This location is the one near my home. I like the quality of the food. I had the soba noodle bowl the other day and it was tasty. I had a chocolate chip candy cookie from them this weekend and it was so tasty, soft it the middle and crunchy edges. The soufflé for breakfast are awesome I get these on my cheat days. read more

Last night I went to Panera to pick up some food for my wife. After I ordered seemed like an eternity before I made it to the pick up window. Just having 3 cars a head of me. My order was simple Tomatoe cream soup and some Mac n Cheese. The drive through attendant said they were out of Mac n Cheese so I ordered some Pasta Alfredo she said they were out of that as well. I asked how can they possibly be out of either being that those are popular menu items. She replied that it was late in the evening and they would take to long to heat up. Being 9pm and they close at 11pm I found that to be a ridiculous reason. I would like to know if anyone else has had the same problem in another location not to single out the Homestead branch. I will try my order agian on another day to see if they are consistent. Meanwhile order your pasta early. read more

The food is good... well done, out in time. I usually go to Panera to study catch up on work. I'm in a Panera at least 1-2 times a week. I found it extremely difficult to concentrate while at this establishment. Management is constantly screaming orders out (don't you guys use headsets to communicate?) screaming at employees to get their work done (not in a disrespectful way but jokingly and extremely loud.). The manager even mentioned that she's "very vocal" because I'm sure she can hear herself yelling....I'm all for making a work environment enjoyable but it is Extremely distracting. I definitely will not be coming here again unless I have a good set of headphones to keep the noise out. Pretty upset. read more

Ok so anyone that knows me knows i loooooove panera bread. I wish we had a closer location like cutler bay area but anyways i went all the way down to the homestead area bcus i really wanted soup so i ordered the pick 2 chicken noodle soup half sandwich drink cookie (which is awesome) and the cashier was extra friendly my only negative was when i got my soup i had more broth than noodles smh everything else was great but they need to have more consideration when fixing the food orders bcus i went for soup and got broth and i dont wanna b a pain and ask for more or make a big deal but im just saying please give what we pay for.. read more

I've never had a problem here. Great service from some of the friendliest people and good quality food. I just wish the autumn squash soup wasn't seasonal and didn't go on " vacation" as they put it. Lol iced green tea is a must! read more

The food was great here when it first opened, but as of my most recent visit things had gone downhill quite a bit. The formerly great coffee was lukewarm and tasteless and my sandwich was so-so, particularly due to old, limp spring mix that should have been thrown out rather than used. I love Panera but this location is horrible! I hope you don't plan to get any of the "soup of the day" for dinner! My favorite soups are the Baked Potato and the Creamy Chicken & Wild Rice, both of which are considered soups of the day and only offered on specific days. Each and every time of go to get either of these soups they are sold out!!! I would understand if it's right before closing, but I'm get really there hours before closing! This Panera is great. Staff is friendly, and place is always clean. Drive thru staff ia awesome and never screw up my complicated orders.

Some of us had subway, some of us decided Panera Bread, and this that chose subway were envious and their hunger beat their taste! This Panera Bread is awesome and quick, the manager was there and was very friendly and you can see he takes pride in the establishment. The Turkey sandwich and soup combo is worth every cent! Especially get it in the bread bowl, I wish the bread bowl was a little bit bigger so they could put more soup in it! Also you can call ahead and they can have it ready for you so, this place is an A+ read more

Loveeeeee Panera. I really appreciate how the temp is set to low making it so comfortable to enjoy a hot cup of coffee. Love the atmosphere. The service is great and friendly and love the free wifi. Great great place to relax while enjoying a cup of coffee. read more

disappointed once again. I am a teacher at a nearby school and many of us order delivery on a daily basis. I guess the figure they can give us leftover crap and it wont matter because there isnt much we can do about it once the driver leaves. Never fails- bread and cookies are hard as rocks. They'd never serve it in the store like that. I guess they save yesterday's leftovers for the deliveries. In addition to that, in the "special instructions" I ALWAYS ask for butter and they NEVER bring it. Whats the point of asking for specifics if you dont read them? Never buying Panera again read more

This is my favorite spot in the area to come eat when I want something fast but healthy. I get the same thing EVERY TIME: chicken soup bowl, French bread, raspberry iced tea, and with that you can add a dessert for 99 cents. Can't beat that! They're to go service is also awesome for days I'm in a rush. Everyone here has great customer service except this one employee - which is the reason I didn't give this location 5 stars. I have her name since I've gotten her several times at the register and it says it on the receipt but I won't put her on blast unless management decides to message me. She looks so miserable to be there and is not friendly at all unlike the rest of the staff who for the most part have smiles on their faces. She was very dry when I was placing my order and seemed to be in a rush every time I would see if I wanted anything else on the menu. I then waited 15 minutes for my soup (which never takes this long because the soup is already there in the kitchen). Come to find out, she forgot to activate my buzzer and the 2 peoples buzzers behind me as well. We were all wondering why our SOUPS were taking almost 20 minutes. Thankfully, the server behind the counter willingly put us all a new bowl of soup so it'd be fresh, wish was greatly appreciated. Customer service goes a long way. The people at the register are the first people we interact with just like at a drs office it's the receptionist and it's beyond important to have excellent customer service. read more

After visiting this location for the first time today. I was really displease, I walk in and notice there were flies on the bake goods. I also spoke with one of the worker and they said we have a fly problem. No one took any bake good down, they left them there to continue to serve them. Prices are way to high and food is not even that good. Went there with my husband, I got the Alfredo pasta with no chicken and he got a sandwich which came out to 22 dollars! It was ridiculous and the food was whatever nothing spectacular about it plus portions are small!! read more

I LOVEEEE THIS PANERA! Its really close to my house and the ambiance is just amazing! I can really go there eat ny food and do homework in peace. Not to mention that their food is absolutely delicious and very clean. My favorite is the spicy thai salad with a bowl of the black bean soup. For anyone "driving through" this location at night make sure to check your food before you leave. They seem to give half empty containers in order to make it through the night. Tomato and mozzarella panini is awesome. Great selection of soup, sandwiches, salads and desserts. The black cherry smoothie is also really yummy. It's a bit pricey for what it is but the food is good enough to get away with it. Staff is usually really friendly as well. read more

I absolutely love Panera Bread =] The Drive thru is superb! The cashier is always extremely friendly in the morning and always super attentive to my needs. I have always wanted to bring panera down here and they finally did. It is one of the fastest, most precise drive thru's down here. No one can beat them !
