This Subway is located in the small, but busy shopping center on Cool Springs Boulevard that also houses New Balance, Brown Bag and a few other spots. This is one of the smaller Subway's I have ever visited, but like the plaza they are in...small but mighty. A much needed renovation took place not too long ago, so the inside is in great condition and is quite pretty for a Subway. The couple of times I have stopped by to scoop up a sandwich, the service was decent. Not overly friendly, but not rude...very transactional. Overall, solid Subway location that I am happy to revisit when the craving hits. read more

Don't order from the app. It charged our card and they said the order never came in. I have screenshots of everything showing the location, card it came from, but no sandwich. Really nice people that work there but this location doesn't accept the coupons you get in the mail online either so now I'm out $ and no corporate number to call anymore either. read more

This is the only Subway I'll go to. I always drop in before I go to see a movie. They're friendly and fast and the veggies never look gross and soggy. They keep the place clean and they keep the food bar tidy too. We're vegetarians, so it's important to us to not see things like Tuna in the lettuce or meat cross contaminated in the veggies. (This is where keeping the food bar clean the way they do is important.) They're consistently a good choice. There's a guy on the weekends who wears glasses who is pretty miserably slow. If I walk in and he's working and there's more than one person in line, I leave. It could be my patience level, but he takes forever. Other than that, I love this location! read more

I am not the biggest fan of Subway Sandwich's strictly because they carry and use only processed cheese and meat and very low quality ingredients... That is no good! Not only is it not good for you; but it does not taste as good as the REAL thing! Putting the truth aside for a minute... I think that this subway has good service, and is well ran. I came in here one night starving! And this guy who must had been 19 made my sandwich. He probably put 3 times as much meat, cheese, lettuce, etc. That he was supposed to put on the sandwich! All tell you what! I was not complaining! Subway as a CHAIN, huge corporation, franchise company sucks! I hate the way its all done! The stores all look the same. Nothing out of place. They serve cheep, low quality products... This is sad to me that American corporations actually think its OK and "right" to do business like this. Subway is one OF MANY that do business like this... I have eaten here at least several times a week for months. With all of those meals, you would expect me to have been disappointed at least once - but NO! This Subway is very well run, is always clean and stocked, and has super people working there. I hear what the other reviewers are saying about Subway being a chain, yada yada yada - this Subway always has fresh veggies and fresh bread, they're kind and conscientious towards their customers, and their hard work shows in the number of regulars they have. Omg talk about a horrible customer service ! This subway franchise made me never want to go back to subway ever !!!i always try to be understanding anytime I go anywhere of the people who work there . This place was not the case first off I walk in there were 2 girls working they did not great me at all which is fine but when I asked if they had soup they very rudely stated they had no soup !while making my food they were rushing like I was bothering them from continuing to have their conversation keep in mind there was no one else in line ....or in the restaurant for that matter so I pay for my food which I was going to eat there but decided not to after dealing with them ......when I go to take a bite out of my sand which there was not one but 2 huge hairs in it .... this was just disgusting and a horrible experience never going back ..... read more
