So far, quite good! I started to visit here regularly to grab goodies for work. I use the Panera App to order ahead and go to the drive thru to pick up my items. Each time, the order has been accurate and the service is friendly. Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait depending on how busy they are, but my order has been ready each time. I usually don't leave reviews, but this experience was so unacceptable, it needs to be addressed. I visited this Panera location with my two boys and had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. A young woman with ginger hair was working the drive-thru and was incredibly rude and unprofessional. From the start, she acted like we were an inconvenience. She had an AirPod in, was clearly more focused on her music than doing her job, and ignored us when we tried to ask a simple question about our order. When she finally responded, she actually used explicit language toward us -- something no employee should ever say to a customer, especially around children. On top of that, I ordered three cookies for my boys and she only gave us two. When I politely let her know one was missing, she flat-out refused to give us the last cookie we paid for, with a nasty attitude. It was unbelievable. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. My kids were confused and upset by the way we were treated, and as a parent, that's the last thing you expect from a family-friendly place like Panera. I truly hope management addresses this issue, because no customer deserves to be treated like this. read more

Come here mostly for the drive through at breakfast on a weekend. During weekdays ( when I am not running late) I like to come in and grab a a hazelnut coffee. If you are in the Sip club its self serve and you can just use the self checkout . They offer healthy bowls now for dinner like the chicken terriyako and mediterrenean bowl. They can be out of ingredients often and once forgot to even put chicken on my Thai chicken salad , but the service has been improving lately. The staff is effecient and when I order online its often ready 10 min before the estimated time . I recommend the breakfast soufflés, they do sell out sometimes on weekends. read more

I'm not a fan of the Panera menu, but everyone behind the counter worked fast and appropriately with no problems. My BBQ Chicken Flatbread was flavorful on the inside, but the flatbread itself was very plain and bland. It tasted like some off-brand flatbread that you would get from the grocery store clearance rack. Be on alert for the small-ish parking lot. You may need to find a different place to park. read more

No butter was included with the bread. The service was very slow. And finally, my mom asked for no sauce on her Steak arugula sandwich. But they misunderstood and made it completely plain! I would prefer to visit un-chained coffee shops, but locally, I've found that many of them aren't open when I need them. I give Panera a lot of credit for being responsible with their food and menus, and actual fresh food. I also appreciate that their menu changes with the seasons to give a decent amount of variety. This Panera is quick in the mornings, and they keep the hazelnut coffee on. They do a great job with takeout. We were here as part of a group that was meeting there. I had Black Bean Soup in a Bread Bowl and my wife had the Soba Noodle Bowl. Both were fresh and tasty and very filling. Very good coffee, too. Angry customer here. This is about SERVICE and not the food since I didn't get what I wanted. 7:53 am weekday and the place is dead except for a few patrons. I ordered promptly after walking in, bagel toasted with cream cheese to go. People after me came and went. 8:06 I ask the cooks where the hell is my bagel, and they don't have an order for one - really?!!! Had to go back to the register and have the girl throw a bagel in a bag with a pat of cream cheese. It was that or get my money. Made me late for work. After college, I really didn't think of Panera too often. I entered a new phase of life that was more interested in trying local restaurants. But-- I gotta say, Panera bread is making a solid return. It's reliable, fast and fresh. Everything you want without question during the busy work week. And come on... Free coffee perk throughout the month of your birthday? Ok, that definitely gave me a reason to stop by and smell the baked bread one too many times. I mean the coffee isn't the strongest, but It gave me a reason to stop in and say hello to the other strong points of the cafe. Panera also incorporated a computer system that offers visuals of all their food and drink products, which is insanely helpful. I'm pretty traditional, but they offered a discount if you used it for your first time. I'm all about those sales. :) #noshame (can you even put hashtags here? Lol) My latest love... is the green power smoothie. I can't seem to get enough. It's not too sweet and gives me the burst of energy I need to power through my mornings. My favorite experience? I stopped into Panera Bread the other day to test drive the new Summer offerings. Panera is one of my favorite quick-casual places. The service is always fast and friendly. The food is always tasty and fresh. Prices are reasonable too. And when taking a road trip through Ohio, the highway sign noting a Panera at the next exit just feels like a sign from heaven above, because it means I don't have to stop at McDonalds! Happily for me, Panera has reintroduced its Strawberry Poppyseed & Chicken Salad, featuring antibiotic-free chicken breast and crisp romaine lettuce, mingled with fresh strawberries and blueberries, pineapple, Mandarin oranges and pecans. This is a fresh and tasty salad that offers a satisfying blend of tastes and textures. It's one of my favorites. My lone complaint is that the pineapple is from a can--fresh pineapple would be bliss. Another Panera favorites is the Macaroni & Cheese. The folks at Panera combine pasta shells in a blend of white cheddars, including natural Vermont White Cheddar, making it the perfect combination of sharpness and creaminess. This mac doesn't taste like fast food, or the stuff you get out of a box. This was good. On a previous visit, I chose the "Pick-two" combination of a Chipotle Chicken Sandwich and the Macaroni & Cheese. If you haven't had the Chipotle Chicken, you're in for a treat. The sandwich comes on grilled French bread, loaded with pepper-mustard chicken, smoked bacon and cheddar, tomatoes, and an ancho-chipotle spread that packs just the right punch. The creamy macaroni and cheese provided a nice balance. Bakery items are always a sure bet. Try the Asiago Cheese Bagel, chocolate chip cookies, scones, blondies......I could go on and on. I love coming here for breakfast when I'm in town! Everyone is always friendly, and the service is always quick. I used the self service kiosk to place my order, and it was ready in only a few minutes. I made an error on the kiosk and selected Asiago focaccia bread instead of bagel. I didn't realize this until I saw my food sitting on the counter. I advised the person behind the counter that I actually wanted a bagel. Without hesitation they quickly made me another with the Asiago bagel. She left the original on the counter. I asked if she wanted me to throw it out. She said we can't take it back, so you can take it home or throw it in the garbage. Essentially, I made an error and got a free sandwich. That was awfully nice of them! I'll be back!! read more

