I'm a sucker for the green goddess salad at Panera, and the many drink options! The pick two is my favorite when I can't decide on something. They often make mistakes at this location and get the order wrong, but they correct it if you let them know at least. This location is quick and clean!

Here how I got my sourdough bread sliced and bagged today! Please teach your employees importance of customer care!

Arrived to pick up a large order for a work meeting at 7am on a Friday and found a homemade note on the door posting new hours. Your website still notates a 7am opening, but your homemade note states 8am. How frustrating and terrible business!

Achoo! Excuse me. It seems every time I come to Panera, I have a cold. The wife and I love the Big Kid or Fontina grilled cheese sandwich along with some of their delicious tomato soup. Nothing warms us up better than the soup- in a bread bowl- or not. Either way, delicious. I have most recently discovered their breakfast menu and am currently going on the tour for those options. The Burnsville location has one downside and that is parking. It sucks. It's not their fault though, it's mostly the ninja mall customers parking to sneak into Dick's sporting goods. The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Service speeds tend to be a bit slow here so you will find yourself meandering by the fountain drink station waiting for your food. This is the case mostly with to-go orders. If you're eating in-store, they give you a buzzer to hold onto at a table of your choice. Overall it's a valid noms option if you're in the Burnsville Center area and you're trying to avoid Applebee's (as you really should). Their sandwiches are delicious, pastries are delicious and of course, their bread. Stop by for breakfast especially and some grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup if you're under the weather!

I was unfortunately disappointed with my visit to the Burnsville Panera. I am an avid visitor and love to get their Mac and cheese. Today I was given something that resembled their signature dish, but was not the smooth, creamy white sauce. The dish was cold, clumpy cheese and I ended up throwing over half of it away. Normally I would brush this off as a one time thing, but has happened to me once before at this Panera and this location only. I would rather have gone to Target to get the Mac and cheese the in refrigerated section for a lower price than stop in today. I will still continue to visit this location while close by, but will choose another when convenient.

Latest 'tiny' sandwich from Panera. Was told this is the 'standard' amount of meat so it was made correctly.

It's definitely a sub above , with hot and cold sandwiches for options!…read more This location has a very friendly staff, this place is always busy! I think everybody knows about the quality and how they make it right in front of you where they sliced the meat ... Recently, I got the spicy chicken sandwich, which I've never had ! I would give it 3.8 out of 5 I think it's good for the protein and tastes pretty healthy, but I think lacks and flavor in depth. I think maybe I would add some lettuce and banana peppers. If you go there at night, they are gonna run out of their rosemary bread, which is understandable but stinks because it's definitely a better bread choice! The other thing that I think they could do better at, but I understand is some acknowledgment. Was there a Sunday at noon so obviously he's gonna be busy I don't expect to be there for two minutes, but I was there for about 10 minutes at the counter and people are just kind of working busting by and I think all they need to do is be like when we are done with these online orders we will be able to help you. Just a little acknowledgment will help because there is definitely some people that are leaving because the wine was not moving, but orders were happening. Pro tip order online on a busy time :)

My sandwiches have always been delicious and made exactly to my liking! I always get the Club with extra, extra banana peppers and even though I can tell they do not want to do this, they will squish my sandwich down so i can get everything i want on it AND so i can get my mouth around it! I ask them to put banana peppers from one end to the other end so i get one in every bite! I get welcomed the minute i walk in the door and it is always clean! I love MY MIKE'S!!! Thank you for being my favorite sandwich shop! Jody from Savage :)

This is not a place you can typically just "pop in" my sandwich took about 15 minutes to make. This has been my experience every time. I think this has to do with the amount of online orders they get. This place was clean. Chips and bottles of pop were stocked well and the fountain soda machine was also clean! When I first walked in, because it was so busy with online orders (there were about 5 people seated inside) no one acknowledged me for a few minutes. I get being busy but people kept looking at me and even a simple "we will be with you shortly" goes a long way. The food: Once I did get my sandwich, it was delicious!! I got the turkey, bacon and ranch! It was so tasty! I got chips and a soda as well! Very filling and I would be back for sure! But may be as a pick up order? Overall, I will be back, but only when I know I have some time to wait for a sandwich.

The blonde haired kid, took the order back and a few minutes later Door Dash delivery guy came in to pick up the order and the kid handed him the same order that the guy had previously brought back in, and the seal on the bag had been broken. After the blonde hair kid gave the same bag to the delivery driver, one of the other guys working said that he shouldn't have given the opened bag out and should have remade the sandwich's, and the blonde haired kid said he didn't care. So if you're going to get fire house delivered, make sure your bag is sealed when it's delivered. But best would be to go to another location.

It's surprisingly…read moredifficult to find a truly high-quality bakery around here, and after one too many supermarket "French" baguettes and bake-at-home loaves, this place was exactly what I'd been looking for. The bread is fantastic--crusty, fresh, and authentically French. They also have an incredible selection of beautiful pastries, cakes, and other classic French treats that look like they came straight out of a Parisian pâtisserie. And the coffee is absolutely exquisite. One thing that always makes me smile is that while the pastries look and taste authentically French, they're definitely American-sized! They're enormous. If you're hungry, you're in for a treat. More often than not, I'll enjoy half of one there with a coffee and take the rest home in a box for later. It's a wonderful little café with a relaxed atmosphere and a great place to sit and unwind. If you're in the Apple Valley area and looking for something a little different--something with a genuine European feel--I can't recommend Café de Paris highly enough. I'll definitely keep coming back.
