Finally getting my greens in Vegas! After overeating the last several days, it was time to go healthy. My choice was the whole spicy Thai chicken salad (pic enclosed). Yummy! Super good and had about a third left to take home as a snack. Friendly staff who ran back to get my Apple chips for a topping. This location is one of the nicest PBs that I have visited. If you are staying on the strip, it is about a mile walk down flamingo road. You earn your lunch by walking here. Thus good reasonably priced food and break from the hustle and bustle on the strip. My preferred method of ordering is to use the kiosk upon entering. Enter your pager number, grab a seat, and they bring your order to your table. Ganz einfach, as the Germans say. read more

Update 01/2020 I have been coming to this Panera for a year now and although the food is always good- the service is extremely inconsistent. Which sometimes doesn't make me want to come anymore because I don't feel like dealing with the cashiers attitude. Some are extremely nice however a few are just plain rude and have a major attitude. Also I've noticed their pricing is inconsistent as well. Sometimes I get charged for substitution of a topping on a salad and sometimes I don't. I would highly recommend having a smiling face greet paying customers to take my order then someone who rolls their eyes, doesn't give proper customer service and generally grunts at you instead. It's a shame... -------------------- What can I say, Panera is one of my favorites. It's my go-to when I want to be healthy and it is so convenient because there are a lot of Panera restaurants around town. First- let's talk about their salads. HUGE bowls- with everything delicious under the sun. What I really enjoy about their salads, is that you can add additional things to your meal. The salad you're choosing doesn't have blueberries? Add it! Does the salad not have feta cheese and you really want feta, add it! You just can't beat that. They also have a wide variety of soups & sandwiches. Which goes perfectly with their "pick 2" option. Where you can enjoy both a soup & a sandwich for you meal. The restaurants are always consistently clean, and they always have fresh breads & pastries - but I am not 100% sure if they bake them all in store. I had a craving for the French Onion soup, but when I arrived, they told me that Panera has stopped offering it! I was so super sad... In place of the onion soup, I got the creamy tomato soup with a grilled cheese sandwich on sourdough. The soup was a bit too creamy and thick, but still tasted good and the grilled cheese sandwich with tomato was delicious. I was offered two sides, so I chose the apple and bag of Panera chips. Service was super fast, less then 5 minutes, nice customer service and clean restaurant. I will call or place an order online next time just in case they are not serving a particular item anymore. I come to this location often and their service and food is ok. Nothing special, but not bad either. I ordered my food for delivery to work and they forgot my sandwich. The pizza was my coworkers and the pick 2 was mine. I called the store and the first person answered and didn't know what to do so put me on hold then a second person answered and I explained I was missing my sandwich and he said "Uh I don't know" and put us on hold again. I placed an order in-store for take-out. The service was not great since the young man taking my order was unfriendly and made it seem like I was bothering him by going in and ordering food. My order totaled over $60 and to say I am disappointed, is an understatement. The citrus crunch salad was old. The greens were wilted and soft. After having lunch I figured it could be timed for dessert. The selection on pastries and cookies is so extensive here and makes for better moods. I know that sugar is bad for you, but when life deals lemons eat chocolate it makes it better. The staff here is so helpful despite the machines that they are being replaced with machines for ordering. The new ordering technologies that they are using are very easy to use and more accurate than the human staff sometimes. You have to be the judge if that. read more

I love Panera bread their broccoli bread bowl is my favorite but if you get a regular bowl with a French baguette as a side it's basically the same thing but with a larger portion of soup. I also really like their chicken chipotle sandwich, so good! read more

The wait time for ordering ahead is ridiculous. I ordered my food and waited over an hour for it.

I order from this location daily and I usually have NO complaints.... BUT this morning I placed my order to pick up, and one of my salads had tomatoes ( I order EVERYTHING with no tomatoes) I spoke with the manager he QUICKLY stated, ( with an attitude) "Well, I made the Greek Goddess salad myself, and it doesn't show on my receipt NO tomatoes, So I will just refund the entire order" ..... I didn't want to return the same energy, so I paused and responded with, " The only problem is the tomatoes on the Greek salad, I don't care about the money" he then asks, " So you just want another Greek Goddess?".... This is a great Panera located near the Howard Hughes office complex. If I'm visiting one of the offices or meeting a friend who works there, I love going eating at this Panera. The staff are really nice, service is fast, food always tastes great, and the restaurant is clean. The seating is ample and I feel like I can relax and enjoy lunch with my friend or by myself. This is actually my favorite Panera in town and I always know I'm going to have a great experience here! read more

My sister and I stopped in here after we spent all day at Drai's Beachclub b/c we knew it wouldn't be busy and we were starving. We opted for dining in. When we went up to the counter, the cashier was friendly and seemingly helpful. I don't think he was purposely trying to screw with us, but seeing as we had questions about the menu items (there are no descriptions underneath of what ingredients come in the sandwiches....funny right) he should've asked someone else to assist. We got two "pick 2" - sandwich and soup and 2 blended Caramel mochas...or so we thought. The sandwiches were ok, but for whatever reason my steak and arugula had no cheese on it even though I specifically asked if there would be and it is in the picture lol. So basically I paid $4-$5 for fatty steak and arugula on bread. The Caramel mochas ended up just being blended Caramel lattes. The soup tasted delicious of course, but we didn't pay a little under $35 for mediocre entrees w/ soup..pricing that high should be something of quality. Not impressed. read more

