Came for lunch on Father's Day with my dad. We got a couple #2 Beef shawarmas, a #1 Chicken shawarma, and a #3 Chicken Tandoori shawarma. I didn't try the regular chicken, but I had the beef shawarma and the chicken Tandoori shawarma. I like saying shawarma. Anyway, the Tandoori was AMAZING- spicy, creamy, fresh veggies, and very flavorful! The beef was a little grainy in texture, but the flavor was really good- the flavor of the turmeric really stood out on the beef. The seasoned fries were nice and crispy and had just the right amount of potato fluff on the inside to stay hot and still be crunchy the entire time we were eating. Honestly, they might even have been better with a side of Tahini sauce and no seasoning sauce. Next time- I'll ask for that! When the owner stopped in, he saw we were with dad and gifted us a couple of their house-made ice cream cups! We got a pistachio and a cookies and cream. They were both very delicious! The pistachio was better though. We all agreed on that! Overall, the place is trendy, clean, well-priced, and has good service and food! The atmosphere is very casual, with no music and they usually have a table outside if you'd rather eat in the fresh air. I'd define come back. Nice place! Give them a shot. read more

TikTok made me come here! I watched several videos of this place and I was craving a shawarma just from the videos! I ordered at the self-service kiosk and my food came out quickly. I got the Authentic Chicken Shawarma which was really long and slim. However, it was packed with meat, pickles, and garlic sauce. I also added fries for an extra crunch. The entire meal was very filling and delicious. I really liked the pickles and garlic sauce, although I wish there was more garlic sauce in my shawarma. After seeing this place pop up on my IG feed, I knew I had to give it a shot. If it appears on social media and I can access it, cool. It's something I need to hit up. So after a grueling workout, I was nearby, and well, Google mapped it and drove on it. Located in the Johns Creek Commons shopping plaza where it's quaint, quiet, and accessible off the 141. Upon walking in, it's clean, well lit, cordially spacious, and holds a decent ambiance. It's kisok based ordering so there isn't much in terms of service which means most of what you do is self-service so you pick up your food and you throw your own trash away. Now for the food. I had to grab both the beef and chicken shwarma wrap as that was what was featured when I saw the post on my IG. The wraps are long. They're filling and very very savory. I did like the chicken over the beef as the beef was a bit dry. The chicken was flavorful and the sauce complimented the flavor. Very garlicky which I enjoyed. A bit much in terms of the sauce so next time I'll ask for lite sauce. I will say I have to default on the chicken over the beef as the beef was dry, they didn't slather on the sauce like they did the chicken which was odd that there was an inconsistency between the wraps in terms of what they include. Overall, for a wrap that is $10.99, it's not bad for what you get. It's convenient, it's definitely filling, and flavorful (the chicken wrap was anyways). They also offer a bunch of various styles and flavors to their shwarma wrap. Not a fan of trying to be diverse with a tried and true food product like shwarma. I was in the mood for Mediterranean and decided to give this place a try! I have gone to the restaurant that used to be here before Shawarma press and it was good. I decided to go with the chicken over rice with a side of falafel and an order of the fries. For the chicken, I went with the garlic and tandoori sauces. The bowl came with plain rice and plenty of chicken, and combined with the sauces tasted very good. There is a hint of spice with the tandoori which added great flavor. The falafels were cooked to perfection and came with a side of the tahini sauce. The fries were also well seasoned! I ordered takeout and got my order within 5min. This place used to be good, but three times in the last two weeks when ive been by for lunch, both their order entry kiosks were out of service or wouldnt accept payments. The staff on two of the days just ignored me until I left, the one day where they spoke to me they said no mgr was on hand and there was nothing they could do to take orders. Service - walked in and stood they for a min until a lady came to take my order. She didn't speak or understand english well as she asked me to show down. Excited to see a shawarma place open here, so I tried it right away. I usually opt for a normal chicken but I saw the tandoori wrap and had to have it. It was delicious, but unfortunately way too salty as-is. There were tomatoes but very little. I remedied it by cutting up half a tomato and eating it tomato chunks, and that was able to balance it so I enjoyed the rest. It's hefty enough that you can make 2 meals out of it. Lettuce would have helped as well but I didn't have any. Need to take advantage of any vegetables they will add when they make it. I'll be back to try other items. I have been wanting to try this place