The host was equally unprofessional and dismissive, offering no help whatsoever. The next day, I was told to come in with my receipt for a full refund. When I showed up, Alex completely backtracked and offered only 25% back, blaming "tough times" and low profits. That is not the customer's problem--it's unacceptable to mislead customers and then refuse to stand behind your word. This place is clearly poorly managed, lacks basic customer service, and does not value its customers at all. I strongly recommend staying away.

The food was truly amazing, it was like home cooking at its finest! The woman at the register was very patient while waiting for us to decide what we wanted, as we weren't from the area, nor familiar with the food they had to offer. She was so kind while taking our order, and serving us in the dining area. Another woman was kind enough to bring crayons and paper out for my 3 year old to color on while we waited for our sandwiches(: The place feels like home when you walk in, it's bright, warm, cozy, and smells like great food and baked goods that's done with love and care.
