We went here because we were given a gift certificate. I didn't know much about Panera, thought it was primarily a retail bagel type place. The southwest chicken salad and but on tomato basil bread were quiet good, and reasonably priced. This is a clean , spacious location with a lot of windows. There were many what appeared to be high school seniors about, many using wifi, all pleasant enough, no trouble makers. No tip extortion, bravo !

This location is okay. Not as bad as the reviews make it seem. Bread isn't very fresh, it often tastes a little stale. However, overall food qualitynis decent. Service is good, staff are quick and always try their best to fix mistakes. They have a quiet study room with lots of outlets to charge your computer. Its a decent place to study and grab a bite.

I always like coming to Panera, especially when I'm in the mood for a big salad and the Chicken Fuji Apple salad is my favorite. I wish Panera would keep it on their menu all the time instead of having it as a seasonal item. My daughter had the 1/2 Tuna sandwich with a 1/2 bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup. We think they must whip the tuna instead of mixing it, because it's always light and fluffy. It's also a favorite of ours. My granddaughter had the Mac and Cheese and a Strawberry Yogurt. I'm sure if she was old enough to speak, she'd would say it was delicious. She ate 1/2 the bowl quick. Paneras in Clermont is always crowded, but the restaurant is always clean, the service was fast and the staff is friendly.

The perfect place to work outside of the office. I like to grab a booth, yummy parfait and a hot hazelnut coffee to get some work completed. Staff is always friendly and keeps the place nice and clean.

This is what Panera charged $13.19 for a whole Steak and cheese sub sandwich on Mother's Day. Either they are just plain crooks or the employees are not well educated in reading orders and making sandwiches.

I have no idea why we keep ordering from this place. I'm posting what they sent today. The manager offered to remake the sandwiches but we had to drive to the restaurant to pick them up. But I asked for a refund, which she told me could take up to 10 days. I'm done with this place. I hope Panera corporate closes it down. If it could get a zero star that's what they would get.

Panera Bread - Clermont, FL Awful service from the female cashier at the cash register on 8-25-2023. I spoke with a team lead which was very nice & he took my order. I did a survey and complained on the rude cashier and the Assistant Manager Codey Whitehead emailed me and promised me a $10 voucher which I have not received by mail nor email yet. I emailed him back and no reply! Horrible service from Panera Bread - Clermont, FL!

The ambience in the restaurant is really nice; we were greeted promptly and chose seats at the bar. The bartender and an assistant helped in the evening, and they were attentive to keep drinks filled and food orders moving. During dinner, the chef actually delivered our food and followed up seeking feedback, which really impressed us. He was unobtrusive, friendly and genuine. The drink specials are great, so take a look at them to be sure you know what is available. Sangrias were in special the night we visited, and it was a great choice. We tried the spicy ceviche with shrimp and tostados as an appetizer, and that's was absolutely delicious. Spicy but not uncomfortably; it was perfectly balanced. Our main dishes were the Saltado, my husband got beef and I got the chicken. Both were so good! Plentiful portions over (unexpectedly!) fried, and all of it awesome. We really enjoyed our dinner!

The beef was a little tough. I found the broth had some spices that didn't feel like birria to me. My husband said the pork in his ramen was flavorless. It was very tasty. The chips were good. I definitely could've done with less chips as it felt like they were overtaking the plate. My husband got the Texas wings. Which had the Texas dry rub with a honey glaze over them. Kind of gave you a spicy and sweet take. He said they were very tasty. Well seasoned and well cooked. Restaurant was not overly busy and had plenty of staff to accommodate the small amount of guests. Waited almost an hour for our food with no apology from management. When our burgers were delivered our server claimed the kitchen made our burgers incorrectly- she either forgot to put it in or it had been sitting for quite sometime. Top burger bun was luke warm. Fries (that were an additional cost) were burnt. For the $17 price one would expect more than a thin slice of bacon for a burger with bacon in the name. "Enjoyed" the meal without anything to drink as I was never offered a refill of water.
