The cashier held onto my phone way longer than he should have when I paid using Apple Pay. He took my phone in and shut the doors. I had my earpiece in and heard when the payment was accepted and he still had it. For whatever reason when handing me my food, he says nothing with a nasty and rude look on his face. As much as I love Panda Express and have been going there on a weekly basis for years. They really need to close this location. The employees are super nice, but never get anything right. They are incapable of handling several orders at a time. They have made me wait for 30-45 minutes for an order, only to get it wrong. There is no chow mein, so I say is there more coming, she says yes can I charge you first, sure. She writes on our empty boxes and places them at the end of the line, I am then charged, we stand aside and wait and wait and wait . The chow mein is if full and ready to go. Many times they'll send you a text that it's ready but you need to wait an extra 20 min after that. If we go drive thru then better save time to just sit for a long time. The line moves very slow. They have gotten or order wrong 40% of the time or don't have many items ready. There needs to be better management and proper staffing.
