The cashier held onto my phone way longer than he should have when I paid using Apple Pay. He took my phone in and shut the doors. I had my earpiece in and heard when the payment was accepted and he still had it. For whatever reason when handing me my food, he says nothing with a nasty and rude look on his face. I say thank you and go to take the bag and he just drops it onto my wrist. I drove off totally confused as to what even happened. The food: literally gave me less than a scoop of each entree. I feel robbed to be honest. Never coming here again. Also, saw this toilet ahead of me at the drive thru window. Take it as a sign. Stay away from this location!

Seriously when your super greens have been sitting for multiple hours, they should be thrown away and not served to your customers! Now I will throw them away for you.

It's been over year since we've been to this Panda Express. Was hoping they finally pulled it together. Nope. Still serving the same garbage to its customers. This was a kid's meal - kung pao on one side and rice on the other. This shows the amount of thai chilis that were in a tiny KID'S portion of kung pao. Quality control is non existent at this store, go elsewhere.

Got my food door dashed so I WOULDN'T HAVE TO LEAVE MY HOUSE and they didn't give me my chicken. I had to go out of my way to go pick it MYSELF.

The flavor was good and I enjoyed them, but unfortunately they were missing one of my favorite parts of xiao long bao. The soup. There was very little to no broth inside. The braised beef noodle soup was easily my favorite dish. The broth was flavorful, the beef was tender, and it came out at the perfect temperature. My only complaint was the noodles themselves. They were pretty tangled and clumped together, almost like they had been sitting refrigerated before being added to the broth. Once separated, though, I really enjoyed the dish. We also ordered the sliced beef with hot peppers. The beef had good flavor, but I thought the sauce was a little too dry for my preference. And when they say hot peppers, they mean it, there were A LOT of jalapeños. There was also a small wait between receiving the noodle soup and the rest of our entrées, so the timing could have been a little better. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere, plenty of space, and is conveniently located near Downtown Redlands. Overall, I'm glad to see a place serving good Shanghai style Chinese food in an area where there aren't a ton of options like this. Definitely a place I'd come back to and try more of the menu. 7/10

The service is great and the food is always ready on time when we pick it up. My absolute favorite is the wonton soup because you get all kinds of goodies and fresh veggies in it and it's so comforting. We also love the orange chicken, sesame beef, the boiled fish in chili sauce (it's very spicy but sooooo good with rice). If you want something sweet they also have some smoothies with boba. Really, really love this place. There's lots of room to sit and eat or you can order takeout online. Highly recommend!

We ordered several different dishes: Honey walnut shrimp, lemon chicken, Mongolian beef, and house chow fun with chicken. The honey walnut shrimp was crispy and juicy, the prawns used were large and the nuts added to the dish were a nice touch, Mongolian beef was also flavorful and well made, and the chow fun dish reminded me of Pad See Yew in its use of wide flat noodles but the Chow Fun had a nice smoky flavor, wasn't spicy, and the beef was tender. As you enter the restaurant the ambiance is warm and inviting. The staff that took my order was knowledgeable and patient as I perused the menu. I would come back to this place with family and friends.
