Sooo disappointed in this place!!! About a month ago my boyfriend and i went thru the drive thru and got our usual, only to drive all the way home and realize our food is inedible, the orange chicken old and stale and dried out, as well as the chow mien, clearly not fresh... and the cream cheese rangoons completely burnt, like how do you serve something when you clearly bag it and it is burnt??? You wouldn't want to eat that, so why would we? I gave them a call and they lady I spoke with was very rude, but she said she would put my name down and that they would replace the meals we had purchased, great. Today was the day we decided to give it another try.. we ordered and I told the drive thru server the situation but when we got to the window our name was no where to be found in the book, and that there was nothing they could do unless we had our receipt.. well that would have been nice too know, I would have been glad to hang on to the receipt if I was told it was necessary.. a month ago mind you. Now another lady Elsa came and said there's nothing they could do because we weren't in the book, and that's my fault how? We left without a thing, very upset that they couldn't apologize that our names never made into the book. There went $20 in Chinese food. But here's two more customers who will NEVER be eating Panda Express again. read more

Sorry I didn't hang on to my receipt from a month ago.. but I'll save my self the agony of ever returning to a place after throwing away $20 in Chinese food only to be even more disappointed in this place. I really wanted some Chinese food and when my boyfriend got home with it I tried all my food and it was ALL STALE, the rice was crunchy and the cream cheese rangoons were like they were left out overnight. We called the location and they told us they could only refund us if we came back with the receipt and with no food eaten. (how would we know it was bad if we didn't eat it) and when we tried to explain that we had to eat it to know it was bad. the girl hung up on us. And we called back again and she DECLINED THE CALL. We had to call from a different number and ask for the manager and she said that the manager is on her break and to call back later. Almost $40 for spoiled food. And not good customer service. I ended up getting sick from the food they sent us with. read more

If I could give no star I would! This place is straight disgusting. Food is always old. Never have I gotten fresh food here, or good service! I'd rather drive out 15 miles to a different panda then to have to deal with my money being wasted. Also that bleach blonde b#%*h little girl that works there, thinks she is God gift to earth, total snob, always has a prissy little snobby attitude. For god sakes girl, you work at panda. I could live with the smaller portions that this particular location serves, I am totally aware of that coming here, I could maybe even forgive the fact that my order is typically wrong so I make sure thatvi check the bag before leaving but I will not stand for the poor attitude I often recieve like I did tonight. Uncalled for and absolutely inappropriate behavior. Food tasted good however serving size is bare minimum. Girls there always so rude it's kinda funny. I can pretty much guarantee that every time I go there the girls working will slam the window before I can ask for hot sauce. Not sure why this continues to be the case. Improve customer service and I won't keep going to china bowl down the street. read more

I placed an order through the app, when we went to pick up our paid order they made us walk through the drive thu! I was third in line between cars!! They didn't inform me that was how I would pick up my order on the receipt email or on the app! All other Pandas have you pick up phone orders inside! I will never come back to this one. read more

Went there the other night and waited in the drive through because their card reader wasn't working. The employee gave me a free drink while I waited and then after a while they just gave the food to me for free. Good costumer service! Though they lost money on that order, they gained a repeat costumer out of me! read more

So, it is a Covid review, but got to say the service was slow, which is understandable, BUT totally disorganized! Orders were wrong, and employees running the show seemed utterly confused. It was kind of sad to watch. Whoever the manager is, may need some more training . read more

This location is great and has great employees who make sure your food is just the way you want it and that you leave happy.

The food from this location is always fresh. My family and I always pleased with the food and service at this Panda Express.

I always go to this place and they never give u enough sauces and if u ask for Hot sauce they just give u 2.

The staff is really friendly and the manager is really nice and helpful! Also very clean.
