I do not know why we keep coming back to this pAnera location. Today as I was ordering a breakfast sandwich the click kicked over to 11. No more breakfast. Staff was rude and no manager to be seen. I'm a disabled man who also struggles with visual impairments, so when I eat at Panera I order ahead in the app. But, almost every time I do, something happens where my order is never fully completed due to unavailable items that I order, or it's made incorrectly, or I don't receive good customer service from the employees. Fortunately, the general manager is understanding of this and has tried to make it better for me, even offering me free food when things don't go as planned. I like the food from here (when it's made right) and this is the best location closest to where I live, so if I'm in the mood for it, I won't be too hesitant to try again and see what happens, and sometimes it's a good day when it's not busy and I get the help I need and go in and come out I'm just about two minutes. I do also order delivery on occasion since I work and go to school at Red Rocks 5-10 minutes away, but after an incident with an early delivery they told me what to do to fix it and gave me a free meal to apologize for the inconvenience. So, I'm always willing to give it the benefit o the doubt (if they continue to change for the better), but only time will tell if this holds true or not. read more

I wanted everything to taste as good as my husband's corn chowder smelled, but alas! The sandwiches were pitifully stuffed and lacked flavor, and some of the lettuce in the salad was very wilty. The soup was okay, but it smelled a lot better than it tasted. I like Panera in general, so I'm not sure why our experience was so poor at this location. They definitely nailed the location here. There's always people in here whether they're grabbing something to go, sitting with friends or loved ones for a bite or studying with something to nibble on on or drink. I think that's why Panera is so great, not only do they have great food, awesome pastries and very friendly service; but it's also great for any occasion. Now on to their food, I almost always go with the "you pick 2" deal because I always want more than one thing! Lol This deal is really good because you can choose between a cup of soup, half a sandwich, a salad and I believe their pasta is part of that deal. I'm in love with their broccoli cheddar soup, but their tomato soup and their chicken noodle soup are also favorites. Their bread is fresh and they're sandwiches are made when ordered. Nothing beats a fresh sandwich especially when the ingredients on their own are delicious! I've had a handful of their different sandwich flavors and none have let me down. Their bakery is full with yummy deliciousness with something for everybody. Their bear claws are to die for and perfect with a cup of coffee or tea, all of their cookies are so good and their cinnamon rolls are delicious. The parking lot can be a bit tight at certain hours so plan accordingly. They also have a drive-thru which makes life easier for some people. read more

I love the atmosphere and the lattes. Their bacon and spinach soufflé is delicious! If I had one recommendation to make, I would say that I wish the staff here was more upbeat and friendly. Other than that, great food and location! read more

I'm not particularly a big fan of this food style, but my kids love it, so we go there every now and then. This weekend, an employee saw my kids didn't eat much of their mac and cheese, as they were busy eating my soup. She went back and brought them their own cups of the soup. I was very impressed with the service and will be back more often because of it. read more

I've been to this location 4 times now and twice they've managed to measure it up. First time I got a bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich and it was ICE cold in the middle. Now, I just opened my lunch and my whole order isn't right... Seriously done with Panera as it's becoming slightly better than going and getting food at the gas station. read more

Went through the drive thru and ordered a bread bowl with broccoli cheese soup. Got home and there was no bread bowl in the giant bag they gave me. Called the restaurant and was put on hold because they didn't think they had any bread bowls. They had one left, so I drove all the way back to the places to get the bread bowl and the guy at the counter was super apologetic and refunded the bread bowl. Made it right! read more

After waiting in the drivethrough line for 10 minutes (at 11:15 a.m.), the Panera employee at the drivethrough window dropped my order - it fell under my car. I asked for a new sandwich - she came outside to grab the order she dropped and, after a few more minutes, gave me back the order she dropped!! You know the quote "They always screw you @ the drive thru" That's true at this Panera. Yesterday I ordered a pick 2 turkey/avocado BLT and French onion soup. Got back to my office and had the sandwich but instead of French onion it was chili. I know the sound isn't the best on their speaker system, but French onion and chili don't sound alike at all. Then today I decided to take the chili back and let them know their mistake. I also ordered an Ancient Grain Chicken Salad. When I got to the window the attendant said Roasted Chicken and Apple Salad. I said no and let him know what I ordered then tried to hand him the chili and said this is the second time in 2 days you mixed up my order. He acted like I was trying to hand him poison and didn't say sorry about that or anything but very fearfully said I can't take that back. I said okay just throw it away for me and he said he couldn't do that! He was trying to find my order and so I asked him if he had my food and when he didn't respond I told him I was leaving. I think the management needs to do a better job training their window attendants. They should at least have better listening skills! read more

