I was really craving some good bubble tea in spring for a long time! I found this place accidentally while having brunch in the vintage park area..I agree with another reviewer here that the menu is not well presented. I ordered a strawberry mango bubble tea..it was strange to say the least..when I first saw it, I thought it looked kinda healthy ..but it didn't taste that good or feel healthy ..I would rate this average for bubble tea..I've had better! read more

We loooooove the pandan waffles. We've been here since when they were located on the other side of the complex. And we see you raising the price of those waffles a bit at a time! Lol. It's fine. We'll still get them. We've also had some of the specialty and smoothie drinks and they're all good!! Just cut back a bit on the ice please bc we want a bit more to drink for the cost. Meh, I wanted to rave about how great this new little place is but I sadly do not feel as if I can do that. I've been here twice. First time I got a taro/coconut blend with tapioca and, the second time I got an avocado blend with tapioca. They both were OK and by that I mean I have had mucho better bubble tea from this area. They have so much potential to be a great hole in the wall! Just need to tweak a few things. Not to mention the workers there have not been too friendly either. My friends and I stopped in for some cold drinks and we were all really happy with this place. They serve boba tea, exotic drinks, waffles and some sushi rolls. We just got drinks though. Yummy! Order a Thai tea with tapioca and my hubby ordered a mango passion fruit with tapioca. Both tastes awesome. Didn't try their pandas waffle yet but will come back for sure next time but the baba tea is yummy! They have different verities of drinks hat I am sure anyone will enjoy :) read more

Yummy! I haven't had Bambu in Bellaire, but I heard it's similar. I got the Paradise at Pandan and it was gooood, very refreshing! My friend got the Tropix and he said it was good as well. I would definitely go back for the drinks only and night life music. Good location, I think business will do well. read more

Love that it's so close to home! I been here a couple times, and I always leave very happy. The place is fairly small but there is outside seating available. I love coming here on a Thursday because they always have a different live band playing in the vintage. The first time I visited I had ordered the pandan special from the dessert drink menu, which was very tasty. They allow you to substitute or add ingredients if you would like. Today I got a jasmine milk tea with tapioca and a pandan waffle. The pandan waffle was really good, I recommend you eat it once they hand it to you. So much better fresh! Went today had a Vietnamese iced coffee and a grilled pork sandwhich. Don't here for the Bahn Minh is was gross in sure the pork wasn't fully cooked. Came in for the first time, waited 25mins for our drinks. Other people were getting served before us( after coming in after us) (we even tipped) We came in paid they did not give us a receipt. They asked for a receipt. Saw it in their receipt stack, the girl that rang us up never gave us a receipt. Then owner was kissing up to other customers in there gave a free waffle to other customers! Ask for no sugar added because the drinks are sweet enough! The Passion Jackfruit Tea is my fave! A little on the pricey side, but good anyway! The staff is always friendly and usually pretty quick! I work in Vintage Park and get Pandan at least once a week! I always get their veggie sandwich which is just like bahn-mi. The pickled veggies/avocado/cilantro etc. is always SOOO FRESH. The bread is sometimes a little stiff but nothing too important to complain about. Their veggie spring roll is also amazingly fresh every single time I get it. I feel like they drive and pick up fresh produce every day from a local market or something. Yum! read more

I must say that their smoothies are not my favorite. But their exotic flavored drinks are the best in town. My favorite is the Paradise and also the Passion Jackfruit Tea. Their flavoring is spot on. I prefer them over the other chain Bambu any day. read more

The staff is incredibly friendly and quick too! I love the choices of exotic fruits to pick from for smoothies. Mango Lychee and plain Jackfruit are my two favorites. This is by far my favorite place to go for exotic drinks. Only downfall is that there aren't more locations. Everything I've tried here is amazing. The Vietnamese sandwiches are the best here. Great first experience!! On my way back for a second. The sandwiches are yummy the drinks aren't bad either...a bit on the sweet side, but you can always ask for less sugar. The environment is good. Love this place! Best Thai tea and waffles. Tea is always fresh and the perfect flavor. The staff is super nice and friendly. I love their smoothies, they are delicious. The matcha green tea smoothie is my favorite. I order mine plain without any of the jellies. I am a regular there and they always remember my order. However, most of the time they forget to give me the discount they offer for working in vintage park. I love their new rewards system though, and I plan to continue coming here weekly! read more

My wife and I love Banh Mi sandwiches so we wanted to try Pandan Leaf in The Vintage. We greatly enjoyed the tea and the coffee but the sandwiches and the egg rolls left us unsatisfied. The crisp, clean bite of other Banh Mi sandwiches was missing. We both love pate but did not enjoy the use of it in the sandwich. Stick with the drinks and you will be happy. read more

This shop is fantastic! I love their Matcha Green Tea Smoothie and Pandan waffles! It's great quality food, and I try to eat here whenever I have the chance! If you come on a weekend, there's usually a bit of a wait for your order, but I've never waited longer than 15 minutes. Just tried it for the first time and was a bit disappointed. I got the green tea with tapioca. The green tea tasted kind of like it had a coffee flavor in it and the tapioca was stuck together in a giant clump and wouldn't go through my straw :( read more
