I've worked in this area for 4 years and have never been to this Panera. My items were fresh and delicious. My bagel was wonky but still amazing. I'd definitely go back.

Decent Panera bread! Good and fast service. It's always more so empty after 6pm. So great place to post up and crush some work if needed!! Pro tip: be sure to get their coffee sip club!

I am currently in isolation and wanted to ensure that I order food safely from restaurants to keep myself and others safe. From Panera bread I ordered a Turkey sandwich, chips, and a frozen strawberry lemonade. My delivery from Uber came quickly and was packaged correctly. My issue is not with Uber, it's with Panera. Upon opening my sandwich, which was packed tightly and sealed, I saw a long brown piece of hair tucked in my sandwich. I was immediately disgusted and was not able to eat the sandwich. Now I don't have lunch. I had also asked for extra onions and pickles. I got the extra onions but did not get the pickles. I no longer trust this location for delivery.

I was having trouble at the self ordering kiosks due to my card not going through no matter how I tried to pay. Thankfully, Juliet noticed and offered to take my order upfront. Juliet was fast, helpful, and friendly. This location is also fast with your order but the only reason I took some stars away is due to the fact I wanted chicken on my sandwich but it wasn't added. Turns out Juliet didn't add the customization to the order but I just went back in the store to get it added to the sandwich. I offered to pay for it but they gave it to me in a cup for free so they don't have to reopen my sandwich. I will say, I understand what I'm assuming is the shift lead in the kitchen's (a woman with redish colored hair) concern with whether or not I "really asked for it since it's not on the screen" but it was a mistake on the cashier part (also mine since I didn't have her repeat my order back I guess). Just a reminder that the kitchen is open and we can hear you haha! But definitely understand frustration when an order is wrong, no harm.

Ordered take out and there was a cockroach in my salad. Called the store and the manager Martha Castro got real defensive and blamed it on the lettuce vendor. She said we had to bring the salad back to get a refund. We returned all the food back. It was a 20 min round trip and a horrible experience! I love Panera but this is my 2nd time with issues with this store.

tuna sandwich with bucket, iced chocolate latte, ammd cinamon roll.

it's first time to go Panera Bread. Taste is so good. It's so quiet here. I love it.

I had placed an order to go where the wait time was little to long in my opinion. I had order the food when there was barely anyone inside. Besides the waiting for food, the meal tasted really good.

Overpriced. Portion are too small. A bowl that is mostly broth is half way full and it cost almost $10. Next time I go to chipotle or noon and get way more food for cheaper.

Panera is what it is, good, warm, food. This location is small and really busy at lunch time, so be sure and get there early!

I always forget about Panera even though they are such a wonderful restaurant. I really don't think anyone can hold a candle to them.

I finally gave Weinberger's Deli a try after hearing people rave about it, and now I get it. The…read moresandwiches are loaded with fresh ingredients, the bread is fantastic, and the menu has so many options that it's hard to choose just one. The staff was friendly and kept the line moving even though they were busy. The place has a fun, old-school deli vibe, and you can tell they take pride in what they do.

Normally, I don't consider people from St. Louis to be credible deli evaluators, but I was desperate and made the hour drive to Grapevine. We got there at 11:15 and the line was nearly to the door. Within 30 minutes, it was well out into the street. That was a promising sign. The sandwich menu covered the entire wall over the counter. Lots of non-New-York sandwiches like Cubans, gyros, etc, but over in the left corner were the classic Ruebens and pastramis. I went for the latter. A REAL NY deli usually has a few soups like split pea and chicken noodle and matzoh. No soups. Bummer. They had a half dozen sides - 3 kinds of potato salads and a few slaws. I went with the German potato salad. The drink option was spartan - they tossed a styrofoam cup at me and pointed to the soda fountain. The pastrami sandwich was OK for Texas. A SUPER pastrami sandwich on hard rye can get me moaning like Meg Ryan in "When Harry Met Sally" -- only I don't have to fake it. The German potato salad was watery and bland - I should have gone with the mustard potato salad. Turnaround was on the slow side. Napkins = paper towel roll on table. Flimsy plasticware. The overall vibe was affordable utilitarian. I'll give the sandwich a 4, everything else a 3. Next time I'll drive the extra half hour to Cindi's.
