good food and coffee drinks but not friendly staffs. I order Panera almost every day or every other day. My last visit, they mass up my chai tea and make me vanilla late instead, I didn't say anything because I was in a hurry. Yesterday, I order chai tea, and ask about their "free bagel" deal with any coffee drink, they took a long time to fix the price. Today, I order cafe mocha, ask about the same deal, cashier says no such deal . Then, she brought over another person to help, but both of them seem annoyed, impatient! If they can't honored a special deal, why hang a hugh poster on the building to attract customer! Also, they should train their staff to smile to the customer instead of sour faces! While waiting for my coffee, their staffs were busy chit-chatting.... I think this gonna be the only and the last time I will ever visit this unfriendly place. read more

Perhaps the most unprofessional experience I have ever had in a Panera. Just awful service from both staff and management. Very little product knowledge and obnoxious behavior from much of the teenage staff. Two stars only because the scone and bagel were up to Panera standards. read more

We used to love eating here, but no more.their "grilled" cheese and panini sandwiches are literally just barely toasted d! We've tried repeat visits, and are finally too disappointed in the quality here. There have been times when they had no tongs for lemons, been out of napkins,out of lemons,etc. we kept hoping it was a busy day, but generally, we go there at slack times. If you just want a salad, it's wworth a visit. read more

Not the best Panera...seems to be a lot of high schoolers working here. Drive through is hit or miss..I have driven away a few times before realizing I was missing something. I've never had any issues with the food quality though and enjoy using it as a study location, has just the right amount of background noise. read more

I love the food that Panera has, but this was just awful. The staff was rude, and made no effort to understand what the person I was with was talking about. She was completely unfriendly and gave us dirty looks. It took us 18 minutes in drive thru to get our food. That is unacceptable. I will never go to this location, if any, again. read more

I normally love panera, but my last visit was certainly a miss. I am a vegetarian, and because of that, I purposefully ordered food (the soba noodle bowl with edamame) that I know to be a vegetarian option. I've had not so good experiences here in the past, but today I went in during a busy lunch hour, Cathy took my order and was so polite and efficient. She had such a great attitude! This Panera Bread is absolutely awful. It ruined my mother in-law's ENTIRE weekend. I ordered two plain bagels with one tub of cream cheese, and I waited for fifteen minutes just for them to let me pull around to the window and tell me they were OUT of plain bagels! The teenager that worked the window was rude and confused as if she didn't know how to properly serve customers. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

I loved that they delivered to my work especially on the weekends, it always came quickly even though its a little more expensive to order there. Yesterday my co worker ordered delivery and it automatically bumped her to Wednesday because they no longer deliver on weekends and it didnt say that anywhere and there was no phone call. Finally after and hour she had to call and cancel. They always delivered on the weekends as we frequently ordered from them. Disappointed that they no longer deliver since on weekends we cant leave work to get food typically. read more

I don't usually do reviews but in this. Case. Feel it is necessary. I have been to the heath Panera a few times and have had the same thing happen each time. I drive from the other side of town to get an everything bagel and each time, they are out. Now I never visit the store at prime time so it is more relaxing. If that is a top selling bagel, then wouldn't you think they would get them in stock. Not rocket science! Also, they must be trying to save a buck as the coffee area is almost always out of half and half, and today there was coffee spilled all over the floor that no one was cleaning up. Customer service. Is always weak as stated in other reviews. This location needs help! read more

Having visited the location on numerous occasions, I would have to agree the food is excellent but the service is terrible on most occasions at best. The issue is nobody has taught these teenagers about customer service or if they have they really don't give a hoot. More adult supervision and leadership is necessary in order to correct this situation but doubt seriously there will be any intervention....too bad! Mark B read more