Ususally order ahead for fast Pick-Up. Always ready when I arrive, however the food quality is always compromised. Once I ordered a grilled cheese and it was completely burnt on one end, making it inedible and my soup was fairly warm. But whenever I order the baja mac at the Drive-thru it is hot and fresh and sooooo delicious. read more

I work for the Disabled American Veterans and we order from Panera Bread at Denver West regularly. When we ordered on September 26, 2018, one of our soup's lids was not snapped on correctly and leaked all over our sandwiches. The sandwiches were also smashed on the bottom. Three of our sandwiches were soggy and inedible. We spent over $100. Also, we asked for a 11:45-12:00 delivery and it arrive at 11:15. By the time we took our lunch at noon, our food was luke warn. I called Manager Mike and he was very understanding. He resent the food and refunded $50 from our order. With customer service like this, we will be ordering from them again. read more

I come to your store every Friday around 5:30 for dinner specifically to get the clam chowder and you are always out. You only serve it once a week and you never have enough left to even make it to dinner service time let alone through dinner service. If it only happened every once in a great while it could be understandable but this happens consistently. The moron in charge of doing inventory and ordering stock clearly needs to go back to school for some refresher math courses otherwise they would have seen they are obviously under ordering the supply of clam chowder. And the people who pack the food can never seem to remember to put my kids yogurt that comes with the kids meal in my bag. This location needs to seriously get it together. read more

I'm not sure what happened. I used to love this location but the wonderful bread is now a cheap dinner roll. And my mac and cheese came to me very very cold. Like it was sitting in a fridge cold. The Autumn Squash soup is so good--I wish they had it year round. I frequently take colleagues to Panera for lunch because of the wide variety of food and consistently high quality. The fast service is a huge help when we sometimes have to have a "working lunch" read more

This is a great place to go to get good tasting food but watch how much you spend. This a great place, the food is really good, and the employees are really nice. The only real downside to this place is that it is really expensive. If I get half a sandwich and a salad it's about $12 and they aren't too filling either. But its a great hang out spot or a place to go when in a rush.​ read more

After 20 minutes, I asked about my 'you pick two- soup and sandwich' order. They said they forgot. This was at 6:50PM - not a busy time. I heard a lot of joking in back - I think that's fine, as long as you can be serious enough to provide what was paid for. After 7 more minutes I got my order (I told it would be in 2 minutes and it packed up to go when it was a for here order). Floor was sticky, table I sat at was sticky. I gave it a two points instead of a one or zero (or negative if I could - that's what it deserved this day) because it always hasn't been this bad (though sometimes the chatter in back can be on a raunchy side - I don't always want to listen to raunchy comments - if I ran a store like that, I'd never have that happen). I will not be returning to this Panera. It is new, but the service is entirely too slow. This morning, I waited for 15 minutes for a bagel and coffee in the drive through. With no cars in the parking lot and one car in front of me, I am highly disappointed with the service. read more

My two favorite Panera breads are the Challah and French baguette. Unfortunately, at this location they seem to undertake both. The challah bread is often doughy inside and the baguette seems barely baked with minimal crust. I will no longer purchase them here even though it is close to my house. I complained to the management about the under baked challah, but to no avail. read more

Ordered a steak and cheddar sandwich from Panera today. Was hoping for a nice hefty sandwich on some nice freshly baked bread. Not exactly what I received... I have ordered Greek salads here on three different occasions. The first time I discovered a clear piece of plastic in my food waiting to choke me. The second and third time I found small pieces of ham in my salad which isn't supposed to contain meat. I am a vegetarian. I was disgusted and I will never go back. Clearly, cross-contamination and cleanliness is an issue at this location. read more
