I've been wanting to try All Antico Vinaio in LA since they've opened up, but haven't had a chance to make it, so it was so convenient for me to give this one a try since it was at the hotel I was staying at. Despite the hype this place has had, it wasn't my favorite place for focaccia. The batch that we got tasted a bit burnt and has a bit too crunchy. I did really like the truffle sauce I think that was in it, but some of the sandwiches that we got were a bit salty. The line was a bit long, but it was a weekend, so I'd imagine during the week it's a lot faster. It's located at the new food hall in the casino area where Howlin' Rays is located. I'm glad to have tried this place.

All'Antico Vinaio the famous Florence sandwich shop has made it's way to the Venetian food court. I have heard so many good things about this place that even though I wasn't hungry I just had to see what the hype was about. This visit I was told try the La Paradiso which has Mortadella, Stracciatella, Pistachio Cream, Pistachio. This had to be one of the best tasting sandwiches I've ever had. The bread was warm, toasted and fresh. The Mortadella had this nice saltiness to it that it went so well with the stracciatella and pistachio cream. The pistachio cream just works so well it has a nutty complimenting taste that pairs so well. You have to try this sandwich and all the flavors just work. Service is great and fast as the staff can whip your sandwich with speed. Try Florence's famous sandwich without having to fly to Italy.

La Broadway with prosciutto added - yum!

A sandwich so good I had to go back and have another. Seriously, this was a mind blowing meal. Located inside via via food hall at venetian this italian sandwich shop has some amazing concoctions and what seems to be a huge following. Line was a tad long but moved reasonably quickly. Opted for the La Broadway but wanting some protein in there I added prosciutto - 100% home run. The flavors, the textures, the temperature, all of it was spot on. The portion was also huge, in most cases it'd be enough for 2 meals. Had I not been on an early morning flight to Vegas that morning and not eaten breakfast I definitely would've saved half on the first one, even with all that I had to wait a few minutes and ponder my decision making process before digging in to the rest. On the second stop i went for the same sandwich, equally delicious but this time I wasn't up for the whole thing. No big deal, into the fridge went one half and it was a great lunch the next day. Can't say enough good things about this spot, looking forward to heading back and trying more.

Having been to the original All'Antico Vinaio in Florence, I have to admit this Vegas location isn't quite the same. That said, it's still a very good sandwich and definitely worth trying if you're on the Strip and craving something different. I ordered La Paradiso, and it was delicious. The bread was fresh, the ingredients were high quality, and the sandwich was packed with flavor. If it's your first visit, that's the one I'd recommend. No, it doesn't completely recreate the magic of the original in Italy, but it's still one of the better quick bites you'll find in Las Vegas.

The slowest. Service. Ever. But the sandwiches are hefty and delicious! Located in the Venetian food hall. When we got there we had maybe 6 ppl in front of us and it took us 20 min to even get our order in. I got the l'inferno (Porchetta, Nduja, Spicy Eggplant, Spicy Zucchini, Arugula). I didn't want nduja and they let me switch it out for sundried tomatoes for free. The bread is nicely toasted and crispy. The filings are not heated but I didn't mind. They were freshly slicing the meat for sandwiches so it was fresh. The had plentiful amounts of zucchini and eggplant and it was well seasoned. They did forget to put arugula in my sandwich which I was sad about.

I came here with high expectations after watching a food blogger on social media claiming that the La Paradiso is the best sandwich on the menu. I saw the ingredient pistachio cream and wasn't sure how that would taste like on a sandwich. It's not that great. It tasted like a bologna sandwich with some kind of slight sweet cream on it. It was an interesting taste to me. I wish I got a different sandwich from the menu after seeing other people eat other kinds of sandwiches. The sandwich is huge so I recommend sharing with someone unless you're super hungry. The bread is really good. It is pricey ($23). This location is in The Venetian at a food hall so it's a convenient place to eat before watching BSB concert at the Sphere.

People are sleeping on this spot. One of my go-to spots in the Venetian. The service is good, it's your typical food court vibes but with more divey options. Would recommend

    La Dante & La paradiso

Was super excited to try this place as I've been hearing about it all over social media and it was at the hotel we were staying at. La Dante- 4/5 pretty standard sandwich but I can tell their ingredients are high quality! The meats were delicious in it. La paradiso- 4/5 loved the mortadella they use in this sandwich. It was sooo tasty! The strachiatella goes perfectly with it as well but I wish there was more of it and less of the pistachio cream. The amount of pistachio cream in my sandwich was a bit overwhelming but still tasty overall. This sandwich is definitely a heavier sandwich and calorie dense. Overall for the price I probably wouldn't return frequently but it is tasty if you are craving an Italian sandwich vibe! Heads up though, the la paradiso sandwich is 1440 calories which is crazyyyyy Service was fine, everyone was nice but they just move a bit slow.

