Having been to the original All'Antico Vinaio in Florence, I have to admit this Vegas location isn't quite the same. That said, it's still a very good sandwich and definitely worth trying if you're on the Strip and craving something different. I ordered La Paradiso, and it was delicious. The bread was fresh, the ingredients were high quality, and the sandwich was packed with flavor. If it's your first visit, that's the one I'd recommend. No, it doesn't completely recreate the magic of the original in Italy, but it's still one of the better quick bites you'll find in Las Vegas.
Was super excited to try this place as I've been hearing about it all over social media and it was at the hotel we were staying at. La Dante- 4/5 pretty standard sandwich but I can tell their ingredients are high quality! The meats were delicious in it. La paradiso- 4/5 loved the mortadella they use in this sandwich. It was sooo tasty! The strachiatella goes perfectly with it as well but I wish there was more of it and less of the pistachio cream. The amount of pistachio cream in my sandwich was a bit overwhelming but still tasty overall. This sandwich is definitely a heavier sandwich and calorie dense. Overall for the price I probably wouldn't return frequently but it is tasty if you are craving an Italian sandwich vibe! Heads up though, the la paradiso sandwich is 1440 calories which is crazyyyyy Service was fine, everyone was nice but they just move a bit slow.
I read that this restaurant makes very authentic sandwiches. They are supposed to come close to sandwiches in Florence. I will be going to Florence soon, so I hope to verify if the online reviews are true. :) I ordered the highly recommended La Paradiso. I absolutely love the focaccia bread. The bread is light, not oily and has a great texture that holds the filling and sauce. The pistachio sauce and cream complement the meat perfectly. The next time I visit Vegas, I will try the second highly recommended sandwich: La Boss.
These sandwiches were fantastic! This spot is front and center as you enter the Food Hall from the casino floor. The deli counter displays all the meats and condiments and they put the sandwiches together at time of purchase. Our order: La Dante and La Paradiso The bread was toasty and had a satisfying crunch when you bit into it- really put the sandwiches over the top in overall satisfaction. Everything was delicious - please note these are very shareable unless you want leftovers for later (and you are willing to carry it around) split the sandwich and add a side for each of you.
Oh fuck yeah! That's my reality vs the hype, it really matched. Service was super friendly and happened so quickly. They're located inside a food hall, but this is the place to be. Super laid back and casual, so no worries. Meanwhile their sandwiches live up to all the hype. Huge well crafted slabs are absolutely loaded. We ordered "the boss" and it was stellar. Everything just meshed so well. Now that I'm back home in San Diego I wish we had something similar but sadly we don't. Anyways, check this place out, it's worth your time and money. One sandwich covers two big eaters easily.
This is my second attempt at AAV. This time in the Venetian. First time was at Uncommons two years ago. Both experiences are pretty consistent. The line here was short -- only 3 or 4 in front of me. But I waited in it for 15 minutes. I wasn't in a rush but if you are, this might not be it. While I waited I noticed folks weren't smiling, but I had heard about great service so I was confused. Still, after 10 minutes in line, one man did say someone would be with me in a few minutes. I appreciate acknowledgment. When it was my turn, I ordered La Toscana. The guy made it and I paid. The female cashier (middle aged) was truly very friendly and smiling. Again, appreciated her. The sandwich: I'm tying to give this place a shot again. I wasn't impressed the first time and I'm still not sure what all the hype is about. I know...unpopular opinion. In both cases, I eventually removed the bread from the second half and added the sandwich fillings to the first half. It's not a thick sandwich but it is a lot of doughy bread. The ingredients are indeed fresh af and they taste good. But the bread is hard and cold and just difficult to chew through. I could gnaw on the bread for a long time before it actually breaks down. It looks like a focaccia but chews like sourdough, if that makes any sense. The Salame, pecorino and honey all worked well together but maybe it needs one of their creams to help soften the bread. I don't know. My experience just isn't what others rave about but I'm trying to find something to help justify what all yall are getting out of it. Maybe next time I'll try the Paradiso. That's the #1 here. I'm wasn't feeling pistachio today so I opted for something else but maybe that's why I'm not thrilled. It's good--it's just not great.
