I really appreciated their attention to detail in checking in and providing suggestions along the way. They said the wings are the best seller, and wow, these were good. Great flavor, crunch, and size. Better than I dare say, Domu. The okay: honestly, the ramen. I ordered the birria. It was off from another birria ramen that I had at Morimoto's once. The beef was a little tough. I found the broth had some spices that didn't feel like birria to me. My husband said the pork in his ramen was flavorless. I think I'm going to have dreams about this restaurant. The food is that good. We started with the crispy wings and the gyoza. Both soooooo good. The wings have a sweet sauce on them that's just spectacular. Perfectly sweet & spicy. I could just get three orders of those and be happy. Got the birria ramen. GET the birria ramen! Just out of this world, packed with flavor and spice, such a big portion and solid amount of protein for the $20. We added corn to ours and that added a little sweetness to it. My family and I went to Orochi Ramen the other night when we couldn't figure out what to eat. The restaurant is on the small side with 6 tables and some bar seats, thankfully there was a table open, so we didn't have to wait and were immediately sat. Our waitress was wonderful, very attentive, very helpful going through the food options, and accommodating to help ensure we got the right food choices and the options that made sense. She really went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. My family really loved the Taro Milk tea with the brown sugar boba, the french fries with the truffle salt, and the desert options, which were recommended by our waitress. Unfortunately though, the meals were not to our taste, and while they were prepared well we ultimately were not fond of them. This is one of those places I really wish we liked as the experience and service were so good It's a place I would frequent, but the food was not to our taste. I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately the food just didn't deliver. Overall, everything tasted bland and under-seasoned. The sauces lacked depth--especially the mayo, which overpowered dishes instead of complementing them--and there was a noticeable absence of salt across the board. Even the ramen fell flat in terms of flavor. If you're someone who eats ramen regularly, you'll immediately notice what's missing. The birria was especially disappointing. It had an overpowering smoky aroma and flavor but none of the rich, savory depth you expect from real birria. It smelled strong but tasted hollow. The fried vegetables were very fresh, which I appreciated, but they were simply battered and fried with no seasoning, so the freshness didn't translate into flavor. The takoyaki (octopus balls) were mostly batter and breading, with only a tiny piece of octopus inside--definitely not what they should be. On the positive side, the eating area was very clean, and the portion sizes were reasonable for the price. That said, being charged extra for a refill served in a small cup felt unnecessary and off-putting. This place may appeal to someone who doesn't eat ramen often or is looking for something "different," but for anyone familiar with well-seasoned ramen, birria, or Japanese street food, the lack of flavor is hard to overlook. read more

We order chicken karaage for appetizer which took awhile and I did not care for it, our meals came right so didn't have a minute to process the chicken which I was definitely ok with. I ordered birria ramen and my partner ordered the chicken ramen. The flavor of both was lacking and definitely needed a help. Very average and I wasn't able to consume mine. My partner got sick the next day and all we ate was ramen. The service was awful, people came in after us and was address continuously while we sat waiting for someone to give us our check for 20 minutes. We tried to signal the lady that kept walking around and she ignored us, our server looked like she was also doing to-go orders so I can understand but I felt discriminated against since the young lady looked me in my face and walked away but I have to remember I was in Clermont. Worth a second visit. As first timers we were seated quickly at the last table remaining on a Friday evening around 6pm. We ordered from the starters menu and one kids rice and chicken bowl. The karaage fried chicken, fried pork belly and the wings. The best of the 4 were the wings. The kids chicken and rice bowl was horrible. The chicken was dry and bland. My toddler refused to eat it. We even mentioned to the server that it was dry and she offered no alternative, just an apology and a smile. The pork belly was slightly bland and chewy, not as crispy as we expected. A few months back, my partner, and I ordered Ramen but the problem wasn't the Ramen, it was the water service. There were no straws, so my partner drank from the rim of the glass which contained ice. Suddenly she tells me she is unable to bite through a piece of ice and behold, she PULLED FROM HER MOUTH a piece of GLASS. I immediately addressed the manager on duty, and he gives me a blank stare, without any sort of resolution provided. "Sorry that this happens." he did not seem to understand the weight of the situation that if my partner swallowed that glass, it would be over. So the manager discounted the meal. I had to ask the manager for a resolution, and for them to be more careful. I should not have to tell them how to be safe in the kitchen. Unfortunately, we will never be returning. I was so happy to find out Clermont now had a ramen place and i wouldn't have to drive all the way to Orlando for a bowl and this place definitely didn't disappoint. The appetizers were amazing, you could tell the gyoza were housemade, the wings were so crispy and delicious especially with the sauce that comes with it, and the ramen was delicious and obviously made with care. We finished off with the soft serve ice cream they had the night we went which was black sesame and it was so good, a perfect way to finish the night. I would definitely recommend. It's pretty small inside so the waits may be longer than other places but it's very cozy inside and doesn't feel like you're packed like sardines which i appreciated despite the small space. I was blown away by the food. The breading on the wings was crispy and delicious. The spicy Tonkatsu ramen was excellent as well. I thought both dishes were chef-level quality. The service was efficient and polite. This place just opened, but it already runs like a well-oiled machine. The ambiance is lively and modern, complete with Instagram-able neon signs.