Yogurt cup costs over $4 and sometimes only 1/3-1/2 full. Sometimes fruit cup is half full. Inconsistent portion size and expensive even if full. I enjoy coming to this panera bread simply because of the location. They're located on flamingo where a few hot spots are located, down the street from UNLV. Their service is friendly and you can never go wrong with a You Pick Two.. two choices of either 1/2 salad, 1/2 sandwich, or soup. I love panera soup and salad. I don't normally go for the sandwiches but the ones that I have tried were actually pretty good. This trip I got a grilled cheese and tomato soup... the bread was pretty hard and the soup wasn't hot at all. I was very disappointed. At least the 99 cent pastry kept me going. read more

One of the managers, Melissa, is amazing! I placed a large (~20 Pick Two's) group order with her and she flawlessly executed with her team. She made sure to label all the meals with names per my request, and hand bagged everything herself while double checking that everything was all there and correct. I noticed all the good reviews are from over a year ago. I started coming here less than a year ago. It's a convenient stop on my drive home from work. But it's not my favorite location. They need to wipe down the tables regularly. Every time I come in, no matter what table I choose, I need to brush off the debris. They also need to stop airing the grievances in the kitchen (very loudly) in the late afternoon. Everyone can hear how much you hate your jobs. And don't sit at the window tables in the afternoon. Their blinds have been broken forever and you'll roast to death when the sun comes around. They need to up the game on their maintenance and upkeep. I've been to this location a couple of times and I'm mostly pleased with the service and the food. However today's experience made me very uncomfortable. This family came in with their kids, and allowed them to run around the place without masks, coughing out into the open, running up to the display drinks, grabbing and touching them. The kids are running around with bags of chips and licking their fingers then climbing all over tables and chairs and the staff doesn't seem to care. There was another man who came in for a to go bag without a mask on and they gave him no trouble about it. Eventually we had to say something to the waitress about the kids and she took it to her manager. She handled it well and was very kind so props to her, I didn't manage to get her name. Last thing, as my food arrived, the spoon the gave me with my soup was crusty on the handle, which meant it was obviously not cleaned properly. She gave me a new one however it still had fingerprints and smudges all over it. Unsure if I will return here. read more

I went to the Hughes Center Drive location and purchased two large coffees and a bagel. They gave me a burnt bagel, a medium coffee, and a large coffee. I then asked for the medium coffee to a large since I paid for a large. I called the manager because the employee was being rude. Two customers and the employee began yelling at me to leave the store when all I asked was for the correct order. The manager refused to give me what I had purchased. The manager, employees, and customer told me to get the f*** out. All I asked was if the employees can please get my order correct. Stopped into Panera Friday afternoon 12.23.16 for hot soup to warm the body on a cold Vegas day. Initially ordered the Broccoli Cheddar Bowl for 5.99 until the cashier recommended ordering each item separately for larger portion size. Needless to say 11 bucks later I had to choose a side item and was offered a pastry for an additional buck. The soup was great but it chills pretty quickly in the bread bowl. College area panera place. The students don't seem to notice that the tables aren't wiped after removing the dishes. Food comes promptly and tastes good and well made. The other local Panera closed Northwest was much better managed. This one was just as far from my house but we preferred the other. I like the UNLV atmosphere but you can hear horseplay from back of house. Lack of adult supervision was a problem at 6pm dinner time tonight. The place is not busy and its obvious why. I was hesitant to go to this Panera since it's right by the Vegas strip, but it's very safe and clean. Parking is easy and the staff is great! They went above and beyond to make sure I was served properly. Good portion sizes of food too, usually Panera cheats you with the portions but this location was great! read more

Growing up in SoCal, I loved going to Panera! I would go after school and do my homework (using their free wifi) while drinking soup and eating half a sandwich! Finding a Panera so close to home here in Vegas, I got very excited...but also was quickly letdown. The food is great. It's consistent and I cannot complain but the service...man. When our food runner came by with our sandwiches she forgot which one she was holding and got irritated when we told her what it probably was. Then when we noticed that the soup was broccoli cheddar versus the chicken noodle we ordered, she suddenly became very defensive and started blaming the cook for cooking the wrong one when we weren't accusing her in the first place. Especially since we also work in the service industry, we hate it when we encounter rude guests/customers so we make sure that we don't become those rude customers when we go out. Sigh, it's just weird and not ideal to have a server to not be knowledgeable of the products she's serving or be so defensive when we were just politely asking her to double check our food. I love Panera Bread. I try to eat healthy during my workday and stay away from processed food and food that is full of preservatives. Panera is the best place to eat. They have a great menu with lots of options. I really like the new Pepporini and Mozzarella Melt for lunch and a souffle for breakfast. read more

I come here periodically to pick up breakfast for my team. It's extremely convenient because I can order it the day before and just walk in, grab the bag with my order and then leave. (Which I always thought was kind of weird. Because no one is checking.) They have quite a variety of breakfast options that are indulgent and yet they have some that are healthy. And even though I've been ordering from this location for many years now it is especially good that they have everything individually wrapped. This way we can remain compliant with all Covid standards and not have to be sharing food or exposing food to different people. My last order wouldn't allow me to set the pick up time for when I needed it. So I ended up calling and spoke to someone at this location. I think his name was Gabriel. He was extremely helpful and very courteous with me. I even explained that I would not be the one picking up this order and that my assistant will be doing it. He said that was fine and when my assistant did it was smooth and easy as normal. I will continue to pick up our breakfast from this location! read more

Absolute worst when it comes to ordering delivery. I ordered 3 soups with a sandwich and bread bowl and waited an hour and a half for them to mess up my order. One of the soups were missing when Its clearly checked on the order receipt- not to mention the inconsideration on the utensils when it's clearly also check marked. The bread bowl (more like bread ball) also appears to be cut at the top but not hollowed out to be able to out the soup in- utensils would've been an easy fix for that but they were not provided. Best to avoid this location when wanting to order any food, as they clearly don't check and confirm their orders beforehand. read more
