Tuna on Asiago bagel and French onion soup.
Lindsey W.

Went at lunch time and it was buussssy! Food came out fast but it was a little haphazardly thrown together. Like all my roasted red peppers were bunched in one spot and my tuna was all over the place. Food was good and fresh. The place was clean and I appreciate the outdoor seating, because my special needs kiddo can be loud and I don't want to interrupt peoples lunches. Decent prices if you get a whole sandwich on a bagel it comes with two bagels so two can eat for the price of one. Also had a coupon on the app for a $1 cup of soups. Spent about $13 for two people to eat lunch, that seems pretty fantastic to me lol.

We visited on a Saturday afternoon. Really busy, and about all tables were full. Luckily we were able to snag a table as a small family were leaving. I had ordered the pick 2, grilled cheese and tomato soup (around $13). As you can see in the picture, my grilled cheese was burnt, the cheese did not stick together and it overall looked unappealing. The taste was fine but I wouldn't like to have eaten my sandwich like a regular grilled cheese. The soup was delicious however, it did get cold quickly. It wasn't too warm when I received it. There was a dead roach near the bathroom. Not sure that I would come back to this location.

Panera Greek salad with my favorite add in roasted corn.

They always accommodate my request when altering my orders. They remeber their customers and that brings back the good times where you feel welcomed.

Kids Grilled Cheese... kinda sad this was like $10. Could get this at Walmart for $2.

The soup was good, very salt y but good. The kids grill cheese was a sad state of affairs. It's so hit or miss with Panera but mostly miss. Mac and cheese is very good.

The food is fairly good, nothing to write home about, but 7.50 for about two cups of Mac n Cheese? Really? I've seen cheaper for more at sit down restaurants come on now.

I wait about 10 minutes in line to order my kid Mac and cheese because that's all that she will eat, and they tell me they're out. Really?

Food portions small for the price. Clam chowder tasted like it was from a can. Check this place off your list.

The bun bo hue is pretty decent, they serve cabbage and mint/veggies on the side too. It also has pork blood and pork cake. They're pretty fast with their orders, no complaints about service. I've been here plenty of times, and their food is pretty consistent. Pho viet also has Chinese food to order if you're interested, never tried it before but the fried noodle dishes look really yummy. I always get the combination pho, and depending on whether it's early or late, I'll either get a Vietnamese iced coffee or Thai tea. I've tried both, and they always taste the same every time--consistently good. I feel like it's been a while since I've had a really good quality Vietnamese iced coffee at a Vietnamese restaurant. My go-to place is Vinhouse Tea & Coffee, so I was pleasantly surprised that their drinks are actually really good. I'm pretty far from Vinhouse, so Pho Viet has been a lifesaver whenever I'm craving a Vietnamese iced coffee or Thai tea. Overall Foods and drinks 5/5

Our order arrived fresh + hot and you can tell all the vegetables were freshly prepared that day in fact it was apparent that the seafood was not frozen. The dining room is very inviting, comfortable, relaxing, and trendy. It makes you forget you're not at home. I strongly recommend this place as a go to restaurant because it will be on my list.

Our usual family of four was a family of three for the evening and this was the restaurant we chose. Boy did family member number four miss out! The service was impeccable from the moment that we walked in. That includes being greeted right away. The waitstaff was incredibly attentive and on top of the details. We ordered some pretty standard items off the menu to please everyone-vegetable chow mein, lemon chicken and pot stickers. Even though these might sound like boring dishes, they actually came out with such flair! The presentation on the dishes were gorgeous. They tasted amazing as well. I love the lighting of the restaurant. It gave it such a chill vibe. It's on a very busy street but you've never know it once you walk in it kind of feels like you are more tucked away in a smaller neighborhood.. I'm definitely looking forward to the next visit where I can try some more items like their Korean short ribs, I'd love to try some of their Curry's and a lot more of their chef specials!

Complimentary corn tortilla chips, salsa, and refried bean dip with cheese. I loved the REFRIED BEAN DIP! I ordered the Steak a la Chicana. I didn't read or listen carefully enough that the skirt steak with sauteed onions and bell peppers are covered in Spanish sauce. The sauce is actually quite tasty with a little kick. I used it and the salsa to flavor the black beans. However, I really just wanted grilled steak. I should have ordered steak fajitas, a grilled steak burrito or quesadilla, or a carne asada plate. The Steak a la Chicana was a generous portion, which is definitely 2 meals for me. Cilantro rice wasn't anything special. The SWEET CORN TAMALITO is yummy comfort. Choice of beans: refried beans, black beans, or pinto beans. I suspect refried beans is the tastiest option. El Tapatio would be a great gathering place for friends and family. It's located on Sunrise Blvd in Citrus Heights near See's Candies and other restaurants.

They had I think it was $1.50 tacos on taco Tuesday. The tacos were really good and the salsa bar is excellent! The bean dip isn't too bad either. I've also come to try out their other menu options and let me tell you they do not miss. I've heard they have a really good brunch and I need to try it out lol. I love a good brunch. The service is always great and it's always busy every time I've come even have had to wait in a line that when out the doors. There is plenty of seating the restaurant is pretty big inside. She got some beef pho and a side of spring rolls with peanut sauce, I got the Lemongrass chicken rice plate with fried rice instead of white rice and asked them to make it extra spicy. We have now agreed to make it a point to stop here every time we're in Sacramento. Even when reviews on Yelp are bad, I still like to try places for myself because everyone has different tastes, and sometimes restaurants just have an off day. My family and I went around 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., around the time they opened. Maybe because we arrived a little before opening, they were using broth from the previous night and added more water, or maybe the broth just didn't have enough time to simmer properly. I'm not sure, but the pho was not good. To me, it was pretty nasty. Even the Vietnamese iced coffee tasted burnt. It seemed like they used a regular coffee maker instead of brewing it the traditional Vietnamese way. I'm not a coffee snob, but I do know my Vietnamese coffee, and I couldn't even drink it. Their sugar cane drink wasn't good either. I didn't like it one bit. Overall, it was a bad experience for me. The pho and drinks just didn't taste right. Like I said, it might have just been a bad day for them, but overall, I wouldn't go back. If you want to try, go ahead. You might have a better experience.
