    Cinnamon coffee crumb cake
    Michelle O.

Efficient service. I ordered via their mobile app and my order was ready at their take out shelf when I came. No waiting in line needed. Free fruity water at the front and plenty of seating at the back. The restaurant is bigger than how it looks from the front. It has a cafe-like atmosphere and free WiFi and I saw people on their laptops or reading. Kitchen sink cookie- $3.99. It's a big and delicious cookie. Thin, crispy with a chewy, substantial center. My favorite of everything I ordered Cinnamon coffee crumb cake- not bad. I like the crumb topping but the sponge cake is a little dry Whole wheat bagel - more on the smaller size. Nothing special. Comes with free butter spread on request.

Honestly I've never had an issue with Panera and the broccoli cheddar soup makes life worth lIving. I like the addition of the screens to order, I like the seating arrangements available & the service is always great! Food always taste good and it's convenient. So, gotta love Panera! I always do the Pick 2 deal where I get a salad + soup. Would highlyrecommend Panera!

I frequent this location often...if going for lunch, the lines can get quite long. An option is to order online ahead of time and pick up or order via the kiosk machines in the store. Best to have a Panera account to earn some rewards - like a $1 off beverage, free cookie or pastry. If you are a brand new customer, you will get a free pastry for signing up and for your birthday. Bagels - tried almost every bagel. Surprisingly won a bagel a day for the entire month of December from Panera. You can go to any location to redeem. My fave is the cranberry walnut then the cinnamon and raisin 2nd. Some of the seasonal bagels were ok...better as regular food instead of bagel. Good to try though/ Soups - my favorite soups are the butternut squash in the winter, New England clam chowder and baked potato soup. Pay attention to which day of the week they are being served. The French baguette that comes with the soup is really good! Pick 2 - if you are watching your calorie count, you can do 1/2 and 1/2. For example, cup of soup and 1/2 sandwich. The roasted turkey & avocado is good.

HAIR Infested in my Everything Bagel! As I finished one half of the bagel and started eating the other half, I came across this hair and just didn't want to finish my iced coffee and bagel at this point. Also, i always ask for "light cream," and it always looks like half the cup was filled with creamer and the other half with brewed coffee. Please tell me if that looks like "light creamer" to you?

All the hype of how good it is and this was the last straw. Seriously it's a bowl, not a cup; so fill it up ‍ Needless to say, my last time coming to ANY panera. Service was very polite and courteous but I am never happy with the food. I ate my half of bowl of soup I paid for., as for the extra crispy bread, they can keep it since there was not enough soup to soak it with.

A fly in soup!!! Keep away from this Panera! I bought a half salad and a chicken soup for dinner. After I bite the soup, I found this dead fly in the soup! Fxxk Panera!

Terrible service. Waited 30 minutes for a cup of soup when others got their meal within 5 minutes. Completely disorganized.

Reservations open 2 weeks in advance around 10am and they go super fest so I recommend you try for the day you need as for me I could only have gotten brunch on a Sunday. Those people spam the crap out of their buttons for the dinner spots and when I went I can see why. The place is brimming with old school New York charm and it's completely overwhelmingly beautiful and has an old jazzy vibe to it. It's large and spacious and they sat us in the middle of the entire restaurant. (I had a group of 6) The vibe was so good you don't really want to leave and they also don't really kick you out. I think we were the last ones to exit for brunch but they were so nice they didn't kick us out. Their espresso martinis are ok. It wasn't as amazing as a regular cocktail bar but it is just ok. We started off with a shrimp cocktail, smoked whitefish Caesar salad and the two plates of truffle monkey bread which was soooo good. I really enjoyed this as it's the main reason we came here. It's almost like a honey dinner roll with truffle. We got everything next which some people got their own and some shared. Some people got their own American breakfast platter which was some overdone eggs and a meat with gigantic toast and if you only order scrambled eggs it comes in a bowl but I would much rather order their classics like steak sandwich and the spicy shrimp was pretty good! Fries are top tier! I can see why people just come here for dinner. I would give it mostly 5 stars for the overall ambiance and environment and a few classics. I think their old fashioned is better than their espresso martinis though even though it looks so good in this type of setting! It's hard to get a reservation though so next time I'll need to try some new things if I score another!

For a dairy-intolerant vegetarian, Le Botaniste offers safe, healthy, clean, diverse, and delicious food, and friendly service - why should one go anywhere else? When I entered its bright, spacious and nicely decorated premises, I was greeted right away by a staff, who most patiently explained all their food items and the process of ordering, answered my questions, and offered great suggestions. Everything on display was a feast for the eye and and enhancement for one's appetite. I chose the combo meal of half Longevity Bowl (I really wanted to try their Falafel!) and soup of the day (tomato soup). Everything comes with a pile of add-ons. I don't remember them all, but whatever they suggested and gave me, the combination tasted just awesome! The soup was thick in texture, rich in flavour, crunchy with the chopped nuts and seeds, and piping hot. Every bite of the Longevity Bowl was surprisingly delightful. I wasn't super hungry but somehow devoured everything as if starved. I didn't feel stuffed afterwards, just totally satisfied, but the actual "fullness" lasted much longer than I expected. Such is the magic of life-enriching organic produce. Upon departure, I was handed a card, which records one's visits, and after 5 visits, one gets a free bowl! On top of that, drinks come with ceramic cups and meals are served in ceramic bowls along with stainless steel utensils.

Decor/actual restaurant: This particular location is very small and tight with limited in-store seating. The interior is cute, I like the blue color theme they have here. For a restaurant designed for to-go orders, I believe that there could be more waiting room and a couple less chairs. Service: Like many "fast food adjacent" restaurants, the people who work there have good customer service but I imagine deal with the worst. I know they're doing great with the situation they're in. Kudos to them. Food: this is probably my harshest critique. I ordered a pesto chicken sandwich, and it was fine. I don't believe it was worth the $16 I spent though. The chicken was kind of bland, tasted similarly to frozen grilled chicken pieces you buy from a grocery store. I do wish there was more sauce. The pesto tasted good but overall there was too much bread. I fear you would be better off making something like this at home for a comparable price. The bread was good, just too much. I don't want to base the menu on this sandwich alone, a lot of the menu options sounded delicious, but this was just the experience I had!
