$5 for a cup of soup, give me a break. Complete ripoff everytime. Slightly better quality than fast food and double the price.

Ordered a medium cappuccino from the drive through and there was about 2oz of coffee and the rest of the cup was filled with foam. Really?

I go to this Panera Bread often with no problems. Today, when I got home and bit into my sandwich, it tasted bad. They forgot to put cheese on my steak and cheese! Since I paid over $11 for my pick two meal, I went back and told them about the incorrect order. They were super nice and apologetic. Sadly, they had run out of steak so they made me a different sandwich. The woman who made the original sandwich came to the window to personally apologize. Wow! They gave me another sandwich AND a free chocolate chip cookie. I am so impressed with the staff at this Panera Bread that I'm giving them 5 stars even though my order was wrong. They made my trip back worthwhile, and they have the best customer service I've ever received! read more

Panera bread is too delicious! Our family loves to go to panera bread all the time! The only thing that is kind of annoying is that they never have the chocolate chip bagels. They are my favorite and taste soo good. It's a bit disappointing but, they do have some REALLY good cookies. Delicious! read more

Different place for my free monthly bagel. VERY crowded for the time of day. Fast service and the cashier was super nice! She gave us a free quiche since it was almost time to toss them out! I was planning to order it as a snack, but receiving it for free was even better! Ordered 2 asiago cheese and 1 everything bagel. Brought them home and still soft after a few days. Corporate Panera - If you can't deliver after 8pm, don't waste my time letting me enter an online order!

I have such mixed feelings about this place. I have been coming here for 7-8 years and they have struggled with their service terribly the entire time. They have always had terrible organization for the register lines and food prep, it's the most inefficient and disorganized place. The food quality is fantastic though and the seating area is always clean. They have implemented things like kiosk ordering, rapid pick up from ordering from the app and even ordering from your table on the app, unfortunately all these attempts have failed. For example, this morning we order 2 soufflés on the mobile app while on our way there. These are typically already prepared and sitting in their bakery case, although they do run out from time to time and have to bake fresh ones. The app showed that they had the 2 we ordered ready and available, we ordered and paid with about a 15 minute lead time before we arrived. We arrived and the digital screen shows our order as "ready" yet it isn't anywhere to be found. We find a staff member and ask about it right as it disappears from the screen completely. The staff member goes and checks and comes back to tell us our soufflés aren't ready and it'll be another 10 minutes. When we asked about the order screen status, she said "oh we change the order status to ready and remove them when we have to wait because otherwise the wait time counts against our order time and points". Yeah, cause it isn't ready! So basically they commonly manipulate their electronic system to make themselves look good on their corporate statistics even though their actual performance is terrible. This isn't a on off occurrence, their ordering and food prep is always really bad, slow, and disorganized. Always. Yet, I still come back. So all I can suggest is be prepared to have a LOT of patience in your ordering experience and don't be in any sort of hurry at all. The food is good and the seating area is pleasant and well maintained. I'll be back, but I won't expect anything less than complete inefficiency and confusion from the staff. read more

Panera in Edmond finally got a drive thru! Panera's food is really high quality and is usually fresh and good. This location isn't the most efficient in the metro, but the managers and employees are friendly. They forgot one of our cookies in our order, which was a little bit annoying, but not a big deal. I'll continue to go here for soufflés and sandwiches! Love that it's convenient to work & home. read more

