I've been a fan of Wildflower for years and keep coming back because the food is consistently fresh and delicious. I've eaten at both the Gilbert and Chandler Fashion Center locations, and I order takeout pretty regularly too. No matter how I get it, the quality is always great. This visit I ordered the Chopped Salad, and it was crisp, fresh, and full of flavor. I still have to mention my old favorite, the Mixed Grill. I was so disappointed when they removed it from the menu! It was my go-to order every time, and I'd love to see it make a comeback someday. Be sure to sign up for their loyalty program. I was a little afraid of what the lines would be like because it was lunch hour, but as soon as I got in there, the line moved pretty fast when I got to the register I was agreed by a lovely smile by Shea. She asked me how my day was asked me how she could make it better & after we ordered the food I went and sat down for and waited for it to be made and she offered me a drink, and I told her I was OK, and at that moment, I noticed her effort of trying to keep a smile on customers faces and as I was leaving, I picked up my food and headed to the door and I heard her scream across the room. I met a friend this morning for breakfast here. I have been here multiple times but never breakfast. I had lemon ricotta pancakes which were so delicious. Not heavy, which I was worried about. It came with 3 good sized pancakes, butter, syrup and a berry compote. I couldn't even finish it all. Here's my leftovers in the pic. My friend got the breakfast sandwich and said it was good also. We popped in to try their new Thanksgiving themed menu items. Order came out quickly. Food was prepared well and presented nicely. The turkey cranberry walnut sandwich was a treat. Tasted like Thanksgiving with each bite. The ham sandwich was exactly what was expected and the side of sweet potatoe chip was a nice surprise. We ordered the chili lime Brussels sprout simply because they sounded interesting. We ate them all and they tasted great. Pumpkin cheesecake for desert to finish things off. I came into wildflower for lunch and I have to say it was a solid choice. I order the chipotle chicken melt, chocolate cake and elote. I really liked the elote, it was spicy because of the tajin and spicy aioli sauce. The chipotle chicken melt was delicious as well. I have to say their chocolate cake was also really good, more dark chocolate so it was rich but not overly sweet. There are so many yummy food and drink offerings galore at Wildflower Bakery in Gilbert. Whether tie dining in or getting takeout, they're always very friendly from the moment you walk in til you walk out the door. Got some takeout goodies and enjoyed it all as always. The lemon linguine with garlic bread was tasty ands so was the forest mushroom soup bowl with sourdough. They packed it all so nicely and even double checked again that I didn't need any utensils with my order. They even gave me a cup for water while I waited for what might have been maybe 7 ish minutes. Everyone was so efficient and thorough in everything they do which is quite refreshing and such a treat too! The entire restaurant is nice, neat and clean and I even noticed the staff were cleaning while they were waiting for me to figure out what I'd be ordering so not a moment was wasted on their end. Stopped in for lunch today with my kids (ages 3 and 1) and my mother in law and we were immediately greeted with a friendly welcome. All of the staff were great, especially Hope who took our order. I asked if they offer gluten free bread and while they don't, she let me know they can make any sandwich into a lettuce wrap. Between that, soup, and salad, there really is something for everyone. The kids mac n cheese meal was a great size and my kids were able to share it and have leftovers. I love that it comes with fresh fruit (and they loved the cookie). I also appreciate that they have plenty of high chairs available (and they were clean!) We really enjoyed our lunch here because of the friendly people and fresh food. I absolutely love the food and especially the salads here. I also like their mango tea and their citrus green tea! They're always friendly and the food is ready quickly. The problem that I do have here though is when I order online is something always seems to be missing. I've ordered off my app and off of my husband's, and I make the mistake of not checking through the whole order before I leave the store. I asked today for extra dressing for both of our salads. Got home and only my husband had extra dressing. I ordered the tomato soup and grilled cheese. The tomato soup was extremely good with chunks of tomato. The grilled cheese was just ok. They put arugula and tomato on it. I do not like arugula at all so I had to pull that off. And because they put the arugula and tomato on there cold, it made the cheese cold. Therefore it wasn't really a melty grilled cheese, but more of a cheese sandwich. Overall, I would go there again, I just would not order the grilled cheese. Dominic did a superb job in making our Southwest salads and making my steak and blue sandwich! These may have been the best yet! This is my favorite Wildflower Bread Co. location in the entire valley! It's a clean-kitchen and they take food allergens seriously, always sanitizing their countertops, cookware and changing gloves. The food is amazing! I get their gluten free three cheese tomato and mushroom frittata all the time; it's so delicious. I also get their yummy gluten free pancakes which come with bananas and walnuts. The manager is so nice and professional: he pays attention to every detail, takes care of you and is always keeping everything highly functional. I usually do not give 5 stars when I don't get something I paid for but when I called the manager apologized, made zero excuses and offered to refund my money or they would remake it if I wanted to come get it again. No matter what we order everything is so good. We got the seasonal poblano mac n cheese with chicken and the cobb salad last week. Though the mac n cheese was missing the chicken, this dish was outstanding! There were several flavor components in this dish so there was no two bites the same. I wish they would leave this on their menu full time would be my only critique. The cobb salad was equally as delicious. We ordered it over romaine instead of arugula and no dried cranberries. The pesto vinaigrette was to die for. This salad is top notch and will be on the regular rotation. We have tried several menu items over time and again, everything is always delicious. The meatballs and ricotta dish with a side Caesar is my usual go to and every single time its so good. My son gets the triple decker club (I think that is the name) and he raves about it every single time. We have had the rosemary chicken pasta, potato soup (must try!), and a few of the other menu items and all were great. My book club meets here. We can always find space for a group of about 8 people. It's easy for everyone to order from the counter and not have to worry about splitting a check. The noise level is okay - the music is a bit too loud outside and we were told it cannot be adjusted. The patio outside is nice and mostly shaded.