I'd been dreaming of visiting an All'Antico Vinaio since seeing the one in Italy on instagram years ago. I knew there was one in Vegas, so when I booked a work trip here, one of the first things I did was see how far it was from where I'd be staying. To my delight, this newer location was in my hotel! On the first day, let's be real - the first hour I got there, I popped on over to the food court and after a nice long peruse of the menu I got a La paradiso sandwich. All of the sandwiches had something I wanted, but it was hard to find one with exactly everything I wanted, so I asked what the most popular one was and went with that. The sandwich was good, but I hate to admit that it was a little overhyped. I'm glad I got it, but would it be worth waiting in a line longer than 15 minutes? I don't think so. Maybe if I had asked for a custom one that had all of my favorites I would be singing a different tune, but I had really worked this up in all my dreaming about it. The sandwich was massive, easily enough for two people. I ate one half and that was plenty for me.
We dropped by AAV (The Old Wine Merchant), in the new, Via Via Food Hall at the Venetian. When I was in Florence, I somehow did not go to AAV. However, when I stayed at the adjacent Palazzo in Vegas, I said I gotta hit this place selling sandwiches on Tuscan schiacciata bread. We shared the La Paradiso sandwich: Mortadella and pistachio cream on excellent schiacciata bread. It was divine. The bread was fresh & crusty, and the combination of ingredients was well thought out. My only gripe to the meal was an $18 Sangiovese wine (not pictured). The wine was overpriced and tasted old. Via Via Food Hall has plenty of tables to spread out and share a meal. We split the sandwich bc we knew we were going to hit another stall. The staff were friendly & warm, and the food came out quickly. I would definitely return to have an excellent sandwich on Tuscan schiacciata bread. They have so many options to suit any palate.
Located at the food hall in the Venetian and it's absolutely wonderful. It's my go to spot to bring food home. The Paradiso is my favorite. The pistachio cream and the focaccia bread is what makes it truly delicious. I have yet to try the other sandwiches, but I can only assume they are all just as great. Because it's in the food hall, it's quick, easy to get to, and there are a bunch of tables for you to eat it fresh. Highly recommend trying their sandwiches.
This is my favorite sandwich place in the whole city, although my first time coming to this location. I usually go to the one at The Uncommons. La Paradiso is my #1 pick but I was sharing with my sister this time so we got a La District, also delectable. I would typically order a gluten-free bread, and theirs is better than any other sandwich shop I've tried, but this location does not offer it. Either way, the bread here is exactly how I like it, crispy on the outside and a little chewy, very European. Paired with a nice Italian soda and a bag of chips, the servings are big enough to share if you dont have a huge appetite. Their sandwich fillings are unlike anything you'll try in this city, very crave-worthy. The guys working at this location were very friendly and helpful and this spot is located in a food hall type area so there is plenty of seating!
All'Antico Vinaio the famous Florence sandwich shop has made it's way to the Venetian food court. I have heard so many good things about this place that even though I wasn't hungry I just had to see what the hype was about. This visit I was told try the La Paradiso which has Mortadella, Stracciatella, Pistachio Cream, Pistachio. This had to be one of the best tasting sandwiches I've ever had. The bread was warm, toasted and fresh. The Mortadella had this nice saltiness to it that it went so well with the stracciatella and pistachio cream. The pistachio cream just works so well it has a nutty complimenting taste that pairs so well. You have to try this sandwich and all the flavors just work. Service is great and fast as the staff can whip your sandwich with speed. Try Florence's famous sandwich without having to fly to Italy. read more

