returning. read more

I've been here twice now with my mom. So far, the inside is very clean, both at the seating area and the food area. I give it four stars because it is easy to find (on the south side of the street), there's a drive thru, and the customer service has been excellent both times. Their food is, well Panda, so it tastes the same as every other Panda. I was just glad to see more food options in Yucaipa other than burgers. read more

I was a little disappointed today with their service. I ordered green bean chicken breast today at noon and she said well it's not ready yet. I said okay, do you know when it will be ready. I'm extremely disappointed with the service we received at Panda Express tonight. The portions were smaller than I have ever seen on a panda bowl. My sons bowl had 5 small pieces of orange chicken on it and a small amount of rice. The employees are extremely rude and didn't even get us fortune cookies I had to go back and ask for some just to be greeted by extremely snotty employees.? I will definitely not be back to this Panda Express. I honestly have no idea how they stay in business with the prices they charge for portions that keep getting smaller and smaller. This was by the far the worst though that I have seen and these employees should be ashamed of themselves. *** update *** the passion tea tasted old and stale so I talked to Brenda the assistant manager was extremely rude and belligerent with me and as I was walking out one of the male employees yelled out there's always pick up sticks... great way to run a business Panda Express! No offer of a discount or refund by management even when confronted with these issues that are obviously on going. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Its unfortunate to leave a negative review, however every time I go through the drive thru, the employees are rude. The last 3 times I've gone, my order is incorrect. It's lead me to take my time to actually write an overdue bad review! They like to argue that I didn't order what I ordered. (I know what I want and why would I order something I don't want??) Once I got home I looked in the bag and it was not what I ordered. I ordered a kids meal and got a plate with only fried rice and chow mein. I called and the Supervisor refused to fix my order. She stated that she could only give me a kids meal if that is what is on the receipt. That was the whole problem. I ordered a kids meal and was charged for a plate that I did not order. I'm not trying to get free food I'm just trying to get what I ordered. I get we are all going through things and living during a difficult time buuuut the attitude and lack of customer service the employees have is sad for the company! read more

This is the best panda express EVER, awesome service and the manager (Elsa) was super friendly and polite. The entire staff was very easy to talk to and answered any questions I had with the menu. The service was fast and the restraunt itself was VERY tidy. This is now one of my top choices of places to go for lunch. read more

The girl working the drive through window was outstanding. She had a positive attitude and was extremely polite. She thanked me for my order after I placed it, then greeted me with a smile upon my arrival to the window. She then thanked me again and smiled as I received my order and exited the drive through. I normally don't do these survey's, but she was such a delight that I just had to come home and let you know that she is definitely a breath of fresh air. The food quality here is usually good however, the service sucks! I've lived here 5 years and it hasn't got any better. Decided to leave a yelp review tonight because I was beyond frustrated. Placed an online order that said it would take 30 minutes before it was ready. So, I wait and go at the time of pickup only to be told they don't have an online order for me. I paid online so I'm not real happy at this point. The gal asks me my name 3 times and days she says she will look at the open orders. 5 minutes later they find my order and say, "sorry, we will start making it now." About 7 minutes later they give me my order. Now, online I didn't have an option to order the crispy noodles so in the notes I requested they add them on. So when I ask if they included those the gal looks at me and and disappears. Another 4 minutes passes and she comes back with the crispy noodles and says I owe her $1. Really? You didn't have my order ready, clearly didn't read the notes in my order, I waited at least 20 minutes in the drive thru and you won't comp a $1 bag of crispy noodles? To which she replied, "sorry, it's a $1." Ugh. read more

The first time that I dined at this location, the food was cold, salty and tasted old. I thought I would give it another try. When we pulled up at the drive thru, it took a long time for someone to take our order. Once we got our order taken, we waited and waited and waited behind one car in front of us to receive their order. After 20 minutes of this, we backed up and left. The business was empty other than us and the car in front of us. We ate at Panda Express in other cities and never experienced such poor service and bad tasting food. Yucaipa's Panda Express represents the company in a poor fashion and lacks any management abilities to let it come to this. I could give them 0 star if I had the option. I ordered online and tried to confirm the order from Panda Express Yucaipa store. The claimed manager "Liz" was rude on the phone and told me that she could not find the order. She also told me that she might receive the order from email later. I walked in the Yucaipa Panda Express to pick up the food one hour later. She came to me the same way , no greetings and rude. I showed her my confirmation email of the online order. She said that "I have to check my email. There is nothing I can do for you if I don't receive the email". She went to the back of the restaurant and came back in one minute with the email of order. It seemed that she did not care about the online order or serve her customers. She received my phone call and did not bother to check her email after an hour. They put my to-go order together without a fork or spoon. I went Panda Express online to complain and received an email from "AI J." from Guest relation asking about details. It has been a week after I sent them the "details" and I never heard back from anyone from Panda. It has been a disappointing experience with Panda considering we have been long term customers. read more

The food was pretty good and I like that the place is pretty clean. They were out of the passion tea, which I love. Not a big deal since it was evening time and I don't expect them to make a whole new batch just for me. What upsets me about it is that they don't put some kind of tag on the dispenser to let customers know it's out. I flipped the handle to dispense the tea and a little bit came out. What do I do now? Go get a new cup? I don't want my soda tasting like tea and soda. I ended up getting the over sugary tea from the soda dispenser to try and match up the taste as close as possible. Also their ice dispenser wasn't working and they kept handing out cups and the customers had to keep coming back up to the counter to ask for ice (filled from the drive-thru soda machine). Why not ask people if they want ice in advance? Why not put up a sign saying the ice machine is out of order? This place has lots of potential. I know they can do better than this. read more
