Worst location we've ever been to. Took multiple minutes for anyone to even acknowledge the line of people wanting to order. Place was dead and full of workers. Holli the assistant manager was far from welcoming when she took orders. We ordered 3 breakfast wraps and 3 cold brews and after finishing our breakfast still didn't have our coffees or even anyone near the station to make them. We went back to the counter for refunds on coffee that no one made and the assistant manager didnt apologize just blamed it on someone who was on break. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Bad experience at Bridgewater Falls location. Went there at 10:45 for early lunch (which we have done numerous times after church) and were told that lunch isn't served until 12:00. Either a new policy or a manger who doesn't know what they are talking about. read more

This is my favorite Panera location. If I am meeting a friend, or even just grabbing a quick bagel to go, I head here. It's always clean, great staff and quick service. I think the worst thing I've ever had happen is that they gave me a french baguette instead of whole wheat. read more

I've come to this Panera Bread for 5 years now and over the last 6 months I've noticed the service become more laxed, customer service is almost non-existent the agents behind the counter they don't greet you any longer they no longer ask you to wait or apologize for long wait, my orders are wrong and they let you stand there staring at them before they'll even acknowledge that you're there it's a long wait for your food to be finished it's just not an enjoyable visit any longer to this Panera Bread. I was completely frustrated with my experience at this Panera Bread. I was actually using gift cards I had been given due to a previous bad experience I had at this very same store. Twice now I have ordered items that were not available but I was not told until I had already paid. The first time this happened my husband ordered a Frontega Chicken Panini and specifically asked for EXTRA BASIL. When we got our food the sandwich had NO BASIL on it, we asked what happened and we were then told they were out of basil due to a recall. The manager on duty refused to help. She said she could take back the sandwich that was missing an ingredient, throw it away, and make my husband something else. This is not a very good solution as we are not the type of people who would like to waste perfectly edible food. I offered up the idea of her refunding my money so that no food would be wasted, but I would be compensated for the item being not as ordered, she refused. I asked for the district managers name and when he would be in. A few days later I returned to the store to see the district manager. He apologized for the incompetence and rudeness of his manager but did not seem surprised when I told him who it was. He gave me three $5 gift cards for my inconvenience and disappointment. After a few weeks we decided we would at least use our gift cards, although we were not thrilled about the idea of going back to Panera Bread. And the incident we experienced in our previous trip just replayed itself. I ordered my daughter a cup of chicken noodle soup. I paid for said soup and went to wait for my order. It was then I was told they did not have any chicken noodle soup. When I spoke to the manager regarding this she told me they had been out for THREE HOURS, SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS and told me "Our truck doesn't come in until tomorrow." I could not believe how I was being treated. She offered up another menu item, which I took but my daughter did not like and could not eat so I actually had to go somewhere else to get my daughter dinner after my husband and I finished our meal. I will not be coming back to this or any Panera Bread ever again. I cannot believe the rudeness of the managers on duty, the lack of knowledge of items being unavailable, and the lack of decent options when I approached team members about my disappointment. read more

My daughter and I arrived around 7:15pm on a Tuesday night. The restaurant wasn't very crowded so we sat next to the fireplace. We ordered broccoli cheese soup in bread bowls. They were good but one of the bread bowls was cracked and soup was coming out so we had to get a plastic bowl to put it in. The woman at the service window was apologetic and polite. As we returned to our seat, there was a crowd of employees gathering at the front register then some of them started filing in to the area where we, and one other couple, were sitting. They were really loud and one woman stood right behind me playing a video game on her phone with the volume turned up. My daughter commented on it and she moved but more and more employees were filing in and crowding all around us. It became extremely uncomfortable. There were seats elsewhere in the restaurant, but it became apparent that they were meeting where we were sitting. My daughter and I couldn't take i anymore so we got up to leave. I always give management an opportunity to rectify bad situations so I asked for a manager and told her that they could have politely asked us to move rather than making the environment so unbearable. She apologized and asked if I wanted to talk to her boss. I said yes and a man came up to me and said that they posted on the door that they would be closing early due to a mandatory meeting (the sign was either not posted or not clearly visible when we entered). He said "Sorry." In the service industry, sorry isn't good enough. With all of the dining choices close by, they really can't afford to treat customers so poorly. Food is very good as always, but as of late our orders have been completed wrong, the store is out of some items early in the day, and sometimes hot sandwiches are served cold and vice versa. Consistency and accuracy seems to be a real issue lately. read more
