My two brothers and I dropped by this Panera's about 730pm on a Tuesday night. We were just a little hungry as we had an In-and Out shake at 4. ( they're definitely worth it). ! One other customer. We ordered at the counter although you can use their pads near the door. I ordered Turkey chili. Ya gotta have chili once in a while. I thought the Turkey version would b healthier. My brothers had a Mediterranean salad and a Caesar. All dishes come with about a 5" sourdough roll. The chili was very plain. I don't recommend it. Sorry no pictures. The salads were very good they said. They have cold brew coffee with their many drinks available in the pour-yourself section. I usually drink water but they have some seeing's drinks like hibiscus tea, green tea with other delightful flavors and cane sugar lemonade. Highly recommended. Drink in the store and take some home to-go! This Panera he good service and my chili was ready before my brothers finished ordering. Typical lovely decor. Btw, a friend says you can pay 10$ a month for unlimited coffee!!! Woo hoo. read more

Don't waste your money on Paneras new $13.00 chicken sandwiches, the buns are flat, the chicken is mediocre, and that crunch is flat croutons on mayonnaise base. You will definitely get your carb load from this "sandwich ". I really was hoping for more, but was very disappointed in the result. This Panera drive-thru always has issues. I'm pregnant and have a 1yr old child, so I kind of rely of drive-thru's. I've been here 3x in a row this past week and they've managed to screw up my order every time, even though I repeat my order to them several times. It's really upsetting because I don't have the time to go back and correct them. If I order a bowl of soup, they give me a cup instead. Another time, I ordered pick2 with a soup and sandwich with another soup and cookie, and they managed to forget my sandwich and cookie. It's always something! We order lunch for the office weekly and it's a hit or miss with the quality and quantity we get. Most of the time I order half sandwich and soup and the sandwich is so small with barely any meat (tuna) on it. It's probably about a teaspoon of meat and a few veggies. I don't know how someone can put together a sandwich like that! Most of the time we're disappointed. The reason we have continued to order from Panera is because we enjoy the food there and it's convenient. We will most likely be looking for other options. I love the fact Beaumont/Banning finally have a Panera. I used the drive through , order a half of a Turkey /Bacon sandwich and a Greek salad. The serve didn't ask me if I wanted a roll, chips or an apple . Then she asked for my phone number. When I receivers my order. The sandwich was small , plus the mayo was dripping out of the sandwich . The lettuce was discolored ( old). My salad had old lettuce , and very small portion . Also the clerk didn't ask me if I wanted a pastry. But on my ticket It stated - $1.00. I did contact to the manager , and his responses was to return for replace . However I live far away. read more

Well I have tried on several occasions to give this Panera a chance to redeem themselves, but they can't manage to do so. I for the most part do the online order and pick it up. However, they manage to forget something every time..... Then when you try to call "it is their busy time" so they don't answer the phone and if they do they are very unapologetic. So for this reason we will no longer be going there for subpar service and food (which we never receive all we pay for) and those who go here know. It isn't cheap! read more

Ordered Chicken noodle soup at Panera on 1st street in Beaumont last night (8/30) in drive through. Got home and it was all broth, very small amount of chicken flakes, no pieces of chicken, no noodles, no vegetables and it cost $8.15. this was a real rip off. It wasn't anything like the picture on the Panera web-site. Very disappointed. I have had salads, beagles etc. from Panera and all were very good. I do not recommend the soup. read more

This is the first time at this location for us. We had bagels with cream cheese and coffee. The one thing that we noticed is that they did not deliver to your table. No big deal. The lights and buzzer went off on the supplied pager and the food was ready at the pickup counter. The bagels were well toasted and everything tasted fine. read more

I don't know why Beaumont can't seem to get it together. I was very excited to have a Panera in town but they are seriously disappointing. I understood bad service when they first opened but it seems like they are going downhill quickly. Redlands has such a better vibe, their employees are so much more friendly and the food is just better. If you have the rapid pick up station, use it properly and put food out there. Ordered a half Caesar salad tonight. It was served with 1ounce of salad dressing! That's barely enough to coat one piece of chicken, a few pieces of lettuce, and a crouton. Very disappointing. Too expensive to get a silly portion of dressing. Don't bother at that point. read more

My first, and probably last, time going there for lunch. I used the rapid pick up feature. First they were out of bagels I had ordered. Ok no biggie. They changed them out for something else, gave me the rest of my order, and sent me on my way. Luckily my fast food paranoia wouldn't allow me to leave the parking lot without checking the bag. Sure enough I was missing my son's mac n cheese. I go back in and they give it to me. I get home to realize that they forgot cream cheese for all the bagels and didn't include the little baguette that comes with the mac n cheese. I. HATE. THIS. LOCATION. I don't like having to carry hot soup to my table. I don't like other customers walking past me with hot soup. I have gotten up to get my order only to return to my table and it was now occupied by other guests. Some of the employees are rude as hell. While others are professional, warm, and attentive. Once, I asked for my change to be in $5s or $1s, the cashier answered, "Ok." Then did not. When I reminded her she said that her register was closed and she couldn't reopen. I told her to get her manager to open the register to refund my money. The drive thru is so very slow. Mainly, my orders are always incorrect. I have called corporate, but I think this is a franchise. Not going back to this location. read more

