It is an older jacket of little value due to its age. They offered to send it to me, but honestly, I believe that they were trying to take advantage of a senior citizen. Included in the charges to send the jacket to me was labor and mileage for them to take the jacket to the post office. I understand charging the postage, but honestly I believe they were trying to take advantage of me.

Thankfully we only traded a small amount of points for this place. The pool is nice, the hot tub, nice and clean. The game room, not bad. A little old but the $1.00 per hour price is more on an insult than anything. Any real resort would be all inclusive. The worst part is that there a bright lights in front of each door and if you enter or exit your room at night, a swarm of insects will kindly join you!! The room was very clean and had some updates but when the old fridge was being held up with shims I started to wonder. The stove is the exact same one that my grandmother has!!! Complete with the 1970's knobs and clock! I did work thougha and was surprisingly clean. The televisions are about 15" flat screens. One in the bedroom on the wall and one in the living room. We were not ready for a glorified motel from the 70's that had been converted with some modern amenities that someone decided to refer to as a resort. I'm sorry. Resort this place is not!!! Don't want to knock the place too bad but we were very surprised when we pulled up. We saw the motel style rooms and we looked at each other and thought that maybe they had a motel as well as a resort or perhaps these were the studio rooms. Boy oh boy were we surprised. Thankfully were only there for the long holiday weekend. I had to go back to work and my wife did not want to stay there without me. The place didn't feel very secure either. Just door handle locks. I'm used to hotels having a welcoming smell, but this one was very stale/old smelling. We get to our room and it gets worse. The room wreaks of bleach. It was so bad that it burned my eyes. There was also a slight smell of vomit so I'm not sure what happened in the room or if they just love cleaning with bleach. It was also a handicap room. The clothes rod was so low that our shirts hit the bottom. We had to find an another place to hang them. The clothes hooks were so low that our jackets dragged the floor. The towel holder in the bathroom was coming loose from the wall. Didn't wanna touch it much as we worried it would fall. And don't even get me started on the extremely messy paint job!!! The shower curtain was so high it only came to my knees. So everyone raved about their breakfast (mainly why I booked here). It was not good! The sausage was spongy. The biscuits were dry. The waffle batter was watered down so much that they were terrible. It's one of the worst I've had. Needless to say, we won't be staying there again. Hoping our stay was a one-off. There are no top tier hotels in Crossville, by the way. When you drive up or drive by you see the water stains on the building and the need for a paint refresh. That continues until you enter the elevators, hallway and rooms. Those show wear and poor repairs. Tattered carpet squares rubbed wallpaper and moldy grouted tubs. The removal and repair of wall damage covered by paint that isn't quite smooth and doesn't quite match lets you know why the price is where it is. Again the daily housekeeping looks otherwise good. The only caveat is smell. You can always smell the last few occupants. Please clean carpets and curtains more often. That's all I'm saying. Finally. I registered for the $50 card promo. When I called because I didn't receive it, customer service just says they sent it and it shows delivered. However they could not provide a tracking number or date. I have USPS informed delivery so I can see my mail images and I don't show it. Of course they can't cancel and resend it either. Disappointed. Back to Hampton.
