Honestly, probably the worst service I've gotten out of Panera in a long time. I was texted an email that my order was ready and when I walked up for rapid pick up the gal was very rude and said that they were busy and that it wasn't ready. I have no problem with that. Other than why tell me that it was if it wasn't. Then when I asked for cups for my catering drinks, they told me there was a charge. And I got a whole box of coffee and they didn't even give me any sugars or creamers, and it was just package and professionally. read more

The people who work here have to deal with so much bologna. When I arrived it was during the lunch hour blitz so it of course was slammed. After waiting a while, I went to the counter to see if my order was ready. To my surprise there was a Karen and Ken acting hysterical and self-entitled. To my understanding, something from their order was stolen from the counter and they were demanding a cash refund... after using debit. Doesn't work that way. The team of course was willing to offer a refund, but via card and not cash. Oh boy, the doubles K's didn't like this and started going of tangents about how everything was managed poorly and unsafe and acting like children. Why did they think it was unsafe? Because the staff were handling cash without gloves... but yet Karen and Ken didn't seem to care about being inside the building without a mask. Totally logical thing to be concerned about if you're a hypocrite. Anyways I got what I ordered and nothing was wrong with it. Portions were on point and it was delicious. I have only one complaint; I didn't get there in time for a bagel, apart from that it was a pleasure to visit. It was easy to order and pay for the food. I've eaten at many Panera locations, but this one lacks in a few areas that could be easily fixed by efficient management. Today is a manager standing talking to two people, one person is behind the register taking a catering order for the next day while there were five people in line. I had a problem with the ordering pad, and it directed me to ask an associate for help. It was difficult to get the attention of an associate even though I was standing right in front of two of them. I don't know if anyone ever reads these, but if they do, you'd be advised to train your workers and managers to pay attention to what is going on in their workplace. read more

Staff at this location are exceptional! They are so polite and courteous. They welcomed me with a great good morning and were very attentive when taking my order. Seems like this establishment has a great team environment and that makes coming here a pleasure. The food was fresh and delicious. Inside is very clean with updated tables and chairs. let me start off by saying we have tried seven times with this location... seven times!!! jonathan f. the manager, is the absolute worst manager i have ever encountered. after my husband was put on hold and never returned to i called on my phone, and my sons phone, just to get through to the manager....jonathan f!!! he did not offer any explanation, nothing! he doesn't care how he manages his staff, he doesn't care that his staff continually steals from the customers by not placing items in the bag.... seven different times over seven months!!! we order at least 2 bread bowls (every time), and they never give them to us! you know what their offer is??? we can drive back over 17 miles and pick it up!! are you kidding me!!? i doordashed 5 of those times.... its their job to make sure the items are in their closed papar bags!!! not my dashers!!! you know what...jonathan f. offered one excuse....you know what that was...."sorry, it's been hectic." i responded with....for the last 7 months???! because as far as i was aware the restaurant industry is suffering due to the pandemic! i'm getting ahold of the gm, district, and regional manager along with complaints to corporate!! jonathan f. you made the wrong choice by offering nothing more than an "it's been hectic" ... you are a poor example of a manager!!! you did not state you would speak with anyone, nor would you yourself start checking quality...nothing!!!!! all you did was say "it's been hectic." and i dont want any free food, which you did not offer any way, nor did you offer my money back... not to mention no napkins, or spoons were placed in our order. jonathan f. you might think its fine practice to allow your employees to not put in items that were paid for, so you can keep your stok up, and resell the same item multiple times, but lets see what your upper management thinks!! read more

Very much like the other reviews, the quality of food is ridiculous! I ordered the Asian Chicken salad and arrived home only to find a container of lettuce and some chicken with wontons and NOTHING a else not even dressing. our order was 38.0 for a salad and two bowls of soup and a half sandwich. I don't mind paying for quality but like many before me have said it's not even something the grocery store would sell in their deli For half the price. Sad but i guess that speaks to why NO ONE a was in drive thru at 6 o'clock at night. read more

