There were options to add stuffing and cranberry sauce on the turkey, and they still offer $5 sandwich of the day. I asked for extra onions he picked up like four slivers. I told him grab a hand full. Then the black olives, same thing!!! I asked for oil and vinegar, salt and pepper. This location is small if a little dirty there was some spilled drink that made the floor a bit sticky when I went but otherwise clean. Oh my. I almost don't know where to begin on this horrible location. The restaurant was clean. The people were ok. Their sandwich making skills are severely lacking. First of all, and I don't actually know WHO can fix this, there were zero lights on in the parking lot. Not a one. Also, the Subway sign was not even on. It's pretty dark out and everything was dark. It was a perfect place to get abducted. Second, the guy making my sandwich loaded it with anger and apathy. I mean, I get it, he works at a Subway; I'd be angry about that, too. But he just seemed really p!$$ed to even be there at all. I'm pretty sure he was shooting daggers out of his eyes at everyone in line. Third, the poor girl in charge of the vegetables/toppings seemed like she was in a state of shock. She was also slower than molasses during a blizzard in Canada. If you've ever seen Zootopia, the sloth scene comes to mind...in fact they may have been faster. I asked for lots of lettuce, which I always do, and I had to ask twice. Honey, lots of lettuce is more than regular lettuce. When I asked for a little salt and pepper on my husband's sandwich she loaded the thing with it! I hope he can eat it. Seriously! Is it Opposite Day? In the wrapping if my husbands sandwich she was having such a hard time actually rolling the sandwich in the paper that toppings began falling in the floor. No lie. It is 7:30 on a Sunday night and I came in for a sandwich and sweet tea. I bought a large drink and went to go get sweet tea and there was none. I asked if they had any in the back and they said no. I asked if they could make some and they said they only make it in the mornings. I cannot drink anything other than tea or rootbeer because of stomach problems. The root beer was also out. I asked why they cant make some now and I was told it would go to waste. They are open until 10 so they would have 2.5 hours to use all the sweet tea. After I told them that I cant drink anything else they just walked away. I asked if they are just going to dismiss me and they again ignored me. I've came to this subway multiple times. All the guys wear their mask under their nose. Today a guy with no name tag touched the bottom of his shoes with gloves on (i guess a extra glove or whatever was stuck on his shoe) and then touched my food after. Which is gross imo. Your employees really make or break a place and these two female employees broke this Subway location. They have terrible social skills, seem way too tired to make sandwiches, and look like they hate their jobs. They dress like slobs and have holes in their shirts. Their overall appearance is slovenly. One of them called me a b*tch because of a "difficult" order. They literally either drag or just slap the ingredients on the sandwich. I'd advise everyone to drive the extra 2 minutes to the location off Fairmont if you care for your health and attitude. read more

I visited this location for the first time today- what a fantastic first impression. I arrived shortly after a school group of around 25 teenagers. Beth and the two other employees (a younger man and slightly older woman, didn't catch their names) jumped into high gear. They quickly and efficiently made sandwiches for every customer. I'm sure this place has some good employees, but today's employees were the worst. For starters the salad that I ordered they gave me a spoon instead of a fork, the sandwich they gave me was cut with a knife that had cut some barbecue sandwich, they did not have a bag medium-size for the salad so they gave me a large bag and finally they don't take Discover card which means I had to use cash.
