Improve your customer relations and your woman's bathroom light. Manager with dark curly hair and glasses says just move around and it will turn on and there's nothing I can do about it. Honestly, I kinda want to just pile onto how much hatred this place has coming at them. I'm confident that the staff are terrible people down to their core, especially the managers, and that the food is heavily overpriced for the amount that I've seen be served in the photos posted. Seems like this should be a business that is boycotted or reported to the food and health administration just because. At the very least, write back to the numerous customers complaining about the quality of food and service. There are so many nice things I can say about the woman working the cash register! She is always kind, sweet, and on top of things. BUT i have yet to have a cinnamon crunch bagel that doesn't taste like garlic--it's so gross and wrecks my breakfast. My guess is that they use the same cutting board/knife/toaster as they muse for the everything bagel not realizing it is leaving bits of crumbs and tainting the sweet bagels. All it would take to fix this is to either use a separate set of tools for the gross garlic ones or be more fastidious about cleaning. More than once I've left (including right now) half of my bagel because it's so nasty. When I looked at the bottom you can see sesame seeds, poppyseeds, and so on all over the bottom. read more

I really like this Panera bread. The food is fresh and tasty and the service is right on. They even have a great bakery, full of delicious baked goods, bagels, breads, and sweets. I try to come here once a month and pick up bagels. We ate lunch there the other day my daughter and I we both got the half sandwich and a bowl of soup and it tasted like homemade deliciousness. Great customer service all around. I had never been to a Panera Bread till that day. The cashier walked me on suggestions on what to get and also what was his favorite dish. Also I didn't know where to pick up the food and he showed me where which was very nice of him. To begin with I got the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Sandwich with a Mango Smoothie as my drink though I took off the tomatoes and avocado from the sandwich since I dislike them. Not gonna lie the sandwich was delicious so tasty honestly it was spicy which I loved too. Furthermore for being my first time going to a Panera Bread I really like it a lot everything was simply great from customer service to the food. I absolutely love our Panera Bread!! The design is modern, and the place has great AC. The food is very fresh and quite tasty. My favorite sandwich is the mediterranean veggie sandwich. The veggies are crisp and the bread is delicious! My favorite soup would have to be broccoli and cheddar, and it's even better in a bread bowl. The cheddar is warm and it costs your throat, like a delicious cheddar blanket! The broccoli is definitely a nice touch to the soup, and it wouldn't be the same without it. The drinks are very nice, with soft drinks and other options. I like the prickly pear hibiscus with any veggie based options, and soft drinks with any soup option. I would recommend this restaurant if you want to have a causal lunch with a friend, or just by yourself! read more

Not sure what is going on with Panera. I can't see them making much profit by giving people a smaller cup size for coffee but the last 4 out of 5 times within a month's timeframe I was given a smaller cup size when ordering a large latte. I caught it the first 3 times and made them give me the correct size but the last time I was in a hurry after the long wait in line. When you're paying $4.68 for a large you expect the right size. I order catering for work at this location every so often. They always do a great job, and the girl who usually delivers our order is very friendly. When I place the order, they call to confirm everything, which I love! It makes me feel reassured that my order is taken care of. Sandwiches are on the smaller side, but the chips and a fruit tray is enough to fill everyone up. Their iced green tea is good. Panera is the bomb when you are looking for healthy salad and soup options for lunch. It is also the bomb when you are looking for unhealthy pastries and baked goods. If you don't know this, get to know it, because these are the facts. I wish they didn't just have Pepsi products, but whatevs, I just get unsweetened tea instead. The thing about this one...seems they have put in a drive through. Not all locations have a drive through so that's pretty nifty. The last time my daughter brought us soup & sandwiches home, it was suppose to be 2 turkey sandwiches one tomato basil and one broccoli cheddar. When we opened it it was no sandwiches but two tomato basil soups. I didn't want tomato basil. Irritated & frustrated that they're 39 minutes away from us we called them. Told them the problems. A few complaints about this establishment: #1: pushing a panera card on me. If I wanted one, I'd get one. #2: Parking. They have to share a lot with AT&T, so it is sometimes tedious to get parking. #3: They only have potato soup on Mondays and Wednesdays. Seriously? When we first walked in not a single worker spoke to us. After ordering, some of the people in our group's buzzer went off. When they went up to get their food, a worker rudely told them that our friends food had been sitting up there for forever. The worker proceeded to be rude and disrespectful.
