The food was the usual deliciousness except the ham sandwich was drowning in mustard. The people making sandwiches were yelling and I mean yelling stupid things to each other. Dining in there was miserable. The floor was dirty, the tables were all dirty, every one of them. Food all over the floor around the tables too. No one was cleaning anything and this was at 2 in the afternoon. The restrooms were awful. Not clean at all. Even the soap dispenser was covered in muck. The Mens room had one toilet and one urinal. The toilet was piled full of excrement and toilet paper to the rim of the seat. My husband just came back out without using it, it was so bad in there. Came here for a late lunch early dinner. Ordered the pick two : chipotle chicken avocado melt doesn't seem like there's much avocado or much meat in it, very saucy and messy but still good, Asian sesame chicken salad was ok there was barely any dressing on it and it didn't have wonton chips or anything like that it felt basic, the bread that came with it was cold and wasn't hot like it normally was. I also ordered a kid Mac and cheese and a drink which I felt was over priced considering I paid almost $22 for ok food that I could gotten better somewhere else. My sister in law ordered 2 pick two with broccoli and cheese soup and the soup was cold, not even warm but cold, the tuna sandwich was sweet and vinegary tasting and the put it on one sad looking broken bread. Very friendly employees but PLEASE require the employees to change their gloves after handling money instead of taking money then going on to prepare bagels or other meals. People who come to get free WiFi should only be allowed 1 hours. Then automatic log out. Taking up tables with only a drink purchase and customers who buy food, have no where to sit except the small tables. Why do you need a big table just to get free WiFi and charge your computer? The food was good- much of what you'd expect from a Panera Bread. My sandwich was very messy and falling apart but still delicious. However, the time to get our food was 21min. This was on a Sunday at 2pm. The church crowd had died down and we just sat there in disbelief it took 21min to receive food at a Panera! At most Panera's their ticket times are usually no longer than 5min. I was so surprised. We have ordered delivery from here 4 or 5 times and only one of the deliveries was on time & enjoyable. The last time our food was over an hour late & when we called to check on it we were placed on an indefinite hold. Ridiculous. All other times they've delivered they call and complain and make me go outside of my apartment to meet them. If I am tipping and paying delivery fees I expect it to be delivered to me on time. Additionally, the food is often not hot when delivered and one time there was an eyelash in my soup. The one time I went in to eat the food was ready quickly and all was well & when I ordered rapid pickup for curbside it was out quickly. I came in at 10am to get a dozen bagels (6 everything and 6 cinnamon crunch) I placed my order at one of the kiosks and waited 15 mins before I had to ask someone where my order was. They just then started making my order only to inform me they only had one everything bagel and three cinnamon crunches. The lady helping me was very rude and insisted I just choose a different bagel. I informed her that I would just like my money back since I had already paid for the order, and she threw a fit. Worst customer service experience ever. I will not be returning to this location. There is absolutely no excuse for the lady who "helped" me. Panera is always a solid choice, but it's not cheap for "fast food". On this occasion I ordered the "Pick 2" which allowed you to pick 2 items from the menu and receive half portions. My first pick: the Thai Style salad. This was actually really good! It contains peanuts and has a sweet, yet kinda tangy tasty to it. The chicken taste fresh, and the overall taste was refreshing. My second pick: the Chicken Avocado Sandwich. This was a bit underwhelming. The cheese didn't taste fresh, it wasn't very warm, and the chicken tasted very bland. There was only a little avocado, which tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. I think that sandwich definitely has potential, but this Panera has some work to do. I received chips as a side... it's a small bag just FYI. I had water to drink, but a friend got the "Prickly Peach Tea" which was very light and refreshing. Overall, solid place to get something fast and easy, but nothing special. My total was 11 bucks. read more

Workers were slacking in the back and were extremely slow, found a hair in my Mac and cheese and my grilled cheese was so soggy it was like freaking water. This place is dirty! Not one table clean, debris on floor, and I witnessed an employee not even able to dry her hands in the restroom because of no paper towels, that she also did not come back to fill. The trash receptacles were all full and dirty dish trays were overflowing. The buzzer we were given was broken - but the employees actually knew that because they told us prior to giving it to us, "this may or may not work". That's the last trip to Panera in Cool Springs! This place has dropped the ball for every recent experience I have had whether it be ordering in-store or online for delivery. Extremely long wait times. My delivery order was cancelled over an hour after I placed it and there was no communication from the staff that 1- it was even running late and 2- that it was getting cancelled. When I tried contacting the store, it rang forever and ended up cutting the line because no one could answer the phone. I understand that the world is short staffed right now, however, communication and service still should not suffer. I am frustrated to say the least. read more

