Waited 25 mins for our food. Our food came out cold. Meat was processed. Ick! Panera you can do better than this.

This Panera isn't the best.... they are always out of something, to the point where I can never go there and get what actually want. Then theres the fact that their service is usually mediocre and they don't make a point of trying to move in a timely manner. They have also forgotten ingredients in my food, like the chicken I added and payed for to my greek salad, and today when they forgot to put the red onions in my salad. I will be commuting to the Panera in plymouth from now on. read more

I always use Rapid Pickup because it it always a zoo. Unfortunately it never saves me time. I wait 15-20 mins beyond my pick up time to get my food every single time. read more

The service here is terrible. In our order we had asked for 4 cheese souffle and a spinach artichoke souffle. They didn't have a spinach one so they said they replaced it with another four cheese, which was more than okay. However, when I got home I realized it had bacon in it and we couldn't eat it because of religious restrictions. Additionally, they didn't even box the souffles, they just stuck it in a paper bag. And if that wasn't bad enough they added insult to injury by hanging up on me twice when I tried to reach out to the manager. Save your money and just go to another location or a different establishment, clearly they don't care about their customers here. read more

Absolute worst experience ever. We waited 35 minutes for our food. Our food sat under heat lamps for easily 10 minutes but they wouldn't let us grab it because they had to deliver it to tables. Food was cold when we finally did get it. This has happened to us multiple times at this location. They need to hire staff that can keep up with the lunch crowds. read more

We use to love Panera, but this is the last time we're eating here! Soups are good, but the chicken salad sandwich had maybe a tablespoon of chicken, all lettuce and dried out bread. Way too expensive and subpar food. Too many other places in the area to waste anymore money at this Panera. read more

Poor service. Watch out for hair in your salad. Stop by here with the family and I ordered chili and salad combo. After just a few bites of salad, I discovered a long hair in the salad. Took it back for a replacement and was told that it'll be ready soon. Decided to eat my chili first, waited for 10 minutes and still no salad. I went back to the front and asked for it. Told me that it will be ready soon. I finished my chili and decided to wait for another 5 minutes, still no salad. I decided that I didn't want it anymore so I went back and told the server that I didn't want it anymore. She asked if I wanted it to go, I said no thank you, are you kidding me? Got a to go order of egg sandwiches and when I got home they were very poorly made egg was not cooked even for sunny side up and all over the bag/container. When trying to re do the order I was put on hold for quite awhile . Would not recommend to go unless you can check your order read more

I ordered catering for lunch today and not only was the order late, when I called to ask where the driver was and to let them know the driver was late I was hung up on. I would not recommend the Maple Grove Catering Hub if you need dependable delivery service. Definitely not suitable for corporate use. read more

The food is good - great sandwiches. But you will have to endure the service. First you stand in a long line hoping (wrongly) that it will move along quickly. The Sunday morning I was there only two registers were open, and a lot of discussion and explanation seemed to go on. Apparently I was not the only person there for the first time. When I finally ordered my name was taken for the very simple breakfast sandwich. 18 minutes later my name was called. It took that long to ensure my breakfast would be served cold. During that 18 minutes I watched the line. At least 1 out of every 3 groups left in frustration before ordering. While I ate my chilly breakfast, I watched an even higher percentage walk out on the lunch line. Their breakfast is mediocre. Their sandwiches are wonderful. Is it worth the wait when so many restaurants are within a block or two of this one? It's up to you! read more

As always the meal was good, relatively fresh, and healthful. It would be a better experience if somehow the dining area could be arranged such that it doesn't feel that everyone is dining right on top of each other. It's difficult to feel you're having a nice meal just with your party, instead of folks constantly brushing past and hearing other conversations as well as your own. I will continue to fine here though for the predictably good, healthful food. read more

Hit or miss at this place, this time was a miss. Got home with my "pick 2", steak with white cheddar and broccoli with cheese soup. Soup was wonderful, sandwich was BAD. Meat was so tough I could not chew it. I drove the 7 miles back to MG and they gave me a partial refund. If I were manager I sure would not offer a disgruntled customer a partial refund on a bad meal. The right way is a full refund AND a coupon for a free sandwich to get the client to return without risk. I guess the manager can always look forward to a career in fast food. I have been going to this Panera for the past couple of years and I really enjoy the food. They have a pretty good variety and Ive never had any food turn out bad. The one reason I don't enjoy going as much anymore is because of the prices. I feel they are a little to expensive for the amount of food you are given. And every little thing costs extra, which gets frustrating. Overall good food but can get expensive for how much you are given. read more

panera messed up my order again! i went there with my friend earlier and we both ordered a pick two with LARGE smoothies and we were only given smalls. they also didn't give us a receipt to say that they got the order wrong. i had paid for the two large smoothies and got ripped off because they didn't give the correct size; also when we were waiting for our food one of the workers wouldn't stop staring at us and made us both uncomfortable. in my opinion panera has gone very downhill since the remodel. read more

i waited 30 minutes for a bagel. they didn't put the peanut butter on the plate. when they brought the food they were very rude. didn't say have a good day or anything what so ever like that. when i asked for peanut butter they said "one second" i waited 20 minutes for the peanut butter. very horriable experience. i will not be coming back. i have never been treated like this at any other place before and i am very hurt by this experience. shouldn't even earn one star read more