The slowest. Service. Ever. But the sandwiches are hefty and delicious! Located in the Venetian food hall. When we got there we had maybe 6 ppl in front of us and it took us 20 min to even get our order in. I got the l'inferno (Porchetta, Nduja, Spicy Eggplant, Spicy Zucchini, Arugula). I didn't want nduja and they let me switch it out for sundried tomatoes for free. The bread is nicely toasted and crispy. The filings are not heated but I didn't mind. They were freshly slicing the meat for sandwiches so it was fresh. The had plentiful amounts of zucchini and eggplant and it was well seasoned. They did forget to put arugula in my sandwich which I was sad about. read more

Located in the foodhall inside Venetian. Delicious focaccia sandwiches! Highly recommend getting the paradiso! The pistachio cream is chefs kiss. One sandwich can be shared for two people honestly. The downside is the line moves very slowly even if it's just a few people in front of you. read more

Yelp Review 2026 #31: I was at The Venetian and picked up dinner from All'Antico Vinaio - my favorite sandwich spot. I frequent their Durango location because it's easier to get to and I love their sandwiches that I've tried every single one. This one is located at Via Via Foodhall which is on the casino floor. Parking is free for locals during the time of writing. I'm not a huge fan of going to The Strip as a local so, going to this location would have to be if I was having a meal / shopping/ doing activities at The Venetian or driving out-of-town friends on The Strip. I must say their menu is more limited compared to the Durango location. They don't have specials. But I found the service here friendlier. Pricey but BIG enough for two. Shared the Venice Beach (Turkey, tomato, mozzarella, w/avocado). Definitely big enough for two. Bread was soft & warm. Fresh sliced turkey & avocado. Fresh salt with olive oil. Perfect bite in the Venetian. "Cheap Eat" relative to the rest of the food in the Venetian. Would definitely return. read more

The sandwiches here are pretty bomb. I got la toscana and it was everything and more. The truffle honey was the cherry on top for me. I loved how simple the sandwich was. The bread was sweet and crispy. Staff was warm and quick in their craft. There were plenty of seats in the food court. read more
Been wanting to try this for years! Have been to Florence twice and never made it... but this one in the Venetian food court Via Via worked just fine for me. Lots of delicious options, but I went with the pay look La Paridiso, with mortadella, straciatella, pistachio cream and pistachios on an incredible bread. Looking forward to a return to try some of the others! read more
Located in the Via Via food hall on the floor of the Venetian casino is this little Italian sandwich gem. The hype that this transplant from Italy generates is legit. We ordered the Paradiso sandwich that had the pistachio cream and it was delish! We split the fairly large sandwich that comes in a perfectly toasted focaccio and the meats, condiments & bread complemented each other perfectly. My only complaint is that at that price point (all sandwiches cost more than $20), the sandwiches should be even larger. Half a sandwich left me a bit hungry since the taste whetted my appetite. Service was fine & fast counter-service. The food hall is noisy but has plenty of seating. read more

All Antico stands among the greatest sandwich spots known to man. Vegas is blessed to have one of these! Perfect for the Venetian as well since this started in Florence. Ordered the Paradiso since I'm a solid pistachio lover. Was also craving their porchetta so I swapped out mortadella for it. Wonderful decision! Gent who made my sandwich gave me quite the dollop of stracciatella and pistachio cream. Freaking amazing combo with pork, I highly suggest it. I swear for the price it's worth it. A subway footlong is close to these prices anyways. I also only hate half of my sandwich and ate the other half four hours later. Heated up, I might argue it was even better! read more
After our show at the Sphere, instead of exiting the facility, we walked through the the building and straight into the Venetian. We bee-lined towards All' Antico Vinaio, an Italian sandwich shop inside the Via Via Food Hall in the Venetian. The plan was to have a lighter, grab & go lunch. Luckily, there was not much of a wait and we quickly ordered two of their focaccia sandwiches. The La Favuolosa has salami, pecorino cream, artichoke cream, and spicy eggplant. It was hard to discern pecorino or artichoke in the spread, but it was definitely savory and delicious. This was a rich sandwich and we looked for something acidic or fresh to brighten it up. As such, the contrast of the La Summer was nice since it has a classic combination of prosciutto, tomato, mozzarella, and basil. Even though it was the dead of winter, the grocery store tomatoes ended up being a welcome pop of flavor. The sandwiches are massive. Three of us split 2 and ended up with half leftover. They keep really well and we snacked on them a day or so later without much loss in bread texture. read more

Wow! At first I was abit hesitant cause it's $19-22 for a sandwich but it's worth every penny. They use Schiacciata bread (thinner and airy focaccia) and savory Italian meats, cheeses and spread like pistachio spread, truffle cream and etc. had their classic la paradiso and it was simple but the flavors were so complex! Service was great and very fast. It's in the Venetian casino food court so tons of tables. read more

I've been meaning to check this place out and realized that they opened up a location in the strip, making it pretty convenient for me. I ordered the La Paradiso- mortadella, stracciatella, pistachio cream, and pistachio. The sandwich came in a focaccia bread and was large enough to share with someone. The ingredients went very well together and was great! I want to try the other sandwiches, but need to pace myself as they are filling. read more