Quick service, food was ready timely manner. We did self service so I cannot tell you how overall service is. I had a buzzer however it never went off and the woman at the window was yelling out my order so I went myself and carried it out. Not impressed at all. The ladies in the front taking orders are very polite. When you get your food they are rude and I asked for extra cream cheese which they said I needed to pay for, which I don't mind, but i had to wait 5 min in line to get it. I have been coming here a lot lately and the customer service is always amazing even when they're short staffed. They are always polite. However I went there yesterday and got the pepperoni flatbread and they did park me which I was OK with until I drove away and open my pizza and realized it wasn't cooked long enough then I came today and I ordered the macaroni and cheese because it is one of my favorite things there and it's watery it's not that thick creamy mac & cheese that I'm used to getting there's literally water dripping off my fork. Where is everyone?!? About 6 people seated and eating. My wife and I walk in, there is nobody to take an order, so we end up ordering at a kiosk. Very Wierd and slow. Go to sit at at a table in the nearly empty dining room only to find every table is dirty. Cleaned one off myself! Still haven't seen a soul. We both order a half sandwich and soup. They were out of the soup of the day,baked potato at 7pm? $30!!! The "fresco" drinks were watered down. The buzzer goes off for pick up....hurrah! Find two plates sitting at the window...still no people! Who cooked it? Sit down with our child size sandwich and half filled bowls of luke warm soup. Just what I wanted on a cold rainy night. The food tasted good. Won't be back...ever. To charge that much for Costco samples and have to do the ordering and bus my own table is ridiculous. read more

Beware. !!!! We stopped on our way to Orange County to get something to eat and everything from the guy taking our order to the FOOD was HORRIBlE. It took 45 minutes for the food to come up. They never have us a buzzer we had to go up and check and see if it was ready. When we did it had been sitting there getting cold in a bag to go. We told them we were eating in the restaurant . When we finally opened all the food we had no plates and only plastic Utensils.. my sons sandwich was completely wrong we brought it back up to the counter and they said they would make another one. 30 minutes later no sandwich we went up to the counter and they said sorry we didn't know you wanted another one. So happy they opened here! We came on opening day and yes it was super busy and they were out of somethings but overall what we ordered was really good. My favorite green goddess cobb abs my husband loves the chipotle chicken avo melt. We also bought some bagels to take home and all was delicious. Finally a healthier option for food. Rarely have items available when they open for business. If the store opens at a specific time, they should have the menu items available. I order online and get to the store to wait before someone finally tells me, it's not available. Guess they realized it's a lot of work to constantly have to refund money so now they actually have "out of stock" listed on a majority of their items. Customer service responds with poor standard responses about how many items go quickly and are only available as they are freshly made. Wrong answer! They just don't make stuff on their menu! I have to be at work early so thought it would be nice to be able to get breakfast from here but clearly that's not the case. When we were there they were out of bread and a few drinks. The service wasn't too good and the food unless you're a VERY healthy eater doesn't have much flavor and the portions are small. Would recommend this place to any healthy eater out there. read more

I've placed a handful of pick-up orders at this location since it opened, and they screw up so often that I now have to open the bag and go through the entire order before leaving the restaurant. They've left out half of a pick two order, given me two cookies when I ordered a 4-pack, given me Fuji Apple salads with no cheese on them on two separate occasions. It's always something missing, rather than an incorrect item. I've placed a fair amount of rapid pick-up orders at other locations, and have never had an issue. They don't even package everything up as well at the Beaumont location. I was initially appreciative of the fact that this is a new location, but I no longer consider that a valid excuse at this point. read more

Would put less than a star if I could. In an effort to support local restaurants, I have been very patient with this location, forgiving and forgetting errors in orders, missing ingredients and chicken noodle soup that was all broth and no chicken noodle, but the latest incident is the last straw leading to this review. I mobile ordered multiple breakfast sandwiches. I went to the pickup area and received only 1 sandwich. I inquired and the worker said she would start making the missing number of sandwiches. I waited patiently. When I thought she was finally done, she walked away and disappeared for some time with the half made sandwiches sitting there. I asked someone else who continued to make the sandwiches and also left. Apparently a big ticket catering order was the priority of the day. Instead of righting their wrong, I asked the same worker who didn't seem to have a care in the world if she could finish my order as it was already late. She said there were no eggs. I went to the cashier to get a refund as this was not going anywhere and the cashier took her time with another customer and didn't care. In a time crunch, I left and reported to corporate. They tried to offer me a reward for free food to return effective immediately or take a refund effective in 30 business days. After indicating why should I have to wait for my money back for a mistake that I didn't make? Corporate responded IF my refund gets approved, it could take 30 days depending on my bank. In other words, they are not taking the blame for poor customer service, lack of leadership and bad training, but accepting the subpar service given to a loyal customer and instead shifting blame to my bank! If you don't mind the refund headaches, accepting subpar food and rude workers that don't care about the customer, then this is the place for you! I'll pass on panera in the future and I'll take my business to their competitors. read more

Ok I took 2 friends Sunday January 6 I will start with the positive the place is very modern and clean the young man who took my order was polite and informative and the buzzer went off almost immediately thinking my food was ready well now the bad news one of my friends is vegetarian and after ordering and paying was told the quinoa lentil bowl with cage free eggs was not available he was a good sport and got the diva noodle instead even though he is trying not to eat carbs and I was never offered the difference in price just .50 less but still give me the refund and also while my ancient grain arugula salad was well made my half ham sandwich was just shredded pieces of ham not very filling 3 lunches with drinks over $41.00 not the cheapest lunch. Panera has alright food, I don't have high expectations. But when I spend $50 on a to-go order inside the building I would hope to get everything I ordered.
