From the moment we drove up to the point of receiving our order was an absolute joke & unbelievable. First of all, when we drove up, no one was in drive thru.... including the Panda express worker that is supposed to take orders. After 3 min, someone came on & said "he" would be right with us. He was. 90 sec later. In a drive thru??? Really? When we drove up to pay & get our order it was another 4 full min for anyone to open the window & ask for payment. Then the Panda worker handed us our order with no comment afterwards......no thank you, no "do you need sauce packets" ...NOTHING. When we attempted to ask for packets he had already shut his window!!! OMG, I was fuming. We had spent $40 plus dollars & this is the service you condone? We sat there until he opened window again & he reluctantly gave us a very minimal amount to use on the very large amount of food we paid for. He was not pleasant nor was he helpful. Today we went here after running errands and to escape the 110° weather. I was hungry too, so I decided to look up online keto friendly options when ordering here. Food is ok, and usually freshly cooked. They don't, however, serve ANY pork dishes. China's primary meat is pork, and they have literally dozens of variations; but not at Panda Express (!!). I get it, chicken is a lot cheaper than pork, but only chicken and a little beef is not a satisfactory menu. Really impressed with the service and staff! 5 stars all across! The staff was very attentive and helpful. We had to wait for the food because they were cooking fresh shrimp, they handed our food to us while waiting. Not the best experience. I was asked to pull around to the 3 green waiting spaces for my food to be brought out that it would take about 5 minutes. 10 minutes into waiting I decided to go inside and ask where my food was this is after having to park in other spaces because the 3 spaces were taken by cars that were empty even though they were clearly marked that they were for customers waiting for food. Once inside I saw the entrees that I had requested on the hot food line. When I asked someone if they could help me that I had been waiting she said yes please wait while I finish this order. I had already been waiting at this point 10 to 15 minutes. They handed me my things only to find out that the order was taken or was filled incorrectly and there were no utensils inside the bag. The unique architecture with a giant panda peeking out of the corner of the structure make it stand out. The inside is certainly as clean and pristine as the outside. Upon entering the facility I was greeted with a cheerful, "Welcome to Panda Express". The layout and the food is just what I'd expect from a standard Panda Express. Sometimes I take it for granted how consistently good their food is all the time, every time. I had the kung pao chicken, teriyaki chicken, with some crispy shrimp on the side. Every item is moist, not dry and serves as a great escape from another burger or taco fast food day. Here's what I liked... * Great food. Just the way I like it... * Very clean and nice looking facility. * Easy access off the main strip, and easy access back on the road. * Easy large parking spaces. * No graffiti tagging up the restrooms.
