    Army Stew (부대찌개)
    Stephanie T.

I was so excited to see they had army stew in their menu! It was super delicious and filling. The banchan was also really good- I especially liked the radish and cucumber sides. Service was excellent- they were constantly checking in with me to make sure I was doing all right.

Hands down my favorite staple Korean food in the metro. Been going for years and appreciate the consistency of tasty dishes and banchan. My favorites are the bibimbap, tteok mandu guk, pork bulgogi, and kimbap. It's so tasty and comforting, especially on colder days. Also the service is always so friendly! Can't go wrong. I seriously love this place so much.

I've been going here on and off for over 5 years and have always had a great meal. I usually always start off with the seafood jeon; a kimchi pancake with tons of shrimp, and other seafood. These days I like their Bibimbap...it's got all the right flavors and ingredients. The L.A. Galbi (grilled beef short ribs) are also awesome. The cold banchan (side dishes) are also a very good accompaniment to the meal. Service is always friendly and attentive. Definitely worth it...and it's nice to have really good Korean food in Edmond

Pleasantly surprised to find a Korean place this good in Edmond OK. Authentic, high quality, delicious. Not to mention super friendly staff. I'd eat here on a weekly basis if I lived close by. 4.3 outta 5

This is one of my favorite Korean food places!! The food is always delicious, especially the spicy stir fried squid - the sauce is unlike any other. The spicy pork bulgogi and beef bulgogi are also classics that I like to order. The banchan is fresh and really good, unlimited refills as tradition. The staff is very attentive and kind, and the restaurant is clean and cute. I'd highly recommend this to anyone!

Black Bean Paste Noodles & Korean beef bone soup

Cute Korean spot! We got the black bean paste noodles & the Korean beef bone soup (gom-tang). Both were delicious but the black bean paste noodles felt like it was missing some texture, the banchan definitely compliments it. Service was great. They gave us recommendations & were very attentive. Would definitely come back & try new items! Recommend the beef bone soup for something light & comforting

    Don Katsu and Jjampong

Delicious and authentic - best jjampong (stew) in OKC, and the Katsu Don is also great. Sides are delicious and they'll bring more of whatever you like. Service was friendly and efficient. Interior reminds me of many Korean restaurants in Dallas. Always a fave!

Beef bulgogi - dinner price $2 more but quantity stays the same

Staff was very friendly and food was decent. I was expecting the rice in our hot stone bulgogi turning crispy at the end but it didn't. My army stew was hot when served but not bubbling hot like most places. Restaurant was clean and spacious.

My first visit here was probably about 4 years ago so I was happy to see that this restaurant is still open and still making some bomb Korean food. I got the same dish I did four years ago which isn't normally like me but it still sounds the best on their menu. My only complaint is that I needed more spice/heat. Great food otherwise.

Excellent Korean cuisine including hard-to-find dishes (at least in Oklahoma) like jjangjyeongmyun or black bean sauce noodles. Nice Tteokbokki (rice cakes) as well as kimbap (Korean version of rice roll sushi or futomaki). they have barley tea and it'd be nice if they had an iced version as well. Fast service and cozy interior (underwent a few months of renovation). Glad it's back, better than ever!

We loved it! First time there. The food was amazing! We both got the hot stone bulgogi bowl, fried dumplings, glass noodles and kimbap. Plus they give you all the sides (banchans) you can eat!!! The service was also great!. Very friendly and willing to answer all our questions about the food. Cute bistro inside too. We're definitely going back again.

    Kimbap
    Mary N.

I've been here twice and both times I've been pretty impressed with the food. The kimbap is one of my favorites. I'm a sucker for it. The galbi is a classic dish but it's not the best here. It could use more seasoning. The soft tofu soup with seafood is good but I had to add more gochujang when I went home for more seasoning. The sides dishes are a classic but the kimchi here was a bit old and soft and more sour like it's been fermented longer than normal. The service was good for take out and eating in. It is good enough for Oklahoma but I'll go back to Dallas and eat in Carrollton for the legit amazing Korean food!

This place is so good. Growing up my friends mom was from Korea and this place tastes so much like her cooking.

A little underwhelming compared to what I thought it was going to (compared to Korean bbq in Moore…read morenow closed) but the marinated short rib was a top favorite and seasoned perfectly. Pork belly was ok. And side choices were ok. Our server made sure we always had a clean grill plate and asked us what else we needed frequently.

Maple Korean BBQ is fine if you don't have any standards. For an AYCE buffet, the portions were TOO…read morebig and you can only order 4 items per round for the bbq. My spouse and I went, so we only had a party of 2. We didn't know that the servings of meats would be so large until after they came to the table, so we didn't get to try anything else. We struggled to even finish the first round since again, there were only 2 of us. We ordered the spicy pork belly, but were brought plain pork belly that did not taste fresh, spicy bugolgi that was off putting, NY steak which was fine, and the steamed egg which was delicious. The cold bar was not at all impressive. Veg included enoki mushrooms, bell peppers, jalapeños, onions, lettuce, sweet potatoes, salad mix and a couple others. There was also disgusting Japchae. Slimy, no veg, barely seasoned. None of the kimchi was good either. Cabbage kimchi was not sour at all, radish kimchi was limp and not at all crisp, cucumber kimchi was shriveled and salty. The sauces and seasonings were fine. Nothing to write home about and definitely nothing to bring me back. The crushed garlic and lemon slices were my favorite parts. I recommend adding something spicy like a chili oil, pepper flakes or Thai chilies. The hot pot was my favorite part, but only after I doctored the broth. The spicy broth was just a grocery store pack of sichuan base (not even spicy) and the clear broth didn't taste like anything. I put vinegar, kimchi, and onion in mine to even make it tolerable. Again, the portions are also too big to try anything other than the first round. We ordered udon noodles, Napa cabbage, one of the beef options, and glass noodles. A whole plate of beef came out, which we also struggled to finish (we ordered the hot pot and bbq meats at the same time so it all came out at the same time.) If you're only coming with two people, I recommend picking one or the other to get your moneys worth. After tax and before tip the total was 95$ for bbq and hotpot without drinks. One round of meats and a mediocre cold/salad bar is not worth that price. My recommendation for the restaurant, provide proper kimchi, expand your sauce/seasoning bar, reduce the portion amount for meats each round so people can try more things and reduce waste, or turn it into a serve yourself buffet type deal. Self serve noodles would've a great addition as well. Now the service. We had to move tables after we let our server know we wanted to do hot pot AND bbq to accommodate a second burner. Not a big deal, just slightly inconvenient. The ordering process was complicated because the hot pot ingredients menu is a piece of paper separate from the bbq menu. The grill wasn't changed for us until after I started taking pictures of everything which was kind of suspicious but whatever. The restaurant wasn't even busy, I shouldn't have to start taking pictures to get better service (which wasn't even the intention). We did not have the best experience. The price for the quality served is not justifiable.