since it opened and finally got the chance to. I called the place for an order and they only offer online ordering through their app or their website. It is in the John Creek common shopping center with parking out front. There is a touch screen inside for you to place your order as well. My order was ready in 10 mins and they packaged it really well. I ordered the tandoori chicken press and the hummus plate with 1/2 chicken and 1/2 beef. The hummus plate was packed! I like there's a divider for all the different components. The only thing is I wish the hummus is warmed up since it was cold. The chicken and beef are both delicious and flavorful. The tandoori chicken press was so good. It's saucey and I love the wrap pressed. I would visit and try other items next time. It was easy to place the order online and pick it up. Wow! Seriously if you're looking for yummy-fresh Mediterranean food, look no further. Everything was fresh and delicious. The workers acknowledged us when we walked it. We chose to use the kiosk to order as someone was being helped at the register when we walked in. The kiosk was so easy to use however the menu gave a bit more information on what the items were made of. The place was a bit packed which had us anticipating that the food would be good. Everything was made to order except for the desserts (which was expected). The hummus and falafel were an explosion of fresh flavors. UPDATE-I still stand by my original review, but I will add this. I took off a star because we were all bloated extremely thirsty, and our stomachs didn't feel great after this meal. I don't think they are using high-quality seasonings. I think the fries are coded in something that made us all feel pretty terrible and maybe they use bad oils. This would be a treat meal or an indulgence for sure and unfortunately, I don't think we will be back. Not worth the way we felt afterwards. Well, the wraps are tasty but the kiosk system is rigid and alterations are tough. Execution was...interesting. For example, I got the plate that comes with a wrap that is chopped into small pieces and I asked for salad instead of french fries because the kiosk gave no option. The wrap came and it was very good, but it came with fries and then I asked for a salad again and didn't get one and then the employees sat down for a break. I'm wondering if they can't understand me, or just don't care/allow alternatives. We also ordered a lemonade and a soda and got two lemonades; no big deal. My husband ordered the rice bowl and the pictures make it look like it comes with vegetables, but it does not. My son also ordered wrap with french fries and a drink, and we did not say no sauce, but it came with no sauce and they almost forgot to give us the wrap, at all. I would say if you're looking for an indulgent meal, with a lot of meat and french fries this is your spot! Be watchful, they couldn't handle about 10 orders accurately. Also, for some reason, except the tomatoes, not a veggie in sight. I'm frankly having a hard time understanding how this place has 4.7 rating. I will just get to the point: Beef wrap: Very dry. Mediocre. Not much flavor. Lentil soup: They served it microwaved so the middle part was still dead cold. I've just never seen a restaurant that doesn't make soup daily. Their soup wasn't that special either so if you are that lazy, you shouldn't run a food business. Ambiance: Very dimmed, not welcoming, kind of weird decoration all around but I don't rate restaurants on that. Service: It's a quick express shop, or at least that's the vibe I got. But even with that into consideration, they didn't even greet us or nothing. You can choose garlic, tahini, hot and tandori sauce on your meal or get it on the side. You order on rice, salad fries or half n half. You can half n half proteins too. We ordered take out for dinner. This is a small family owned franchise. Everything was very tasty. Here is the breakdown. The good: The service was excellent and everything came out as promised and in a timely fashion. All the food was solid. The kids liked the Shwarma and all the food was hot. The challenges: For me this was a texture thing, not everyone cared. I found the contents of the wrap mushy and lacking delineation between the ingredients. Finally, value is a question at 17.99 for a togo wrap. I'd probably go back, although cost is on the high side. Last evening we ordered 4 large chicken shawarmas through uber eats paid around $65 and the wraps were horrible there was oil dripping from them so I opened it and the chicken was smelling bad I literally had to toss them in trash . First let me say when you are greeted by a young lady with the most welcoming smile and best service ever you know this is about to be a great experience. Then to find out at such a young age she is running this amazing establishment this tells it all . The food I drove 42 minutes to get the food again and yes I will do it again and again ! Amazing food just like back home and even better than some stuff I had back home . The restaurant is a humble establishment very casual but very welcoming warm soul !
