Late night stop on Friday and the food hit the spot. I had the Spice Brined Chicken Wings tossed in Buffalo Sauce. They were served with Celery, Carrots and Ranch Dressing. Service was quick.
If you're in Las Vegas, don't sleep on Café Americano at Caesars Palace! I usually have low expectations for 24-hour diners, but this place completely surprised us. I had seen several negative breakfast reviews, so we decided to stop in for lunch instead--and lunch did not disappoint. My husband and I came on a Tuesday to catch the first half of a World Cup match, and the first thing we noticed was the incredible teamwork. Managers were helping clear tables, deliver food, and support the staff. It was also the first restaurant we've visited in Vegas where a manager stopped by our table to check on us, which was a nice touch. Our server, Christina, was fantastic. My husband has a dairy allergy, and she made sure everything was handled correctly. We started with the fresh guacamole, which was delicious. My husband wished it had a little more jalapeño, but there was plenty left over to enjoy with his perfectly cooked salmon. I love buffalo chicken fingers, so I ordered the chicken fingers with buffalo sauce and blue cheese. Christina asked if I wanted the chicken tossed in the buffalo sauce instead of dipping it, and I'm so glad I said yes--it was exactly what I was hoping for. I also ordered a margarita from Sandy, who was so friendly. Although she was taking drink orders, she was also bussing and resetting tables. Everyone jumped in wherever they were needed, and it really showed. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of TVs, making it a great spot to catch a game. The only hiccup was that the salmon rang up at the wrong price. They couldn't fix it in their system, so they immediately took 10% off our bill. Mistakes happen, but excellent customer service is what people remember. Great food, outstanding service, and a team that truly works together. We'll definitely be back the next time we're in Vegas!
We came here for breakfast yesterday. The cafe was almost empty, but we still waited about 10 minutes to be seated and another 20 minutes for our food, which seemed a little strange. We ordered a Caesar salad with shrimp and scrambled eggs. My salad was good, but nothing special. The scrambled eggs were undercooked, and the bacon was way too salty. People who were seated after us actually got their food first, even though their orders looked much more complicated than ours. I did appreciate that the staff kept refilling our water without us asking. It was a very hot day in Las Vegas, and that was a nice touch. The only other thing that really disappointed me was the water cup. It had visible residue inside, which isn't acceptable for a café inside Caesars Palace. Overall, I expected a little more. Being part of Caesars Palace, this cafe feels like it's aiming for a premium experience, but the food didn't really match the prices. I've honestly had better scrambled eggs at Denny's for much less.
The food was fine but nothing special. The servers seem lackadaisical and unprofessional for working at Caesars Palace.
We were looking for a good restaurant before our show and happened to come across Cafe Americano. The restaurant wasn't super busy but had a few big parties and a good number of smaller tables filled. We ordered the Honey Glazed Salmon Salad and the Spicy Shrimp Scampi. The menu has a good amount of options to order from so that was nice. Also restaurant ambiance was very chill and (though busy) pleasant to dine at. The Honey Glazed Salmon bowl was so delicious with a wide variety of flavors. I especially liked the shrimp scampi. The flavors were so good and everything was cooked to perfection. I want to especially give a major shoutout to Saul. There were a number of parties and many orders, so naturally people were restless about when they'd get their food. Saul made sure to check in on our table (and others as well) while we waited and gave us updates whenever he could. Saul was super friendly and asked us about our trip and was very nice to talk to. Believe it or not, my parent had met him before at a restaurant few years ago when she visited Vegas and said that she remembered how he was very fun to talk to back then, so seeing him again was cool and he's still as affable as before. (Note: Her previous trip was 3-4 years ago so for Saul to be super memorable shows how great of a staff he is + awesome customer service) Overall Dining Experience was superb: Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Menu: 10/10 Restaurant Vibes: 10/10 Price to Overall Dining (POD): 10/10 Honestly would come back again.
For a generic-sounding 24/7 spot, my lunch was not that bad. Cafe Americano is a restaurant available at Paris Las Vegas and also at Caesars Palace, the latter of which I decided to check out since I've been accumulating reward credits on my players card lately. Word to the wise though: they convert 200 reward credits to $1.00, which is apparently a Caesars thing so I'm more likely to complain about that if I do a Caesars review. But then again, if I'd known ahead of time, I might not have splurged. Anyway, I was able to be seated right away, although I got stuck at a more dimly lit table since the host said they didn't have a server to cover the area near the windows. Whatever. At least I got to place my order quickly. The Cuban Sandwich ($27.00) was a pretty large portion on its own and came with a heap of thin French fries. The sandwich was panini-pressed and contained a lot of meat and the requisite Cubano accoutrements, but it could have used some mayo to lube up said meat. It was multiple tiers below the best Cuban sandwich I've had. The fries were crispy and went well alone or with the ketchup, but they weren't the most fluffy inside. The Passion Fruit Mojito ($12.00) is one of their mocktails and was really the more delicious and memorable part of the meal for me. The passion fruit flavor was prominent and it worked well with the mint and a touch of lime. I actually appreciated that there wasn't any liquor flavor to distract from the blend. Cafe Americano is fine for a quick fix, but I would probably rather commit to other sit-down restaurants if I'm dining at Caesars Palace, especially if I know that they have better reward credits ratios.
I arrived at Caesar's Palace and attempted an early check in. No rooms were available. At this juncture, I was almost out of juice with my phone. Therefore, I decided eat at Cafe Americano and simultaneously charge my phone. I was not very hungry but I did not want take up a paying customer's counter space Therefore, I decided to order a piece of toast - $8 for one slice and a cafe latte together costing almost $20. I guess gone are days of under $5 breakfast in Las Vegas. The multi-gran toast was large with accompaniments of butter and jelly. After eating a lite breakfast and charging my phone simultaneously, I was up to explore sunny and scenic Las Vegas. The restaurant had a steady flow of customers. Overall, laid back environment.
I only tried their late night menu and it was ok. The most notable item was their pizza and it hit the spot just wish they had more appetizers or share dishes late at night or maybe breakfast stuff. The drinks were great and the bartenders were efficient handling the late night crowd and they made me my first dirty martini for my birthday (it was just after midnight) so I won't forget that. The only thing that wasn't up to par was one of their bar chairs had a part of its back falling off which seemed kind of messy especially for a mint casino like Caesars.