My wife's work often buys late lunch out for business events. Today I was able to tag along with her with her work buddies. They were headed to Panera. I love their sandwiches so figured it was win win for me. I tried from the Cafe sandwiches selection the Sierra Turkey - lean turkey, with field greens, red onions, smoked gouda, and chipotle mayo on a foccacia bun. I decided to get it normal so I can see how its supposed to taste. Normally I don't care for mayo but decided to give it a shot. The spicy chipotle mayo worked for this sandwich, the spicy bite of the chipotle flavor cut the normally nasty gooey mayo flavor. plus the spice gave it a good boost. the cheesy foccacia bread was awesome as well. I am not a fan of gouda though so if I get this sandwich again I will get it without cheese. I've had several other of the sandwiches before. My personal favorites are the bacon turkey bravo on tomato basil bread, And also the asiago roast beef - it has real thick cuts of roast beef with zingy horseradish sauce. Chips & Ice Tea rounded out the late late lunch. Very Very good food - 4 stars for the sandwiches. Only way they could be better for me is if they were larger. I'm a sip club member and I stopped by to get an iced coffee, I placed the order and then I realized there were no cups where they always place them, I asked for a cup, and she questioned if I already placed the order, I said yes, she asked my name and looked for it in the screen of pending orders, my name was not there, then she moved to the register area and looked for my phone number in the computer, she said she couldn't see my order... but that "just for this time" I could have the coffee, and immediately she started to talk to other team member complaining about "those people" that just go and get a drink there without paying it and that she has been losing lots of money for that reason... whattttt? You're not doing any favor to me! I don't really understand how you couldn't see my order in the system, or see that I'm a sip club member, I even have the email confirming my order, which that day I didn't realize I could show to her... I am trying to go gluten free, so a restaurant with "Bread" in its name would likely cause problems, right? Actually, wrong! If you educate yourself before you eat here, there are plenty of really good menu items that you can get and not feel like you've set sail on the Gluten seas of pudge. For example - try their salads! They do a really nice job with their Cobb salad! The bacon is fresh (not bits, as some other fast-ish food chains might serve) and I didn't even need dressing with it. The thai salad is also good, but minus the wonton strips. Make sure you get the dressing on the side... that stuff is LOADED with sodium. My kids love the smoothies and its cheaper than stopping at a coney, and better for you than a McD's which is right next door. read more

This is one of many Panera Breads in the area. Free Wifi is attractive and you usually find an open table with a decent coffee to get some work done. They have decent lunch options and a full range of bakery items. This Panera is in a small strip mall, and it is deceptive larger than you think, but I think its still smaller than the average Panera. Finding this store can be tricky, its nestled beside a busy corner McDonald's and a number of larger trees. It actually shares a street entrance/exit (on 12 Mile) with the McDonald's. Parking can be challenge, there are a limited number of spots and its a one way, counter clockwise, parking lot. Find the first spot and take it. There area couple of outside tables and chairs, with the typical configuration inside the store, many 2 seat small tables. read more

I ordered my food to be delivered through the Panera app. It's almost always delivered before the estimated delivery window. And always delicious. I never write reviews but today I felt it absolutely necessary, and here's why: I placed my usual order, got a text message that my food was delivered on my porch and was planning on grabbing it in a couple minutes as I was finishing up something on my computer. I received a phone call from Panera before I could even get to my door. Apparently the order that was delivered was for a different customer. The manager informed me that they were in the process of re-making my order and are sending it out ASAP, as well as the other customer who's order I did receive (they called in to say they received the wrong order). The manager told me to keep the food I received, as they cannot take any food back. If I could give this particular store 10 stars, I would.
