This place sucks always under staff. The manager Greg is a pervert he was checking out my mom's back side. Then I go wait on my food and they tell me they ran out of bread. When you walk in to the store you clearly see an over how do you run out of bread. It's a store at the mall with an over and no bread. The management just is bad at this place. The Greg guy is always checking out woman. The Hispanic lady manager screams at the employees making sandwiches. She seems to scream a lot when I go not very professional if you ask me. Whoever is doing inventory needs to get fired because they are blowing money on someone who is not doing their job. I thought Panera Bread stores have Gm's but this place is always under staff , runs out of things and has lazy managers from what I can tell. Why I keep going to this place? I repeatedly ordered a sandwich without eggs but with added avocado from Panera Bread, only to receive it wrong twice and no apology from the preparers. This caused inconvenience as my husband finished his breakfast while I waited for my correct order the third time. Even after receiving a coupon for a free meal due to their mistakes, they still got my order wrong the next time I went to PB.
