Disappointing. The environment was clean and the service was polite. On those two variables I'd rate this Panera high. However the food disappointed. First, if one is looking for an example of shrink-flation, here it is. Three 2-for meals were ordered: 2 salad / 2 soups and one sandwich and soup. The portions of salads were tiny, salads were anemic. The creamy tomato soup was excellent, however the broccoli cheddar was watery and lacked flavor and the creamy chicken and rice was gelatinous and unappetizing. We spend $40 dollars for three tiny meals. No value... not worth it. Baguettes were the star. We live in an area where there are no Panera stores. It has been 7-10 years since we've visited Panera. If all food quality has diminished like this, it will be a very long time before we return. I recommend a pass on this store. read more

Not only has Panera raised prices significantly, but they have reduced the size of their bagels (see picture). I used to frequent the Panera at the Greene, but have stayed away due to the huge price increases. Why pay over $10 for a sandwich when you can get much more within 200 ft at Potbelly's. I know the size of the multigrain bagel. When I opened the bag, I knew it was smaller than any other one I had ordered before. What a ripoff. And I'll bet they did not alter the calorie count. Chicken salad and a very good BLT. The salads. We are not crazy about the lettuce. The lettuce included the white stocks which should have been discarded. Otherwise fine. Soups. Some very good soups. My wife loves the chicken noodle. I like the black bean. Drinks. I joined the Sip club. I bring home Agave lemonade and add a few ounces to La Croix to make a pleasant low calorie drink. My wife went there to pick up lunch for us. She identified that she has a dairy allergy. When you let them know about a food allergy, they're "supposed" to package the allergy order separately to avoid cross contamination. They placed her food in with my order. She to request they re-do her order and pack it separate. Additionally, my order (cibatta cheesesteak and french onion soup) was NOT to have any cheese on it. It's a good thing whomever was getting our food ready was paying attention (sarcastic) because I found cheese in my soup. This is NOT the service we expect. We've eaten at this Panera (at The Greene) several times without this poor service. I wish for the food prep individuals to receive a severe reprimand for this. Food allergies are serious and can cause hospitalization when the food served is not carefully handled. Thankfully, I do not have a dairy allergy. absolutely delicious! my cousin and i tried to order online- it got confusing, so we went in and ordered our food. this came our within 10-15 minutes, impressive. our food was warm and fresh. the tomato soup was creamy and the croutons added a nice crunch. my sandwich was unbelievable great, warm, crunchy, soft, and very cheesy. but my favorite thing was the baguette, the bread was warm and soft and just the perfect type of bread to dip in your soup. the restaurant was not too crowded, and had a nice cafe vibe. this meal was great, definitely recommend. read more

The weekend day store manager there... Jennifer.... a complete BITCH. You can tell she hates her life and is at a dead end job with no real future. She was distasteful from the moment we ordered to the moment we left and was that way to everyone in the line. Ordered a Frontega Chicken Panini, one I get biweekly for years now. She added Dijion mustard to the sandwich instead of the regular chipotle mayo. Being allergic to this, I went up to the counter to inform them that my sandwich was incorrect. I was just hoping that they would remake the sandwich and apologize. Instead she was rude and dismissive. Informed me that Panera doesn't have Dijion mustard and the sandwich was made correct. When I was insistent that the mustard was yellow with a strong distinct odor and the chipotle mayo was orangish....she bought me a sample of the mayo. Which was indeed orangish!!! (Picture below!)However she still refused to acknowledge the error. Saying that to her eyes it looked the same. Further she stated that when cheese melts with the mayo it become yellow... "so it's your eyes." She offered to remake the sandwich but informed me that it would look the exact same. So it "would be a waste and pointless. (I don't think my allergy is pointless! ) I asked her for a refund if that was the case. She didn't refund me the full total, all the while telling me, her near by staff and the people in line that she was "trying to keep the drama down." What Drama? Just asked for a sandwich to be made correct per your menu!!! No drama on my end, no yelling, no screaming, no Karen here. After we left, we walked over to Nordstrom Rack. About 20 minutes in, a woman approached us and informed me "that the girl at Panera is always that rude." Apparently she treats everyone like that and this particular woman experienced it several times. The place closes at 9pm. We walked in at 8:35pm to have a bowl of soup after a cold soccer game. The person at the register was very clear that they closed in 25 min and we should be done eating by then. Also, the bathrooms were closed and they refused to open them for us. They said they were already cleaned and closed for the next day. Well, before leaving we saw the bathroom open so we went in and they were very dirty still. So they also lied to us. Panera bread is one of my favorites. This particular pansra is nice sized, and has plenty of parking! My son said the cookie was too sweet, but he was also eating a cookie for breakfast. Pizza is terrible. This Panera is fine for everything else. They don't have real pizza ovens and the crust was terrible and the toppings were very thin. We each had a cheese flatbread. We took it home. The crust was so bad, we reheated them in our convection oven. That firmed up the crust, but dried out the toppings. We get flatbread pizza from the Cheesecake Factory on a regular basis. Their pricing is the same as Panera. Their crust is good and the toppings generous. It tastes just as good after reheating. The Panera cheese and tomato topping was so thin, it had never had a chance surviving the reheating process. read more

Covelli Enterprises, the franchisee has embarked on a cost cutting exercise which is reducing the quality of the food, the level of service and the customer exprience in general. Wi fi at this location is slow an unreliable. It pales in comparison with that available at the nearby Starbucks where the Google wifi consistently achieves 30Mbps downloads with a crowded store and many people online. Covelli just seems to be unwilling to pay for better wifi. read more

I'm not going to review Panera in general, rather this specific store. Come here on a weekday and the service is decent if you're lucky, come here on a weekend and you're pretty much screwed. Why is there only one person running a cash register when there's 10 people in line? Why is the manager chatting with another employee about their weekend plans after work when one person is making food, and extremely backed up? Why is it when I order a specific bagel, then hear an employee say they don't have any more for today, or else they won't have any for tomorrow, denies ever saying that and insists they're really are out? I hope corporate sees this review, and gets some decent management as well as enough employees for when it's busy. I've been going here for almost 2 years and have seen their customer service steadily decline over that time. They've lost my business. One more thing, how about not parking your delivery vehicles in the 10 minute to go park for hours at a time? read more

This was my first time visiting this Panera location, I must say I was pretty underwhelmed with my experience. The line was decently long yesterday (a Saturday) evening around 5 PM. I ordered the chicken Cobb salad which is supposed to come with avocado. I asked to substitute the Gorgonzola cheese with a four cheese blend. My husband and I both ordered salads and our order was ready in record time. When I saw that the salad came with hard-boiled egg I was expecting it to come with more than just HALF one that wasn't even chopped up. Not only did I not receive Gorgonzola on my salad, I didn't receive any cheese at all. Additionally I felt like there were entirely too many stems/hearts of romaine in the salad. I felt like something was missing but I didn't figure out until the end of the meal that my salad had no avocado want to whatsoever. Since I had already eaten my salad and we were ready to go, I didn't bring it up to any of the staff at Panera. It seems like the people in the kitchen lack the attention to detail necessary to get the orders correct, but surprisingly my husband's order was completely correct.