It is conveniently located near the hotel lobby check-in area and elevators to the Augustus, Octavius, and Julius Tower rooms. We arrived for breakfast around 10am on a Tuesday morning. The wait was about 15 minutes, but the line seemed to move pretty quickly. We were seated at a table for two in the middle of the dining room. It was very busy, and we were greeted after about ten minutes. We placed our order about five minutes later. I think our order was lost in the shuffle, as it was about a half hour before our food came out. A couple sat down next to us after we arrived, ordered, and they got their food before us. I had the All American breakfast with two eggs over easy, sourdough toast, bacon, and breakfast potatoes ($26). This was an average sized plate of food. The bacon was very good, and it was extra smoky which was a nice surprise. She had the avocado toast ($21) with add-ons of picked red onion ($3) and an egg ($3). It came with an arugula salad and she enjoyed it. The portion sizes were average, and it's on the expensive side, but this is a café inside of a Las Vegas casino, so you're paying for convenience. It is a good place to grab a bite 24/7 if you want something better than breakfast at Starbucks or something from the food court. Final rating: 3.5 stars rounded up to 4 stars.
Close to Colosseum, so good option that takes reservations before a show, reasonable pricing. Service is slow, basic things like water, Parmesan with pasta or refill on wine you need to keep asking for. Even when the place is half empty... this place has potential, they need to train these folks better or get new staff/management.

The eggs were cooked exactly right with that beautifully runny yolk, and everything was fresh and flavorful. We also ordered the chicken and waffles, and I have to admit--I am not a chicken and waffles person. I usually don't like that combination at all, but this completely changed my mind. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and seasoned so well, and they were incredibly generous with the portion. The service was warm, attentive, and kept everything moving even though the restaurant was busy. It definitely gets packed in the morning, so don't be surprised if there's a bit of a wait, but it's absolutely worth it. For a restaurant inside a hotel, this place exceeded all of my expectations. It's the kind of hidden gem you might walk right past, but you shouldn't. If you're staying at Caesars or just looking for a great breakfast, I highly recommend giving it a try. We'd definitely come back!
Had a quick bite at the Cafe Americano, Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas. The restaurant is a 24-hour, 7 days a week operation. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Though the place was very active, we were seated immediately upon arrival. The restaurant during daytime is bright and airy. Our server Kristina was very welcoming and attentive. I went with their breakfast offerings, choosing an alternative to the advertised chicken and waffles. I chosed a Belgian waffle with smoked salmon as a side addition. I also added coffee and orange juice.l to my order. The Belgian waffle was nice! I shied away from the offered additions except strawberries and whipped cream. The smoked salmon was very tasty by the way!
First off let me start out by saying go to the one at The Paris instead of this one... the one at The Paris is great! Now, let me start off by saying we went at 7:55am on a Saturday and there were not a whole lot of people. I was cold and asked could we sit outside and the hostesses said we are not sitting people outside until 8, I said okay and took a seat inside in bar area. We then sit there for 20 mins before a waiter name Brian finally comes by (keep in mind it was not busy). I counted and he only had 3 tables he was serving. He pours us water and then leaves, doesn't ask if we want a drink or anything. Comes back 10 mins later (by this time people that were set outside already have their drinks). He asked what we wanted to eat, never asked what we wanted to drink still... takes food order only. By the time food arrived people sat down after me outside are done eating. We have to ask for more water as we still haven't been asked if we want a drink. We eat and the food is great (no complaints). Sit probably another 10 mins after eating and have to ask for the check. We get the check and pay and then leave. (Take note that none of the cafe americano restaurants even though they are in Caesar properties give you your points or charge to your room).
Located just inside Caesar's Palace, Cafe Americano is a nice stop for brunch while on the Strip. The wait can take pretty long, even if the line is deceivingly short. The wait from ordering to receiving our food was also pretty long, so plan ahead! I ordered the breakfast sandwich, which was generously sized with an abundance of flavorful ham. Even though I was hungry, I struggled to finish it all! The sandwich came with scrambled egg, cheese, ham, and the bread was buttered and toasted. The side of diced potatoes were the best part of the dish. They were perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. read more

