I feel cheated. I went there this afternoon and ordered a tuna sandwich to go. After I got home I discovered the tuna was spread on the bread like thin mayonnaise. There was hardly any tuna salad on the sandwich. It was in essence, a tomato sandwich and hardly any lettuce either. Very very disappointing. On a brighter note, if you want chitchat and a clean restaurant- the person taking my order was very friendly. The place was clean too. read more

I live about 15 minutes from this Panera, and with gas prices the way they are, it isn't ideal to drive 30 minutes round trip for dinner. However, I was really craving a turkey sandwich, so my husband left to get us dinner. It clearly states on the receipt that I did not want mayo on my sandwich. My husband gets home, and surprise surprise, mayo on my sandwich. Which I cannot eat. So my husband has to drive another half an hour round trip for them to remake the food. Waste of time. Waste of money. I go to file a complaint, and apparently, you can only do so via social media. So I complain and request that I get a refund for the gas paid due to this place's mistake. All they can do is issue a "credit" for a future order. Why on earth would I waste more time and money here when it's incredibly obvious that the workers don't care and just make whatever they feel like, requests be damned. It's very obvious that this restaurant doesn't care about quality, and this business does not care about customers. DO NOT waste your money here. read more

Tonight is going to be a treat for the granddaughters. Panera the destination, both granddaughters gift cards in hand, ready to pay for their own Chocolate chip muffins and Chocolate milk. A big night out for them. Big girls use gift cards. Their excitement could hardly be contained. And so it begins. Upon entering Panera I hear an "uh oh" from grandma. This can't be good I'm thinking. She noticed that there was only one Chocolate chip muffin left on display. The girl behind the counter proceeded to inform us that this was the only one left. Oh well, the girls can share it with their Chocolate milk. "Um" we heard from the counter girl, "is there anymore Chocolate milk in front there"? Another "uh oh" uttered grandma. None to be had. Well, there goes the treat. The first time ever for the girls to have Chocolate milk, and it was a bust. Let's move on to dinner, shall we? One girl ordered a grilled cheese, and the other Mac and cheese. Out of the mouths of babes... "grandma, my straw fell inside my milk carton" , while the other "grandpa, is it bedtime when we get home"? Seems bedtime was more appetizing than the grilled cheese. After the straw dilemma was solved, grandma mentioned that they probably ran out of Chocolate milk earlier today, "or yesterday" chimed in a little one. Seems they caught on to the thread of the evening. Earlier we needed a spoon, and had to be given a plastic one, because, you guessed it, they were out of regular soup spoons! At a soup place! 5:30pm. Out of spoons! It's no wonder there were only a couple clean tables in the place. This Panera is hurtin' big time. I can only speculate that it's post Covid staffing issues rearing its ugly head again. I feel sorry for management having to deal with these problems. I also feel sorry for customers who have to spend hard earned money, on inept service, and diminished quality food. Quick Tip: Sidestep the Corn Chowder. It lacks in flavor, and is far from satisfying. While you're at it, you may consider a sidestep on this establishment altogether. At least until they can get their act together. I order soup for rapid pick-up from this location often! (My boyfriend picks it up, I just order). It's always ready quickly. Today, I appreciated that someone friendly gave me a phone call to let me know the soup I ordered was out of stock for the day. They were kind and professional. I was issued a refund for that part of the order AND given an alternative soup to try. It wasn't the soup I wanted but... I did appreciate the effort! I usually order the chicken noodle and it's a great pick-me-up when I'm having a rough day. 5 stars for great customer service and heart-warming soup. read more

Panera used to be decent. It's really just meh. The sandwiches aren't that good. The soups are okay. The baked goods are decent. I used to like this place but it seems as if it's gone downhill. read more

I really like this Panera location. They are always friendly, the food is good, and it's always clean. I love to get their mac n cheese and chicken and wild rice soup in a bread bowl. Plus, they have lots of drink options that aren't soda pop which is nice. I suggest mixing their green tea drink with some of the lemonade, it is delicious! read more

I've always had great experiences at this location! The staff are always kind and the food is always exactly as expected.