I've been to this location twice- and overall, I do enjoy them. I enjoy the many options they have, it actually makes it difficult to order, because you want to try everything! I had ordered half a sandwich and a bowl of tomato soup- my sandwich came out before my soup and then I was informed that they ran out of the tomato soup and it would be about 20 minutes for the next batch. I decided to wait, because I didn't really have anywhere to go and I REALLY wanted tomato soup. Well, 20 minutes goes by and one of the servers came up to me and told me "Your tomato soup is still frozen and it's not ready yet. I can try to scoop some out and microwave it for you"- I was hesitant (1, because it was FROZEN! and 2 because it wasn't ready) and he was insistent. At this point, I have waited 20+ minutes, so decided what the heck. He also insisted that I take a soup home with me because of this inconvenience, I passed and said no thanks, but again, he insisted and you can tell he really felt bad. So I agreed and asked what he recommended- he recommended the broccoli cheddar soup and I told him that would be fine. He brought out my tomato soup and as much as I was excited that it finally arrived at my table- I was SO disappointed in it. You can tell it was frozen and if you have ever froze soup, you know the flavor sinks to the bottom- so my soup was basically watered down. Bless his heart for trying though! I could mentally picture him scrapping the top of the soup, as if he was scooping ice cream. Next time, no matter how bad I want tomato soup... I have learned my lesson and will just walk away and perhaps try again on a different visit. For dinner that night, I opened the soup that he had packaged for me... remember, the broccoli cheddar one? Well, it was CLAM CHOWDER! (Sighs). I couldn't help but to laugh at the whole experience. I would have gave this place more stars but as my friends and I were finishing up our meal, we were told "very politely" by one of the staff that people usually leave when they are finished eating. I felt extremely uncomfortable after that. I did not appreciate that person's comment at all. After we were existing the location, he went on to question us about our career "testing" our knowledge. I called to place an order on my home from the dog park. The woman on the phone asked for how many people I was ordering for, and I replied "two." She said that she has several orders in front of me and it would take just as long to come to the store and order there. Um, really?? I can't call in a soup and salad order at Panera any more? I hesitantly decided to go to this Edmond location, left my dog in the car, and finally left with my one salad and one soup a half an hour later. While at the store, I watched as an employee (a manager, I believe) named Lex, walk around the store with an angry scowl on her face. Coffee labels wrong! Light roast is hazelnut! I hate hazelnut coffee! Ordered two bagels, one with plain cream cheese and one with honey walnut cream cheese. No honey walnut in the bag! Very poor quality control! Check your order before leaving if carrying out! read more

This location is always hella busy, but I have always had great service here. It's very conveniently located and they get your order out relatively quickly. They just got a drive thru put in recently as well, which is wonderful. Its a great post shopping lunch spot. read more

Great salads, fresh food. Accommodate special orders :) My fav is the fuji apple salad, I get a whole split into 2 containers and voila...2 fast and yum lunches. The chicken is no antibiotic and hormone free. The dressing on this salad is like candy crack. Tomato and mozz panini also delish! Can't go wrong for a girls lunch, just watch if you are checking the nutrition, most are pretty high if you actually eat the whole thing. read more

Ever since they got the drive through it seems they can't handle go number of people the have everyday. Not only are they always out of something but tonight my husband and I ordered dinner. He drove 15 min into town to get it, got home and we were missing a full sandwich and cream cheese for all our bagels. I called and they apologized and said they would refund us. He went back to get the sand which and cream cheese and they only gave him 1 cream cheese! I ordered 3?!?! I also have yet to see a refund. I will not be returning. They are the only Panera in Edmond though so people don't have a choice unfortunately. read more

I visited this restaurant today for lunch. I have a potato soup and the new turkey cranberry Panini. When I received the Panini it had three tiny pieces of turkey on it, and no spinach at all, and I was extremely disappointed. I brought the whole plate back and requested a new sandwich. I was told the regular guy that makes them wasn't there and he apologized and said it was really no excuse and I had to agree with him. He made a new sandwich it had a lot more turkey on it and had spinach on it but it was still a very large Sandwich, It should be cut in half. I will try this restaurant again, but mostly for the soup. read more

If you order a TOASTED bagel, it should be TOASTED. I have to send my bagel back 90% of the time I go through the drive through. The only time I don't, is when the same girl is at the window and she knows it should be light brown. Please get a toaster oven that works. read more

I love Panera bread. They have gluten free options and great food. I love the salads and variety of drinks. They have dairy free options as well. I love that they sale some organic foods and plan I going GMO free soon. The price is a little high but the quality is worth it. read more

Every time I go to Panera, I always order a Greek salad with the chipotle panini or Italian sandwich. So delicious, but recently they've become a little too happy with the salt and pepper on the Greek salads so I have to request that I get none of that on my salads now. This location is nice on the inside , but very slow about their food service. I almost cracked amolar from the stale bagel was served very unacceptable since their menu tends to fall on the pricey side. I would of settled for something else but with the long line and slow service it was just not worth it. I generally like Panera Bread, the food is good and a good value but the cafe at Foxwoods Resort is a joke. They continuely run out of bread. You have a better chance at winning at the slot machines then getting a Fontega chicken sandwich or many other sandwiches. Yesterday was the last straw, I ordered a salad and a sandwich and they were out of bread and lettuce. I asked to speak to the manager who was very rude and couldn't care less. When I commented that they were incompetent they threw me out of the restaurant. If you want a meal at Foxwoods don't waste your time at Panera Bread there probably out of what you want. read more

Sandwiches are very tasty and authentic, with freshly chopped tomatoes, well cut meat, and zesty cheese. Never been to restaurant with higher quality ingredients. Soups are appetizing but overpriced. Gets crowded on the weekends so expect a short wait time. read more
