This is the most inconsistent Panera with horrible customer service. This is the third time food has been EXTREMELY late and I will not order from here again. If you don't have the staff to deliver an order on time, then don't accept the order in the first place!! I ordered 3 hours before I needed lunch to be delivered at a specific time for a meeting. When the food was supposed to be delivered the driver had still not even left the restaurant. I called and was on hold for 10 minutes before I hung up. When I called back all they told me was "sorry we are busy" and left me on hold for another 5 minutes to check my ordered before I hung up. I went to the corporate customer service and was told the only thing they could do was cancel my order. I was not offered anything else for us not having food for our meeting. We finished our meeting (HUNGRY) and ended up driving to Chick-fil-a! read more

You know, I am normally a Panera fan, but this place is not like other Panera's. I went on a lunch break from work yesterday and they weren't even busy, but had no one up front taking orders. I had to walk to the drink station to find someone (and they seemed less then thrilled to help me). I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup / but when I got the sandwich it was cold. NBD - I brought it back up and asked them to warm it again for me. The server looked at me like I was crazy, but obliged and never said a word. And, when it was given back to me, it had barely been giving 15 seconds on the grill - needless to say I was irritated and ate it anyway. The worker at the Las Colinas store in Irving, Texas on MacArthur blvd thought it was a good idea to call the female customer that was waiting for a mobile order a B*TCH as she was walking out the door as he and the cashier thought it was hilarious last Thursday. I have contacted their corporate office several times by phone and Facebook, and they have refused to contact me to discuss this. The customer did nothing to deserve this. By their lack of response other than "a department may contact you if they feel it's necessary", I take it that this is acceptable behavior for Panera. They've lost my business. read more

I am absolutely addicted to their iced green tea, it's a must try! Also, their whole grain bagels with the hazelnut spread is delicious and hits the spot every time. I have been here a few times and it is a nice place to study or meet up with friends. The only complaint I would have are the dirty floors. Some booths appear as if there is no where to place my feet because there are so much food crumbs and little bits of trash underneath the tables. But other than that, the food is amazing! read more

For over 3 days now I have tried to order bagels through rapid checkout & all 3 days bagels have been "item not available" clearly a bakery is not constantly running out of bagels. & if you are tHan why aren't you changing the par levels daily so your customer can purchase. If you do have the bagels but the rapid checkout isn't updated than that is another issue because why offer services you can't accommodate your customers. Please get it right Panera read more

The deluxe add roast beef was a bit more to handle, but ultimately very deluxe with the roast beef (closer to North Shore than Arbys), great ham, and the salami is a nice touch. I remember not liking the olives that much back in the day, but I liked how it melted into the cheese and with a more mature palate (20 years later) I really enjoyed it. After all these years I still can not place the secret sauce (very mayo, mustard, tangy, could use some sweetness since I know they already have mustard). Washed red onions, thing crunchy shredduce. I wish the tomato was salted. It wasn't hot enough to go strawberry lemonade or sweet tea, but the fountain drink was well mixed and carbonated. Service was a little slow, especially making my pecanbon which was excellent. I also took a 6 pack to go. I can see myself coming here regularly if I lived here becuase they defintiely left a hole in the sandwich game in California.

Then he proceeded to refill the forks with the eating side facing up, without any cover, and he was wearing a glove while doing it. I would not take a fork from there. They are fully exposed. All it takes is one sneeze nearby and that fork is not clean. I did not vibe with that at all. I noticed they all store them that way, so this might be something the whole chain needs to fix. Either way, not impressed. Service was the worst Cava experience we've had. Food was okay, just fine. Not the best visit. P.S.
