Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience here. I came in for a manicure appointment and needed the powder polish removed (it had been applied there). The woman who removed it used an electric drill that she clearly did not know how to use. My nails are very damaged and will take 6 to 8 months to grow back. The actual manicure she gave me was crooked and the clear polish unevenly applied. read more

Best hand massage ever! I've had thousands of manicures in my life, and Gypsy gave me the BEST hand massage I've ever had! Seriously. Also beautiful gel color selection. Love this place!! I've been here a few times for gel and powder manicures, no appointment and I haven't had to wait more than a few minutes. I appreciate how much time they spend- they don't feel in a rush, and do a very thorough job! Really disappointed with the outcome of my nails. When we first walked in, I noticed that none of the tools were soaking in alcohol or in packaging meaning they hadn't been cleaned which is a hygienic red flag. I asked for dip, which includes filing down the nails, and the woman doing my nails filed so far that some of my cuticles began to bleed. I asked for an oval shape and ended up with things that look more like chicklets glued to my nail beds. By the end of my manicure, the dip was all over my fingers - not just on the nail - and it cost $50!! For that price, I am very disappointed with my experience :( read more

I've been to Pandora nail salon several times since they opened and had several different manicurists and I've been happy each time. The salon is bright, clean modern and cheerful. Gypsy has done my pedicure the last two times and it felt and looked great. Pandora is tucked away off Coast Village Rd and there's parking! Highly recommend! read more

Had the best manicure and pedicure here with my mom today! Literally, it was THE BEST I've ever had. We felt like we were given the royal treatment. Not one thing was rushed and every detail was paid attention to. Got a wonderful foot and leg massage.... I feel like a new woman! They used coconut oil for the massage which I really appreciate as I shy away from smelly lotions and chemicals.
