I went in on a Wednesday morning to get myself some breakfast and to get half a dozen bagels and pastries to bring to a family member. Upon arrival the front lobby wasn't too busy and I was greeted immediately by a friendly employee. She rung me up and got my order out quickly. She was great at working the lobby greeting everyone which included a lot of regulars it seemed. I had a four cheese soufflé and it was delicious along with some coffee with almond milk in it. Really great experience overall. It 100% started and ended with the warm greeting from, Feemah. I may have misremembered her name. But she carried the entire vibe and service of the restaurant. The cashier was very warm and welcoming. Even though she was helping another customer, she paused to take my order so the line could keep moving, which I appreciated. When she entered my phone number for rewards, she greeted me by name and even joked about the Brandy & Monica concert, super personable and efficient. In the past, Panera hasn't always felt worth the price to me, but this location really changed my mind. I ordered a Pick Two with the Green Goddess salad and tomato soup. My husband and I decided to try Panera for dinner as we love the breakfast however we were very DISAPPOINTED. When we walked in we didn't notice anything out of the ordinary in the entry way. We ordered our food for dine in. We got our drink and then we proceeded to find a table. This is when we became very DISAPPOINTED as all the tables were dirty plates were left on the tables, the trashcan was full. We were there for 30 minutes and nobody came out to clean. Before we sat down we cleaned our own table. The restrooms were very dirty as well. Had we noticed this before ordering our food we would have walked out. As I write this review, my eyes swell up with tears... this Panera Bread has to be one of the best fast food places I have ever been to, their customer service shows that they do not just come in for their jobs, they are HAPPY to be there everyday and wanting to serve up smiles and satisfy customers. I have been a regular since 2021 and have always been treated with the uttermost kindness and compassion by the workers here. The food is delicious and the management are all amazing. Well, it would seem that Panera is trying to destroy itself from within. I now have the pleasure of writing yet another poor review that will likely add fuel to that fire. For years I have been coming to Panera for their Tuesday special on bagels. Living in Texas, it's difficult to find a good bagel. The only other choice really is Einstein bagels, and they have always been ridiculously overpriced, and their bagels to small. Paneras bagels were only a fraction of the price and much bigger, pretty much the normal size of a typical New York bagel, which is about twice the size of a lenders. But the last time I went in to Panera to get bagels, they raised the price of the special and the bagels are now HALF the size. H A L F!!!! I understand it can get busy but when there is no other customers I see no one. This Panera Bread is my go-to whenever I study at the Starbucks nearby. My usual order is the Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT with either macaroni and cheese or tomato soup. This time, I brought my cousins for the first time and we ate at the restaurant instead of going through the drive thru like I normally do. Instead of macaroni, I opted to get the tomato soup instead. I've always liked the food here but this time around was especially good because my cousins ended up liking it quite a lot. The service was also great and the employee who brought our food was nice and attentive. At one point, a child spilled her drink and it splashed on me and the employee asked if I was alright (I was). Just take off all the things from your menu then. Sunday 17th June 2018 - Before I write a review , I normally would frequent the establishment a couple times , so I can give a fair review. So I have been to this Panera over 20 times...I have used both Delivery and I go inside to order. ( I have never used drive-thru) Today was just it for me, so I had to Yelp. I was going to do an online order and have it delivered , but 99% of the time that I ordered online , the inventory is never updated and I always get a call saying they don't have what I want anymore and if I would like a substitute . Well today is Father's Day and my husband wanted some blueberry scones and I was going to give him what he wanted. I went online , started the order and of course it said available....but as I was about to pay , I was like ....you know what ..I already know I'm gonna get a call saying there is none...so just get your ass up and drive there. Cause I wasn't in the mood. SO I drove there...pulled up around 4.35 - 4.45pm, give or take a few minutes, and there were hardly any cars in the parking lot...so I was like yesss...its empty....as we ( husband & kids) opened the door....no one was in line...just us and one "customer" at the register and a couple people already dining at the tables. I looked over to the register area and there were 3 employees behind the counter ( 2 girls and a guy) ..all three in conversation with the "customer" on the customer side of the register....we walked up to the showcase to look at the pastries ....no one came over. We stood there staring at them...they looked at us and continued talking....the "customer" turned out to be another employee cause she also turned to look at us and we saw her uniform on with the Panera sign and she was wearing the cap. All 4 of them just continued their little convo....while we stood there ....no "Hi ,Welcome to Panera"....no "We will be with you"...no one broke away from the good talk to come over to the showcase....AND of course they had no blueberry scones left from what we saw in the display ...so online inventory was a damn lie ...like I knew it would be . I was going to get some brownies....but after standing there for a couple minutes and no one came or acknowledged us ...I said EFF this shit ( to myself)...I'm not gonna beg to be served ...and we left. We just drove over to Starbucks...got the scones there and some drinks.....and I will say that I will NOT be going to Panera anymore. The employees are a bunch of teens . They need some adult supervision / management. Oh ..and the time before this I did an online order for Rapid pick up.....go there and nothing was in the Rapid pick up area...and mind you the place was not busy. So I went to the cashier and told her and she then had to go fulfill my order ...which of course they had none of even though online said they did....so I had to do a substitute....AGAIN!!