I love the idea of Panera and have liked other locations so I was excited when this one opened up in Hudson, but I have been 3-4 times now and each time I've been very disappointed. A few times with service, which initially I thought they just hired the wrong people and to give it some time, but I've also had unimpressive food every time. I also downloaded the app, which is a complete disaster. Not worth the phone space at all. I don't think this Panera in Hudson is worth spending any money at, especially when there is a great Starbucks right across the road, with better quality product, a better app and better service. read more

Tried to get a quick meal in the drive-thru end up waiting 15 minutes for our food which was okay but then when we got the food it was wrong. The receipt on the bag was right but the food inside was totally different. Went inside to fix it and had to wait another 15 minutes for them to fix the order. The whole time we were inside there seemed to be a lot of employees not actually doing anything which explains the long waits. Definitely not stopping back. read more

I really like Panera's food but the Hudson location literally never gets my order correct. Turkey BLT had no turkey. They gave me a gift card so I tried again - turkey BLT with no bacon, Caesar salad with no croutons, hour wait at curbside for food. Friend convinced a third try months later; they forgot her bottled beverage. I know the last could have perhaps been avoided had she checked the bag more carefully before driving off but c'mon. I went to the Hudson Location today, I sat at the drive thru order station for a good 10 minutes with no answer, as well as me saying hello. I proceeded to pull to the window because they have a sign that says "if you need help ordering please pull forward to the window" I get up to the window and I could see workers and a worker definitely saw me but didn't open the window. I finally gave up, but that was so rude and uncalled for. Even if the drive thru was closed which there was no sign they could've opened the window and told me. read more

Bad service every time. My "rapid pick up" order wasn't ready and when it finally was, they forgot half of it so I had to drive half an hour back to get the rest. They didn't even offer anything for the inconvenience! The quality is much worse than other locations. read more

Stopped in quick for a coffee. Usually these types of places are just order quick and move on, which is great, but I think the front cashiers could stand to be a bit more friendly. The drink I ended up ordering, I wanted to confirm what was in it. The cashier didn't seem to sure, but agreed with what my guess of the drink was, Instead of saying she would find out for sure for me, or asking someone. They were young kids, probably their first job, but it still sets the tone for the experience when that's your first impression of the place. read more

Horrible service!!! We weren't greeted when we ordered and not even a thank you after we paid. My wife and son spoons were dirty and when I asked for a new spoons they told me that the spoon was clean, when clearly it wasn't. Tables were dirty and we had to clean our table. Definitely getting better, this is about the third visit, on the first visit the guy on other side of food window yelled at me when I asked where the butter was. Just drove through to get lunch. Ordered a Chili lime salad with chicken. Waited a LONG time in line behind 2 cars. Just got home with my salad and no chicken on it. This was the only thing I ordered, so shouldn't be that hard to get it right. Not doing the drive thru there any more as they often mess up my order. The drive thru window is also extremely loud as I-94 is right next to it. It's too bad the service isn't better because I like having a healthier option for a drive thru meal. read more

I order 2 of this, 3 of that and 1 of them - I pay for 2 of this, 3 of that and 1 of them and you would think I would get 2 of this, 3 of that and 1 of them. But no 2 of 3 times!!! Poor system or no management oversight - either way there will never be a 4th attempt! Called both times to let them know. First time missed 2 cookies ( $2.69 each - just short of $6.00 missed ). Well I have to say that in the beginning this was my favorite place to be. They used to give a decent Hardy portion. Now the half soup and sandwich is another issue these days. I ordered wild rice soup and the half of grilled cheese. I wish I had taken a picture of that grilled cheese sandwich it look nothing like the photo and it is nothing like it used to be. I was quite bummed and the soup was barely even a half of a cup. I don't know if they are downsizing because they are giving out too many portions or if they're just tightening their belts, but you are not my favorite place to come anymore. read more

This Panera needs to get its sh** together. Every time I order something goes wrong. I was told in store I could order delivery online, didn't know I had to use Door Dash until I ordered delivery on their website. the store called me to tell me to get delivery through them. I prepaid for a tip so I asked the manager to refund my my tip... it's been weeks and I haven't seen it. Today I stop and order soup and salad with an apple on the side... simple, right? Guess not because I got the wrong soup, so I parked and went inside where two very young girl employees are talking near the pop machine. I stood there with my order in hand for about 30 seconds while they kept randomly looking at me. Finally I approached them and told them my order was wrong, they fixed the soup and I went back out to the car. Then I noticed I got bread instead of an apple. I just decided to leave after that. I continue to go here, as the other bagel shop in town closed and Panera Bread In Hudson is always having issues. I usually visit either through the drive through or dine in and I've literally only come across one decent employee. They continue to make mistakes when I order and I don't understand why? Today for example: ordered coffee...coffee machines all broken they say??? So no coffee. Then I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, a soda, egg sand which and a pastry. I get to the window to pay, already have waited over 5 minutes and I was the only person in line. They tell me they're out of my pastry, just sold the last one?? So now no coffee or pastry and instead of offering something for my wait and disappointment they really say nothing. Then I get home and they gave me the wrong cream cheese. This is the type of stuff that happens when you visit this Panera. They really need to get it together. read more