This Panera had better service than I have had in other Paneras. Our food was brought to our table. He also checked to see if we needed anything during our meal. It is clean. There were no tables that had debris. The sandwiches were hot, the salads were cold. The rolls were fresh. The areas for drinks and condiments was clean and well stocked. I love Panera. You know why? Because I can grab a cup of coffee, a pastry or a sandwich and get some work done. Well, either this location is retarded or apparently I've never been in during 'peak' hours before, because this whole 30 min max wifi rule is new (and ridiculous) to me. Now, I understand that places can get busy. As a matter of fact, it's about 12:30 and it's packed right now. That being said, how many people have computers and are presumably using the wifi? 3. Boo to this Panera! I just ordered my lunch here via the kiosk - got a Pick 2 and PAID EXTRA for a fruit cup. Order comes up and the girl says oh we are out of that would you like an apple? No, I say I paid extra for the fruit cup no? She's like oh yeah I guess. Offers me a free pastry. That's nice and all but I'm on a diet and hence wanted fruit not a pastry or bread. She says I can get a "refund" - it's $0.60. That's embarrassing to even bother with. I'm usually a huge Panera fan but this location was disappointing. Visiting the Nashville area for the weekend, we were starting our drive home and wanted to grab lunch to eat on the way. Not being interested at all in fast food/burger joints, we found this Panera on Yelp and decided to swing through and grab a better tasting option. Walking from the car to the entrance, I noticed the area immediately outside the restaurant was littered and the tables/chairs scattered. Coming into the restaurant, the same impression. When ordering, we found that their loyalty program system wasn't registering our purchase and we'd have to go through a manual process to register our meal and get the points...while this sounds small, to us it is kind of a big deal - if we go through the process of actually enrolling in a company's loyalty program, it means we're frequent enough customers that we believe we'll get value out of participating. It's disappointing to be told that we have to do the work to ensure that our account is updated after spending a not inconsiderable amount on lunch. Anyway, we ordered (side note - we both felt that our presence was inconvenient to the young lady that eventually took our order), I got our drinks while hubby waited for our food. Once we had it, we dashed to the car to get on our way - and found that boht our sandwiches looked literally slapped together with the bread sideways and the contents falling out. Not up to the usual quality standards of a Panera. This seems to be a pretty busy location, especially during the lunch hour, so I'd expect them to be able to handle our order, but our experience was disappointing. read more

What can I say. This location is a HAM. I entered. The restaurant was super busy. Being that you would think that the presentation would be also. not so. I went to the ladies room to refresh and what did I see? Dirty toilets, toilet paper thrown everywhere, water everywhere. Ok.. not the first nasty bathroom. Just carefully washed my hands and went to place my order. Ham and Swiss. Broccoli and Cheddar soup and tea. I went to pick up my order. No cup for my tea. No soup. Oh well got places to be. Will still chill at Panera but I don't recommend this location. Oh I forgot the time on the coffee says 1245 it is now about 2. Ew. There are 3 empty containers of honey.. Really? Really? This place is pretty good. As you probably know, they have a variety of sandwiches, soups, and baked goods. I like this place for a light lunch, choosing the "pick two" to get a half sammy and a cup of soup or small salad. For the record, I like the broccoli cheddar soup and the Italian combo sandwich. Skip the French onion. It tastes okay, but does not have the baked cheese or big crouton on top, and instead just floats a slice of white cheese. Doesn't really work for me. This location is good, but could do better at wiping down tables during lunch. read more

The staff is friendly and the food is consistently good.However, and this may seem like a weird complaint, but they could really benefit from changing the layout of this place a bit. Trash bins are dificult to find and at times it feels like the seating is so close together that you are customers are practically stacked one-on-top-of-the-other. Also, their large pasta serving is a small when compared to Noodle Company... They should be bigger. I love coming here for a quick bite to eat after work, or even getting food to-go to take to work. Their bagels are always fresh and delicious, and their pasta is awesome. The only thing I don't like about it is that it always seems messy...trash is left out everywhere, and tables are left a mess. The last time I visited with my fiance, there were 2 vacuum cleaners just sitting out instead of being put away. All in all, I still love their food. :) read more
