Drink - Their pomegranate hibiscus drink is not very sweet. Online, it says it is naturally flavored. I think I like pomegranate hibiscus a little better than the blueberry lavender lemonade at this store. It seems like most of the Paneras keep this flavor in the back. Not sure if it is a specialty flavor or what. 15 calories per 20 fluid ounces. 8 fluid ounces in a cup. I think I like the pomegranate hibiscus over other flavors of drinks at Panera just by a little bit. The blueberry lavender lemonade has a strong flavor. 250 calories per 20 Ounces. When I first tried the passion papaya ice green tea, I thought it was really bitter. I might have to try it again. I notice they have bottled passion papaya ice green tea. I have to think that it should be pretty good for them to also sell it in bottles in addition to being sold in the store. 140 calories per 20 fluid ounces. The agave lemonade was pretty good. It almost tasted just like regular lemonade to me. 210 calories per 20 Ounces. For those who like citrus, they have a drink called citrus punch. Otherwise, they have the typical soda fountain drinks like Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Starry lemon lime, Mountain Dew. Starry lemon lime tastes like weak Sprite. Brisk ice tea raspberry, lime bubly, Dr Pepper. Service - Service is pretty fast in the mornings around 10 am. Not many people there. Ambiance - Pretty quiet. read more

Came here for a quick lunch. I got the half ham sandwich and chicken noodle soup. It was good. No issues really. The edges of the bread I had to take off as they were hard. But I like soft bread. Soup had good flavor. Restaurant wasn't super crowded. Noise level was good. Enjoyed my lunch. I'd come back if I'm in the area. read more

Great day! My boss treated me to lunch! Yeah thanks (ABC). Ordered the Fuji Apple salad with chicken. Delicious. My salad was fresh and tasty. The French baguette fresh not chewy or hard (ate it before taking a picture) hungry and had to eat quick before going to the next client. There were 2 containers of the apple salad dressing awesome. March 2024. Change sucks. Not sure how long ago they changed this but the cinnamon rolls are no longer pan baked covered in gooey yumminess. The side are hard and dry. The frosting is limited and does not melt easily in the microwave. Plus you get less cinnamon roll for probably double the price. Too much science went into crafting this atrociousness. Panera needs to go back to the drawing board to reinstate old pan recipe!! read more

I get coffee here regularly that I opted to join the monthly coffee club! There's a Greek sandwich I get which is delicious and I just get them to remove the feta and it's one of my favorite sandwiches ever. Wish they had more vegan options though! I'd love to see them include more vegan options- people like me- for health reasons can't have any animal products. I love how cozy the place is and warm feel. Staff is always pleasant here and the service is great. Only complaint would be that it gets so busy I have to wait for coffee lol. And I love to buy this one fresh loaf that has no egg or dairy and it's delicious. read more

I know what you're thinking - why did it take me 500 visits to Panera before I made a review?! Whenever my food arrives, I just dive right in! My usual order is the green goddess salad with chicken soup, and the entrees really are my favorite.. I could eat them both everyday and I'd probably never get tired of them. The soup is always hot and never thin, the salads are always fresh with different options depending on what you feel like. The French baguettes are so great to dip with your soup choice. Their baked goods are made on site, and the service is always consistently good and friendly. Oh, the chocolate croissant.. so worth the calories! I have been taking advantage of the coffee program, because their flavors are all pretty enjoyable. The hibiscus tea is also a favorite. What really tops everything though, is my 2 yr old loves the Mac n cheese. She makes specific requests for "pah-nay-yah" which is both adorable and convenient! Will definitely keep this place on our list of regulars! read more

Caesar Salad - plastic box with a plastic lid filled to the brim with iceberg lettuce. On top were perhaps 10-12 dried out french bread bits used as croutons. The Caesar part was apparently located in the salad dressing container which was placed on top of the lettuce amongst the croutons. Whaaat? Not at all what I was expecting. Warm Bowl: Chicken teriyaki, was tasty yet it was sold in a disposable, fiber type of bowl that if you scraped your fork on, could find some extra texture to the dish. I did like the flavors and the concept of the Warm Bowl. I will not do drive through pick up for this item again. Very costly visit. Added a choc chip cookie and a blueberry muffin = $30. read more

The sandwich was good, on the small side but it was good but not satisfying. The chicken noodle soup....was a fucking embarrassment! To say the least. First timer, I'm not sure what the hypes all about with this place?! I wasn't impressed. Service was ok, but not very helpful or friendly. Atmosphere inside is small & seating in their small dining room is very close together. Better option is to get it to go! My daughter got an orange juice, 1/2 of a steak & arugula sandwich and a cookie. I had a bottle water & the full (which is $10.99) Thai Chicken Salad. Almost $25! The prices are a bit high if you look at the portions. I'm sure it's prepared bagged lettuce not fresh too! Salad was really lacking in quantity & flavor. It tasted more like an Asian Vinaigrette Salad versus a true Thai which is generally spicy and would more likely be served with a creamy curry type dressing! On the plus side: they offer breads, bagels, beautiful looking pastries, cookies, scones etc. that were displayed at the front counter. All looked fresh & delicious. They made the sandwich completely standard, and actually left off the sauce and basil. A completely different sandwich than what I ordered and paid for. So disappointing. Decaf at 4 pm wasn't warm at all. Asked for new coffee, she removed the dispenser to make more but said "we have a microwave you can use". If I want to reheat room temp coffee I'd stay home. As I was there, a drive thru customer came in saying his coffee wasn't warm either. If you want people to buy the coffee subscription make the coffee drinkable. Also no 2% milk. Weird. read more

Ordered a smoked turkey sandwich to go. The wait was not too bad, and I was on the road in no time. When I opened up the wrapping, I have to admit I was underwhelmed with what I saw. It was a very basic looking sandwich for close to $7. The bread, while nice in that it is baked fresh, tasted gummy. They forgot to include onions in the sandwich, which would have helped to break up some of the saltiness of the sandwich from the smoked turkey meat. Overall I wasn't too impressed, but I'll return to see if other items are better. read more

I'm surprised by the low ratings that are here. My experience has been nothing but positive since this location opened. Visited again today for probably the fifth or sixth time and it was no different. I appreciate the kiosks that are available and allow you to skip the line and place your order yourself, including paying for it and personalizing your selections. We did so today with no issues and then found a nice quiet table. A few minutes later our order arrived, filled perfectly and with plenty of napkins (a bonus). The server asked if there was anything else we needed and then left us to enjoy our meal, which we did. No complaints or concerns with any aspect of our visit. read more