- Food was pretty good nothing too special though, if you're looking for a nice place for brunch this is a great place if you're staying at Caesar's Palace. The cocktails were very well done with super cute names! Burger was juicy, fries were lowkey stale. - Service was average, he did his job but I have had better service at less expensive restaurants. The server did not refill waters at all and never came back through to check on us until the food was gone. - Ambiance is nice, the music is a tad bit too loud but otherwise it's a really cute bar/brunch restaurant. We had a wonderful experience at Cafe Americano in Caesars Palace. The atmosphere is vibrant & relaxed, A perfect spot whether you're starting your day or winding down. We had ordered two varieties of pastas, it was fresh, flavorful and very well presented. The menu has a great variety of options. Service was warm, comfortable & excellent. read more

I was shocked at the quality and taste of this cafe. I thought it would be another over priced restaurant with average food but I was wrong. The food turned out excellent. I started off with an espresso martini and it gave me the kick that I needed at 10pm. It was strong and bold. We ordered calamari, pepperoni pizza, assorted empanadas, 16oz ribeye, and rigatoni alla vooka to share between 4 of us. The service was great and attentive. Seven stars and Diamond reward status gets special seating area. read more
I love that it's 24/7 business hours. However breakfast time is busy! U can walk in but better to make reservations. We got the 10:45 slot. And gave a a nice table inside. We enjoyed the fruit platter.. had a good amount of sliced pineapple, strawberries,blueberries etc. I ordered the French toast, came with 2 slices topped w strawberries and creme, u need to ask for butter and syrup if u want it. Very fluffy and moist. Not to sweet. Perfect with coffee or hot chocolate. Hubby got egg Benedict. It was topped with a brea, and it's hollandaise sauce.with cubed fried potatoes. It hit the stop. Good portions. It is a bit pricey tho. Total for 3 people was about $150. Nit a lot of sites down breakfast places. at caesars. Perfect place for groups of people. Enjoyed our time. Service was ok. This was a great place for groups. We had brunch inside Caesar's palace. The place was busy but good space to gather. There was a long line to wait . Make sure do reservation ahead of time . We were seated with 10 people. Ordered coffee and from their menu . - Egg Benedict - Avocado toast - Tres Leches French toast - Birria Burrito -steak and eggs - all American breakfast Freshly cooked except for the bacon. Overcooked and burned. Raul was very nice and attentive. read more
I had a mostly enjoyable experience here, with a few highlights and a couple of small drawbacks. I ordered the Birria Benedict, which was decent overall. The birria itself was flavorful and paired nicely with the hollandaise sauce, which tasted rich and well-balanced. However, the English muffin was a bit too over-toasted for my liking--it was noticeably hard to slice through, which took away from the enjoyment of the dish. On a more positive note, the fruit platter was fresh and refreshing, and the pancakes were fluffy and tasted great--definitely a comforting and satisfying choice. I also ordered a Bloody Mary, which ended up being a little too spicy for me, but to be fair, the server did ask if I wanted it spicy and I said yes, so that one's on me. Service-wise, our server seemed a bit rushed and could have used a little more warmth and friendliness. That said, it did feel like a particularly busy day, so I'm willing to give some grace there. The ambiance was one of the stronger points of the visit. The restaurant has a classy, well-thought-out setup with large windows that let in plenty of natural light and offer a nice view outside. The music selection was also enjoyable and added to the overall vibe without being overpowering. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with good food and a nice atmosphere. With a few small tweaks--especially in service and execution--it could easily be even better. read more
Was in Caesar Palace shops looking for a casual place to eat at 9:30p. Most places were closed or their kitchen was closed & only serving drinks. This place was recommended by a server at another closed restaurant. It was exactly the small bite place that we were looking for. They are located right off the front desk in Caesar Palace hotel. Came here after our flight landed and after checking into the hotel. Was starving and wanted to have a drink before we went back to rest from our long flight. Sorry, I didn't take pictures of our meal. I guess I was so hungry I didn't think. But, the drinks were on point. The bartender definitely didn't skimp on the alcohol. But, let me tell you about our meal or shall I say my meal. Since I can't remember what my husband ordered. I had ordered the chicken ceaser salad. Omg! It was so good. The chicken was juicy and the salad was filling. I think the best part was the fried cheese crisp and the bread stick that served as croutons. It was so good. Being incredibly hungry from all the winning (of $10) we were doing the night before, we decided to stop by Cafe Americano in Caesars, a modern breakfast spot with a nice decor and view. We walked in pretty early with no reservation and were seated very quickly. Although we didn't make one, we definitely recommend making reservations as Vegas itself can be extremely busy and it's better safe than sorry. The interior is clean and sleek with both indoor and outdoor options available. Our server was pretty nice and attentive, making sure we were always taken care of despite him seeming to be the only one on duty. For our food we went the route of their buttermilk pancakes with a side of bacon and their breakfast burrito. The food took a bit of a while even with there being not too many people so heads up on the wait time. When we finally got everything it looked very good. The pancakes are light and fluffy with powdered sugar sprinkled atop and the bacon is cooked well. To be honest, the pancakes and bacon were okay. Definitely better than the average diner, but nothing to write home about. The breakfast burrito was okay as well. They seemed to go light on the inside with each bite leaving a bit more to be desired. The flavors of the eggs, chorizo, cheddar, and avocado were well balanced though and the side of breakfast potatoes was a nice compliment to the meal. Cafe Americano is a decent breakfast spot but one we would say is more of a convenience than a go to. The food is alright, but the setting and service are good. Unfortunately for the meal you eat, you pay the Vegas price and for how much it is by the end of it, there is probably better value and food to be found elsewhere. This is a good spot to go to if you want breakfast and you're staying in Caesars, otherwise it's a skip. read more

