    Buffalo Bleu - Whole
    Natalie V.

Me and a friend split a Buffalo Bleu. I thought the bread was very tasty, and the Buffalo sauce was pretty decent. A half is a good size for a quick and small lunch, but if you were feeling hungry I'd definitely get the full. My friend tried to order a few flavored drink but they didn't seem to have most flavors available which was a bummer.

The food was very good, nothing spectacular. Simple tasty egg sandwich. The $2 Latte with a Breakfast sandwich was a great deal. I got a Latte with oat milk and two pumps of hazelnut, very good. Perfect temperature. The service did their job well, didn't seem overly happy to be there. The atmosphere was clean, quiet, and nice!

Heard about this place and finally decided to check it out. It was your average coffee shop/quick bite place. Service was a little slow but there were only two employees so we gave them a break. Sandwiches were fresh order and there were several beverage options. Bagels were pretty bland and jalapeños sandwich was extremely hot, even the bacon was hot

Staff is friendly and service is fairly quick depending on what time you get here...they have a breakfast menu and lunch/dinner. For lunch, choose between soup, salad, sandwich or even Taste 2 option (1/2 sandwich or salad and a small soup). Tried many of the soups - Tomato basil and chicken noodle are good. wasn't too crazy about the others. Salads - my fave is the Shanghai chicken salad with romaine Sandwiches - several: TBM, chicken TBM, roasted turkey club, turkey avocado Seasonal soups: chicken dumpling is bland, butternut squash is delicious! Can't wait for it to come back on the menu! The bread is fresh and hot and really good if you get it with soup or salad. White or wheat - your choice. Don't forget to use your Cosi reward card for each purchase - cosi drinks and food purchases count...Purchase 10 drinks and/or food and get the next one free. Drinks and food are counted separately. Soda (aka Coke, sprite do not count)

I like this place since its underneath my workplace. I usually stop by to get egg white pico de gallo or egg white Florentine. They give me enough egg white protein. Soup here is good too. I like Turkey chili here. Salad and sandwich is okay. Sandwich is little small for what you paying for. They have also bowl with rice and meat which is another good food. Mac and cheese with chicken which I had before was good too. I don't get coffee here, but they do offer couple different flavors. Topical lunch here would run little over $10 here.

Breakfast on the way from the PATH station to my customer and then I stopped in on the way back to the hotel for a sandwich to go. I have had better coffee, but the bagels were square. Interesting. They call they "Squagels". Even in the few times I stopped in here, I saw different staff each time and some of them could use a little training. On one occasion, my bagel order got "lost" - someone got my bacon egg and cheese when they ordered a hummus. When they made the replacement, I got to my office to eat it and it was missing the egg. Sad. Salads look awesome. Very large with lots of "stuff" in them and not all lettuce. Tip: If you're getting a sandwich or a bagel, you can order it and then go pay for it and your coffee while they finish making it.

This is a really good Cosi restaurant. I've been to a few of them and this is one of my favorite by far. Food and staff are great here. Everything I've had here is good. My favorite dishes are the bowls and in particular the adobo chicken bowl. I usually get the taste two deal which is great when you want a sandwich and soup. Today I had half the tuna melt sandwich and a small turkey chili soup which were both delicious. The fresh bread they make on site daily is very delicious , I'd definitely recommend this place for lunch or even dinner. Salads here are pretty good too

For drinks, we went with the non-alcoholic Rose and Peach Please, both of which were refreshing. I also had a cappuccino afterward--while it didn't come with latte art, the taste and strength of the coffee were spot on. On our return visit, we tried the chicken sandiwch, and the pomegranate hummus. The chicken was juicy and the hummus was delcious. Service was attentive throughout, with the staff checking in just enough to make us feel well taken care of. Overall, The Kitchen Step is an excellent find that I'd highly recommend.

We finally had the opportunity to do so on a quiet Easter Sunday. First, the interior looks pretty amazing. A lot of history behind all the architecture and they did a good job preserving it. Because it was raining and chilly, we couldn't see the rooftop, but I can see the appeal. To start, we got an assortment of small muffins for the table. That was a nice touch. They were good too. For brunch, we each ordered omelettes. I got the Jalapeño & Cheddar while my fiancée got the mushroom and spinach omelette. We ended up complementing the items quite well. I did end up enjoying her omelette well. The vegetables were definitely fresh and cooked quite well. My omelette was nice and cheesy, how I like it. The jalapeños didn't have a crazy kick, but enough to satisfy. The potatoes were good too. There's no real coffee menu here (which is a slight miss), but I did enjoy the freshly squeezed orange juice as a nice change. I will be back.

I just tell myself that my dewy glass skin reminds him of frying oil. Anyway, the last time we got together, he picked Skinner's Loft for brunch. I was ready to write the place off, but I was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. Skinner's isn't going to win World's Best anything, but it's a solid neighborhood spot with big portions for decent prices. The Buttermilk Pancakes were large, fluffy and satisfying. My Croque Monsieur was perfectly crispy and loaded with delicious melted bechamel, gruyere and prosciutto. One of the tastiest Croque Monsieurs I've had, including the ones I enjoyed living in France, and certainly bigger than its Manhattan counterparts. The Crispy Shrimp & Bacon Sandwich was also a pleasant taste bomb of basil, dill & cucumber remoulade, tomatoes, and, of course, bacon. Bottom line: Skinner's offers a brunch that's tastier and more affordable than many NYC joints. When you're hungover on a Sat morning, this might be the best place for you.
