Good place and food. Fresh food and coffee never fails. Love to sit by the fire place and sip my cappuccino

This location gets worse and worse. No answering the phone. We keep ordering the pizza with pepperoni and bacon (they stopped sausage but won't take it off the board) and then forget the bacon and bread with the salad we ordered. Have to make the trip to Sterling where they at least get the orders right.

Green goddess cobb salad with chicken... highl recommend.

My family come to this Panera often. Great selection of salad, soups, sandwiches and desserts. I typically get the Green Goddess Cobb salad (delicious) and will sometimes get a sandwich (turkey club is my recommendation). Service is hit or miss here (depending on day and staff working). One time I ordered and ate in and my food came out quickly. This last time I came food took a lot longer (looking at limited cook staff working - it made sense why orders were coming out slow). Great selection of sodas and alternative drink products (juices, water and tea). Lots of seating however during a busy dinner or lunch hour you may have to wait to get a seat. Some of my friends say they come here to study or read. Good place to get fresh food or meet up and share a meal with friends.

Steel cut oatmeal with strawberries and pecans

This Panera has been my #1 go to by far for the past year+. But lately... First it was DoorDash taking over driving from one day to the next and suddenly what was working fine just ceased to be, prices went up, and selections narrowed (no more bagel breakfast sandwiches). This was partially not necessarily the fault of the people working at this store. Now, I'm paying the same pretty high price for what is obviously laziness or just plain malice: portions that are less than half full, such as the oatmeal I order almost every single day. Is it the anonymity of delivery? I'm not there at the curb to yell, "Hey, wait a minute!" that makes it easy not to care? I can always switch my love to Joe's and at least get the meats...and pancakes. Do better please - I have been a loyal customer for a decade, plus my entire family loves Panera.

My girlfriend and I came here and had a wonderful lunch on the patio. Both of our meals were great and very fresh. I got the strawberry poppyseed salad and bravo sandwich, both were great and all the fruit was fresh. A young gentleman tried smoking on the patio and the manager came out and handled the situation very well. For the inconvenience the manager gave us both free cookies. I appreciate the service and food we both got.

    HOT chicken and rice soup

This location is the food redemption for all failed Panera's in the area. Don't divorce Panera yet until you come here. I have never received less than hot food and great customer service. I have what I paid for!! I want to jump up and click my feet in the air! I wish my camera can capture the steam from my food delivered from this location. I get excited when I get hot food. All Panera's in Loundon county should take notes from this place! FYI this during lunch rush. Great job!

Great bowl concept just not a fan of dark meat and this is not because there's teriyaki in this dish.

Ok so ordered the "broccoli, w chicken bowl", rice is included. This bowl was 13.99 w tax, got it to my car and was super sad - reason you ask, well I don't normally order chicken dishes anymore because I don't trust the chicken. This dish is why, all dark meat, not remotely appetizing. I'm pretty picky about the meat o eat from restaurants and was just hoping this one would be different. Panera has great pastries, soup and some salads that are great. Customer service was good, but boo on the chicken. Hope it helps another picky eater.

The options are all your typical poke ones, although they also have mango which I haven't seen as often in the area. The bowls were a good size with lots of protein and toppings. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful. I also appreciate that they were very careful not to mix utensils for proteins which helps with seafood allergies. We will definitely be coming back here.

I ordered a salad with salmon (and added extra). I was excited to see that mango and crushed macadamia nuts were topping options (which are rare) and that I could add as many toppings as I wanted for no extra charge. I was also excited to be able to add a 12oz miso soup for $1. My husband ordered a rice bowl with salmon, yellowtail, and ahi. We both agreed that the miso soup was the most flavorful we've ever had and that the poke was the best we've had since our honeymoon in Hawaii (and we travel a lot and often get poke). However, the portion sizes (both fish and bowl as a whole) were much smaller than other decent poke places for the same price. I think we'll come here sometimes since the quality is so high, but it's probably not always worth driving the extra distance due to small portions. We were both hungry after finishing. The only additional toppings I'd love to see are pickled daikon and eel sauce like at Poki DC.

For the price of a PB&J, you could buy a loaf of bread, a jar of peanut butter, and a jar of jelly and make 10 of them. I think they tried to price kids items like adult meals. It was crowded at lunch time, some inside seating, looked like more outside. Parking is in a lot nearby but can fill up. Plenty of drinks and such. Kind of an ordinary deli with comparatively good prices for adult meals when held up against other places in the area.