This sandwich was good, but I'm a hard critic because I ate these sandwiches in Florence! I asked the guy which sandwich was the best and he recommended La Paradiso. The bread was light and crisp and the pistachio spread was tasty. The mortadella could have been better. I feel that it was missing veggies and maybe some heat. I guess I shouldn't compare it to eating these sandwiches in Italy. read more
All'Antico Vinaio is located at Venetian's new food hall, and it's such a great addition! I've had their sandwiches in SoCal, and the consistency is there. Clean space throughout, display of ingredients visible so you can see what goes in your sandwich. Menu is located above and also on paper. Tried one I haven't tried yet- the boss sandwich, which has prosciutto, pecorino cheese, and truffle cream. Got in line and ordered, paid, and got my sandwich. Pretty good! The truffle cream is so good, along with the cheese. Yum!! The prosciutto was freshly cut, and I was glad that there weren't many of those chewy bits there. Easy to bite, but the bread I got was pretty soft compared to the usual and didn't have as much flavor, but was a solid sandwich. read more
I've seen these sandwiches on social media a lot. I was pleasantly surprised how delicious these sandwiches taste. The bread is soft, flavorful and fluffy. All of the meats, spread, and cheese were all so so good. The pistachio cream and cheese made the sandwich a combination of creamy and savory goodness. read more
Have been dying to try this sandwich shop after seeing all the food bloggers reviews. Since we were going to be in Vegas I made sure to visit the Venetian's new food hall, where this was situated. I was also hoping for a much shorter line than the one in Venice, California. Found the food hall easily in the Venetian right off the casino floor. The line was no more than 5 minutes. Really cute food stall- def carried the 'Italian ' theme! Ordered the sandwich that they were famous for- the La Paradiso, which had mortadella pistachio cream, stracciatella and pistachios . Ended up sharing the sandwich with my son and a friend of my husband. Sandwich tasted fresh and the bread was amazing. Even though I liked the sandwich combination, I would probably choose another type of sandwich next time. Definitely worth any wait to try this very fresh and tasty sandwich shop!! read more
We ordered the L'Orto and La Cacciatore for breakfast as well as a hot Americano. The L'Orto was somewhat bland, I mostly tasted the bread and sun dried tomatoes, some kind of meat or pesto would improve the sandwich. The La Cacciatore was lukewarm because the meat was cold and seemed more ham-like. The flavor was good, but lack of warmth made it less appealing. The truffle sauce and bread were the stars of the show. The biggest disappointment was the coffee, the same people at the register made the coffee, and put the lid on without gloves, so their bare hands touched where you'd drink from it. Overall the prices are high for sandwiches no better than a Starbucks. read more
I heard this place is so popular in Florence and was so glad they had a location in Vegas! Located inside the Venetian, I came on a Sunday afternoon and there was no line at all. I got the La Dante. The sandwhich is really big enough for 2 people. After eating half a sandwhich, I felt it was more than enough and maybe it was alittle salty for me but the ingredients I could tell is very fresh. I would definitely try that place again as they had so many different sandwiches to choose from! I love these sandwiches. Their first Las Vegas location got a lot of hype on social media when it first open a couple years ago. The first location was off the strip but I made the trek to try it and it was amazing. I was pleasantly surprised to see a new location inside the Venetian Hotel & Casino. The sandwiches are huge, delicious, and very low cost considering the quality of ingredients and the restaurant being located on the strip. If you haven't already tried it, you need to put this place on your next Las Vegas itinerary. read more
This was my second time to location. The first time was in Italy and I did not have a great experience. Today I actually had a decent experience. Boat sandwiches were very good. I was a little sad that they didn't have the eggplant, the veggie sandwich, that we wanted to try because I really wanted to try the Gorgonzola sauce on it but the two sandwiches we picked were very good. I would definitely try it again, especially if I could try the sandwich with the Gorgonzola sauce. I went with the L'Inferno, which is one of their few sandwiches without cream or creamy cheese - basically meat and veggies. Definitely big enough for a full meal, subtle spiciness, and an overall taste experience that I would describe as pretty good but not great. $20 on the Strip is not bad for a full meal with clearly quality ingredients. Friendly staff. In the end, I think this is their best sandwich and while tasty, did not blow me away or motivate me to go out of my way to come back here.