I drive home and my two hot chipotle chicken sandwiches are missing I live 10 minutes away so not just around corner to find out my food is missing! This was a waste of my time and money to drive back and the manager offered was a free pastry and that's ridiculous. What a waste of my time and money!! Kindly ignore the exclusive club of Yelpers that seemingly line up in anticipation of an establishment's opening, then proceed to relentlessly bash the place once the doors open for not immediately being a finely tuned instrument of tasty service. First week or two was rough, but I've gone twice in the past three days and it's smooth sailing now. The soups are hot and delicious; a welcome commodity to an area that was completely void of such and I am over-the-top grateful for it. The sandwichs are delicious and put together with care. The service is friendly, and the establishment is kept squeaky clean. Not sure what else they can do to appease the masses except maybe give out free foot rubs while patrons eat. Love the place... Instant favorite. Sometimes nothing hits the spot on a cold December day like a hot bowl of soup, and this spot does the trick. read more

Oof. I didn't want to leave them a bad review the first time I visited because they had literally just opened. Now, revisiting a while after they opened their doors, the same issues persist. I understand training takes time and there are kinks whenever a business starts in a new area. However, there are some fundamentals that a restaurant needs to get figured out fast. This Panera Bread location is struggling with two primary issues. First, the speed. I get that it's busy since people are curious to try out the new place in town, but 7-10 minutes to deal with each customer in the drive thru is crazy. Sonic is backed up too, but my experience through the drive through - with much larger orders - has been pretty expedient each time. Second, food quality and quantity. I've ordered two sandwiches since the opening. Went home to discover both were burnt and contained very little meat. Most of the meat was over cooked and had a jerky texture. The pastas and salads have been better, but it's difficult to mess those up. This past time, they also forgot an item. With how many staff are shoved in the kitchen, stuff like this should not be mixed. I want to be excited for Panera, but they really need to get their act together. read more

As a long time customer of Panera Bread around the country, this location is very disappointing. The demographics for this store include two +55 communities (over 5,000 people) many with walkers, canes etc. Yet, they do NOT offer "Order from the table" or will they deliver your food without specifically asking. Their surrounding locations, about 20 miles away, do have these features. Even the multiple fast-food eateries adjacent have "table service". Additionally, observe the soup pricing! A "cup" contains is 2 ladles whereas a "bowl" is 3, but the pricing is more than1/3 more. read more

This Panera is a joke. Incredibly mis managed, yet usually very busy. Verifone kiosks often are " fussy" ; Panera Corp would do well to find a different provider. Often out of coffee ; sometimes the coffee is cold. This morning ,my friend waited 25 minutes for decaf and that was after they were told they were out. My dark roast was cold and another 25 minutes before they brought out hot coffee. Bathrooms are dirty and toilets sometimes disgusting. Went this morning and went thru three ceramic cups before i found a clean one ; I guess they just wash 'em and throw 'em on the counter without looking. I'm not talking a speck or smudge , these were Dirty. Floor was last mopped in 2020 I think. Outside eating area is generally dirty with nasty stains on the concrete. We are regulars and if it weren't for my friends I wouldn't go here on a bet. read more

Panera is honestly a staple in our house now. There is no other place that you can grab a "fresh"/fast meal that is (mostly) consistent each time and tastes good. They seem to use decent ingredients and we haven't had any major issues when we takeout food. Occasionally they'll run out, but have other things in place to make sure things go well. My grandparents practically live on the turkey chili and I love the BBQ chicken mac n cheese/fuji apple chicken salad. The portions are smaller than what you might expect for the price and that's where my star comes off, but they don't set the price - corporate does. My rapid pickup orders always come out fast and hot. Desserts are good and the smoothies are good too. I really don't understand where the bad ratings come from, they're a god send for the Beaumont food desert. read more