This place was OK at Best. My wife got a sandwich that had three things, and none of the three things were good. The mozzarella was under salted, the tomatoes were tasteless. The bread was delicious. But two out of three definitely makes it bad. My sandwich was pretty good, but it had way too much eggplant. The eggplant was on the sandwich at a ratio of about 3/1. The best part about the restaurant is that it was convenient. I would not go back.

I read that this restaurant makes very authentic sandwiches. They are supposed to come close to sandwiches in Florence. I will be going to Florence soon, so I hope to verify if the online reviews are true. :) I ordered the highly recommended La Paradiso. I absolutely love the focaccia bread. The bread is light, not oily and has a great texture that holds the filling and sauce. The pistachio sauce and cream complement the meat perfectly. The next time I visit Vegas, I will try the second highly recommended sandwich: La Boss.

    La Paradiso - fantastic!

These sandwiches were fantastic! This spot is front and center as you enter the Food Hall from the casino floor. The deli counter displays all the meats and condiments and they put the sandwiches together at time of purchase. Our order: La Dante and La Paradiso The bread was toasty and had a satisfying crunch when you bit into it- really put the sandwiches over the top in overall satisfaction. Everything was delicious - please note these are very shareable unless you want leftovers for later (and you are willing to carry it around) split the sandwich and add a side for each of you.

Oh fuck yeah! That's my reality vs the hype, it really matched. Service was super friendly and happened so quickly. They're located inside a food hall, but this is the place to be. Super laid back and casual, so no worries. Meanwhile their sandwiches live up to all the hype. Huge well crafted slabs are absolutely loaded. We ordered "the boss" and it was stellar. Everything just meshed so well. Now that I'm back home in San Diego I wish we had something similar but sadly we don't. Anyways, check this place out, it's worth your time and money. One sandwich covers two big eaters easily.

Located in the foodhall inside Venetian. Delicious focaccia sandwiches! Highly recommend getting the paradiso! The pistachio cream is chefs kiss. One sandwich can be shared for two people honestly. The downside is the line moves very slowly even if it's just a few people in front of you.

Had a fabulous dinner with my sister here for labor day weekend. Everything we had was good for…read morereal. Started with the appetizer of shrimp gamberoni and the aranacini. Small plate , not at all shareable but taste great! For main course we tried the tagliatelle con fungi and the paralleled mimmo. Both were delicious! Wine was crisp light and perfect with my meal. Ambiance was nice for a date night or a nice evening with friends. Our server was nice. Nothing special, but pleasant. The place is a bit pricey, but id come back for a nice meal.

Ferraro's Saved Me a Flight to Italy!…read more Hey y'all! Okay, so listen... y'all might have to sit down for this one Y'all apparently I don't need to book a flight to Italy because Ferraro's Ristorante brought Italy right to my front door! And yes, I said front door, because I had my food delivered. Before I even get to the food, can we talk about the CARE they put into this delivery? Everything was packaged and sealed so well. Nothing looked like somebody just tossed it into a bag and said, "Next!" Even the utensils were wrapped and presented with care. Y'all know I notice the little things, and to me, that says a lot about a restaurant. Now let's get to the FOOD! I ordered the lasagna, and y'all... YESSS! Rich, saucy, cheesy, meaty and comforting. This was the kind of lasagna that makes you get quiet for a minute because talking is interfering with eating. Ferraro's, y'all just saved me airfare to Italy! They also included fresh bread that's made fresh daily, let me tell y'all about that olive oil! This wasn't just some plain little cup of oil tossed into the bag. You could actually SEE the seasonings settled at the bottom. I gave it a little stir, dipped that bread in there, added some of the cheese they provided and Y'ALL! That olive oil had FLAVOR! The bread soaked it right up. Something so simple made the meal feel even more like an Italian restaurant experience--right at my own table. And THEN came the CHEESECAKE! Y'all, that cheesecake was delicious! Creamy, smooth and topped with berry sauce and fresh strawberries, blueberries, blackberries. And they were NOT stingy with those berries either! The creamy cheesecake with the sweet-tart fruit was the perfect ending to the meal. What really impressed me was that although this was a delivery order, I still felt the care Ferraro's puts into its food and presentation. From how securely everything was sealed and packaged, to the utensils, bread, seasoned olive oil, cheese, lasagna and that beautiful cheesecake--it felt like somebody actually cared about the experience I was going to have when I opened that bag. Anywhoddles... if you're in Las Vegas craving Italian food and don't have Italy airfare sitting around, you might want to give Ferraro's a try. Because apparently, Italy delivers! I'll definitely boomerang back to this spot. See y'all in my next review!
