I love me some Panera bread, even though most locations get my order wrong. This one does it less than the others and honors the Sierra turkey from the secret menu. However it does get crowded and has a strange dining layout hence the 4 star review. This review is short and sweet because there's nothing I can say that hasn't been said of Panera's. They're more expensive than other sandwhich places but deliver a fresh and tasty product. I like the loyality perks and the you pick twos. The seasonal offerings are also worth checking out. The negatives are they rarely ever get your order right. Sometimes the sauces are inconsistant in flavor. Because I always order off the secret menu the self ordering system they push you to use doesn't work for me. Regardless Panera's will always be one of my favorite go-tos for a quick bite.

Charged strawberry mint lemonade & Green tea featuring a beauty!

The service was very speedy and good! The lovely lady & I started off by getting our drinks. We got the charged strawberry mint lemonade & Green tea. It Definitely quenched our thirst. We had to get soup... so we ended up getting the broccoli cheddar & chicken tikka masala soup! My snack loves the broccoli cheddar soup. It might give her ptsd because she spilled it on herself once but she still loves it lol. I got the Spicy take chicken sandwich... I'm a big chicken sandwich guy & this sandwich never disappoints very tasty. My lover got the Turkey basil tomato bravo! She said it was "smacking" whatever that means lmao.

No feta on my greek salad

My experience went like this..order at the counter (like fast food joints) out comes the bill asking do you want to leave a tip. Uhh, for what? No I didnt want to since I feel like self service i do not tip. You pick up your own food order, you bus your own table, you have no say on how they make my food at least at Subway if the food preparer adds extra to your order, you feel like giving them a tip of appreciation, thanks for those extras!. And by the way, the restaurant needed cleaning, tables, seats, floor all dirty (bathroom too). As for the food you know it's a chain so you pretty much know what to expect. Average. Ordered half sandwich and salad. Turkey, bacon & avocado easy right? My bread was a little stale, my bacon iced cold, and 1 chunk of avocado. Meh, not great. The greek salad, is it really a greek salad without any feta sprinkles? It could've been so much better if you pay more attention to the details.

Pick 2 special - Chicken Cob and avocado salad with broccoli cheddar soup.

Food was great, but service was horrible…read more My family & I are from out of town - POC. We stopped by for lunch in hopes of eating a good meal due to all the reviews. We ordered 3 paninis and tenders, along with drinks. Beverages were served shortly after. Four to five couples & groups came and ordered after us. Oddly enough, their food was served first. We waited roughly 30-45 minutes. Didn't think anything of it, until one of the workers dropped the tenders we ordered for my child. Instead of immediately saying she would replace the tenders, she asked if it needed to be replaced. Logic dictates, especially if you work in the food industry and you, as the server dropped it on the counter replace the items immediately, no questions asked. Obviously, I want the items replaced. First & foremost, my child is hungry. Secondly, I paid for the food & expect my order to be fulfilled in its entitreity without racial bias! I confronted the server about her lack of common sense and unacceptable behavior. To which she said, "But you won't let me talk" or "You won't even listen to my side of the story". I mean cmon, you work in the food industry - take accountability! Why am I educating you on healthy food standards and food safety? I told the employee to sit down & her response was "You're not my mother". Real professional! Please note, as a mother I don't raise idiots. Her own mother would likely be disappointed in the way she took zero accountability for her lack of actions and decisions. I waved her away. It's quite obvious that she expected my child to eat tenders that were contaminated from when dropping it on the counter & my group, persons of color to excuse her behavior. We left the establishment, fully aware that the treatment we endured was racially driven. All the other customers who ordered after us were not people of color & somehow got their food before us! Outside, a person of color approached my group. She noted that she has also been mistreated due to the color of her skin & was treated as less than in the same location. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE! Employees are racist, lack human decency and common sense! Additionally, employees are improperly trained/educated on food safety.

If you're looking for a hearty meal at a reasonable price, this place is hard to beat. A few highlights from our visit: The buffet is the best value, offering unlimited access to a wide variety of freshly prepared dishes. Both hot and cold buffet options are available, so there's something for everyone. Dessert is included and features options like pie and soft serve ice cream. The food tasted fresh, homemade, and consistently well-stocked. We left incredibly full and satisfied. Other things worth noting: Plenty of parking available in the rear lot. Clean and well-maintained bathrooms. Friendly, attentive service throughout the meal. Despite arriving with a party of five, we were seated in about 10 minutes. Overall, Dienner's delivers exactly what you'd hope for from a Pennsylvania Dutch buffet: fresh comfort food, generous portions, great service, and excellent value. Whether you're visiting the Lancaster area or finishing up an Amish tour, it's a great place to sit down for a filling meal. I'd happily return on a future trip.

My party of three walked to browse the various merchants/ vendors and foods. My party of three visited this indoor food market where there were many options of pies, nuts, candy, pastries, baked goods, bread, pretzels, Amish quilts, but disappointedly I did not see any Amish wicker storage baskets. My desiderium was to purchase one large storage wicker basket with inner cloth lining, but to no avail as I am characteristically organized in both my living and workplace space environment. Or, purchase one large raffia storage box with lid. I also wanted the classic chocolate chip (no nuts) cookies, but to no avail. Surprising Bird-in-Hand Farmers Market is open and operational on July 4th, 2026 holiday. Customer service is mediocre. There is a large souvenir gift shop in the lower level via schlepping one flight of stairs. It is not ADA accessible. There is no stair climber available either. Ergo, for the mobility challenged take caution and there is very low headroom in the stairwell. My party of three has always patronized to support local souvenir gift shops as tourists - past and present. Personally, I believe in patronizing brick and mortar local souvenir gift shops drives the local economic tourism. We are non-Pennsylvanians. The souvenir T-shirts are hugely extortionate priced at $19.99. This gift shop reminisce nostalgia of Hallmark stores for mugs, decorative pens, bookmarks, post cards, magnets, pins, printed recipe books, small journals, wall calendar year 2027, et al. The costume jewelry was also hugely extortionate priced $19.99. I freely walked the aisles to browse and circled back. There many home decor items of rural country flair. I purchased one post card of Amish horse buggy with a farm field $0.50, one Pennsylvania shape magnet $1.99, and one lighthouse shape coaster $2.99. I have a small collection of post cards from travels. I actually needed a coaster for my workplace desk as I am currently using a makeshift coaster of my own arts and craft creation. I love lighthouses for the long history, significance, contribution to navy and maritime industry, including aesthetic of nature scenic local landscape emitting a sense of peace. I did receive a sales receipt printed from a very dated cash register.