Food: my husband ordered the CA breakfast sandwich which he swears is so good! And I ordered the avocado burrata toast which is hands down the best one I've tried. Our order came freshly made and tastes so exquisitely melts in our mouths. Service is amazing and prompt. Ambiance is lively and fun and energetic and everyone looks happy. read more
We were seated by the hostess stand and it took a while to get waited on. We got chicken tenders with French fries and their fish tacos. They were heavily breaded with not much flavor. The honey mustard sauce was good. It's open 24 hours which is convenient. read more
Got here a little early and tried to check in but was told to come back after 3pm. No big deal tho this place is super convenient literally right across the front desk at Caesars so it worked out perfect for me. I was waiting for my cousin to arrive and ended up grabbing a seat at the bar for a quick lunch. The bartenders were really friendly and attentive. Ordered a glass of wine and the calamari which was tasty. Perfect portion to snack on. My cousin got there shortly after and she ordered another calamari and a Caesar salad. We kept it light since we had an early dinner planned. There was a game on so the bar area got pretty lively with lots of people watching the game while we were people watching lol. Always a good time! Prices were reasonable for being inside Caesars. I recommend this place if you need a quick bite, a drink, or just somewhere easy to hang while waiting around. read more
Came down to Cafe Americano for breakfast while staying at Caesars a couple of weekends ago. We wanted coffee and food and though there appeared to be a line, it moved rather quickly and we were seated immediately upon greeting the hostess counter. They've got good breakfast/brunch options. A bit pricey, but it's Vegas. I did enjoy their Barbacoa Chilaquiles & Blueberry Granola Bowl. Hubby ordered their Oatmeal & All American Breakfast. I enjoyed my cappuccino, while hubby enjoyed his cafe latte. Recommend coming here if you're staying at or nearby Caesars since they're open 24 hours. read more

Breakfast was really good and reasonably priced for Vegas especially but giving 4 stars because of service. Service was slow and when our server did come over, she was super rude and inpatient. Omelette was delicious though and cute, easy breakfast spot. read more

This restaurant is located conveniently at hotel check in and is open 24 hours. We went on a Saturday morning and there was a line to get in. The restaurant was very crowded. It took about 30 minutes for our food to come out but it was fine since we weren't in a rush. We ordered 2 coffees and 2 breakfast meals. Our total before tip was over $70. Seemed high for breakfast but that's normal for Vegas. read more

Popped in here for a bite to eat I end up getting the Cuban. It was really good had a lot of meat. It was big. I ended up eating just half. I wish I could've just ordered half but I'm not sure if you can order just half. Had good flavor and grilled nicely .my husband got the steak and eggs. The steak was tender then we got Arnold Palmer's for drinks. I actually took my husband arugula salad that came with his steak and I put it on my sandwich and that hit that was good. The decor was fun. The service was great. Our waitress was very nice she took good care of us . this is in the Caesar and I believe they're open 24 hours so that makes it very convenient. read more