Ordered a toasted & sliced bagel with cream cheese and a cinnamon crunch latte on the kiosk. Got my bagel it was not sliced or toasted so I asked for them to slice & toast it as it said on my receipt. Got it sliced and toasted and still no cream cheese. She blamed it on the kiosk not sending the orders properly. Then I get my coffee and I can tell it's definitely not full so I open the lid and it's a little over half filled with some froth on top. I have not taken a sip out of this coffee yet the first photo is when I first received it and second is after I waited for the froth to go down. Super disappointed with this visit. read more

The incredible server name Noah has gone above and beyond my expectations, me and my family haven't been to Panera in a while so the menu has changed.. he was definitely patient as I attempted to navigate the menu while in the drive through. We Got our food in a timely manner. His overall customer service just made me and my family excited to come back again and order more new items off this menu. read more

I got a huge long blonde hair in my salad, avocado skin and the dressing container was not even halfway filled. I called the manager just to let him know and he was just not bothered. He seemed like he could careless. Didn't even say much to me other then "sorry" at the end. In case the manager sees this, (I think his name was Kyle) I didn't want a refund. We made an online order at 6:12pm on 02/06/2021. We then got to the store to pick up the food at 7:10pm. After arrival, we had someone come out and tell us that they never got the order and they'll look for it. At about 7:20pm he came back out and said that it was on the printer and they are finally going to make the food. We waited until 8pm (in the car) before they finally brought out the food. Then we went through the items and noticed that we were missing stuff. We went back and had to wait in the drive through (we didn't have a mask to go inside) and after waiting about 5-10 minutes there, we finally got what was missing but we got home and the food was cold! I haven't been to Panera Bread for a while but I have to say they still have some of the best food around. I love their broccoli cheddar soup and their white cheddar Panini with beef. Are usually tell them light on the beef heavy on the cheese. There are bagels in there baguettes are so good. I really think one of the best things they have is the Asian sesame chicken salad I love the dressing and the chicken is really good. I always ask for extra dressing. They are a quality company and during this terrible time of having to socially distance from everybody I hope we don't lose them. They are a real asset to our community. Thank you Panera Bread. Didn't get order correct. Didn't have pastry I ordered so they had me pick what was leftover no offer of a refund. Got all the way home and found the soup from my pick 2 wasn't in the bag. Called and spoke to Nathan who said I could drive back out to get my soup or get a refund. I said just refund it and he told me that I had to drive back out to get the refund!!!! Finally something new and exciting to eat in town! Drive thru took over 30 minutes (not complaining because I expected it to take awhile but just letting people know) however their food is delicious! I got the pick two with the autumn soup (butternut squash with pumpkin) and the modern caprese sandwich. Both were so delicious and also vegetarian friendly! They also have vegan options as well! Don't forget to sign up on their website as well if you don't have a rewards account with them. As part of signing up for the first time they offer a free pastry! Manager is completely clueless. Kept waiting over 20 minutes in the drive thru. All the other drive throughs for all the other restaurants will have a customer waiting for a large order park in the parking lot so an employee can bring them the food and not have everyone else wait forever. My two brothers and I dropped by this Panera's about 730pm on a Tuesday night. We were just a little hungry as we had an In-and Out shake at 4. ( they're definitely worth it). ! One other customer. We ordered at the counter although you can use their pads near the door. I ordered Turkey chili. Ya gotta have chili once in a while. I thought the Turkey version would b healthier. My brothers had a Mediterranean salad and a Caesar. All dishes come with about a 5" sourdough roll. The chili was very plain. I don't recommend it. Sorry no pictures. The salads were very good they said. They have cold brew coffee with their many drinks available in the pour-yourself section. I usually drink water but they have some seeing's drinks like hibiscus tea, green tea with other delightful flavors and cane sugar lemonade. Highly recommended. Drink in the store and take some home to-go! This Panera he good service and my chili was ready before my brothers finished ordering. Typical lovely decor. Btw, a friend says you can pay 10$ a month for unlimited coffee!!! Woo hoo. read more