Our family has always enjoyed Panera but this Heath location is awful. We've been here many times and tried to overlook the mess but today was the last straw and we will not be back. The dining room is always dirty. Today we couldn't find a single clean table even though they were not busy. The staff acted annoyed when I asked if someone could clean a table. The staff seems young and most are rude and care nothing for customer service. The young lady at the cash register today was a treat. She's one of those miserable teenager types full of angst. When she brought my two young daughters their bagels she literally threw the plates down on the table. I said thank you and she ignored me and walked away. After all that, my daughter found chicken in her salad. She is a vegetarian and specifically asked for no chicken. Like I said we've tried to give this place a chance...we returned a few times even after my daughter had a fly in her salad a few months ago. When that happened the manager did refund us for the salad but she didn't act surprised or sincerely apologetic. Unless this place gets new management, I would avoid it. It's actually pretty gross. I am sitting here trying to eat dinner with my child. However, the manager, Megan, has been having a long loud conversation with a friend who is dining here as well. This conversation has been nothing but health issues and swear words for 15 minutes. I couldn't even get my order corrected after a 5 minute wait and decided to eat it anyway. I used to love Panera. Now, however the food is rather tasteless, over priced, and not worth it. The location at Heath is also one of the worst I've ever visited. There is no customer service. They employees feel that helping a customer does not fall under their job description. Over all if you want coffee or a meal in Heath, you'd be better off with Tim Hortons than this Panera. read more

The food is pretty decent albeit pricy in typical Panera fashion. I've been here multiple times to pick up a quick breakfast early in the morning on my way to work and every single time the service has been painfully slow and inaccurate. I ordered a sandwich and a muffin together, was given the sandwich after a ten minute wait, and then looked and saw I had no muffin, so I tapped on the window and got no response. Tapped again, nothing. After doing this five or six times the girl finally comes back to the window and gives me attitude asking what I want, when I tell her she forgot the muffin she says "Oh" and looks to her left, grabs it, and says "Here" and shoves it out the window. Numerous other times I've had to be asked what my order was, and I've had to wait 10-11 minutes on average to get served at the window in the drive thru. Pretty poor service which is disappointing because the food is good. Probably wont be going back anymore. read more

When Caribou Coffee closed down my family tried this Panera for our weekend breakfast/coffee time. After a few weeks, we ended up boycotting this location due to poor service. Although there is always a sign on the side of the building offering a free bagel with any specialty drink, we only got one once. Every other time (3 separate times) we were either told that offer was only for the drive-thru, or they just looked at us like we were insane. Even the manager didn't know what was going on and we were just told "sorry" with no explanation. Another time we were told we had a free breakfast sandwich on our "My Panera" card, but when we tried to use it the next day, again we were denied and told "sorry, there's no reward on your card". I don't mind paying full price for my food, but don't offer me "free" stuff if you're not going to give it to me! I got tired of always fighting with them so I gave up. We don't go there anymore and Peet's Coffee & Tea now gets all our business which is upwards of $50 a week. Sorry Panera :( read more

Went here because I could never get Wi-Fi to work at Caribou. Caribou more intimate but Panera has free refills and $1 coffee with breakfast items. For some reason expensive pastries not considered "breakfast " item. Wi-Fi always works. read more

Today was our first day at the Heath Panera Bread location. Our order was perfect, the food was delicious, everyone was kind and helpful and our experience was delightful. Everything was clean, inside and out. I accidentally left my sweater and called about it. An employee promptly checked on it and held it until I could pick it up. I love Panera's food. I have been going to the one in Heath because it is close, but I think I've finally had enough of something being wrong every single time I go & will no longer be visiting this location. The last time we went through the drive through they did not give me my soup with my you pick two. We called in to tell them, and they did not even take our name. Needless to say the next time we went they gave me a hard time about it, even though it was their fault they messed up my order and their fault they didn't take a name down. The girl at the register wanted to know if the soup I was ordering was the same kind that I got shorted. Well since they have different soup everyday, no it's not. Why should I have to come back on the same day of the week because they screwed me out of half of my food? On top of that, they were out of chicken (by 6pm) when we went back AND screwed up my order again. Also, if you are like me and you like to have your coffee and food at the same time, you had better go through the drive through. If you dine in for breakfast and order food and a specialty coffee you will be getting the coffee long after you are done eating....and that's if they remember to make it at all. read more

I believe a change of management is in order. I was there on a Saturday afternoon with my daughter. There were only a few tables occupied but only two empty tables were clean even though I saw 5 employees making no attempt to buss the tables. There was no iced tea in the container and the beverage station was messy. There was a young girl hanging out at the counter with the "cooks". Their lack of attention to their job was confirmed when I received my 1/2 sandwich - it contained a 4 inch strip of plastic wrap. The prices are way too high for this service and food quality - I'll take my business elsewhere - Panera's off my list. read more
