My usual order is the chicken frontega panini, which is so juicy and delicious that I was excited to get it again ! I also am a huge fan of the green goddess salad and love the creamy dressing that comes with it ! I ordered the frontega chicken panini and switched it up to the farmhouse crunch salad, which was quite tasty-- however, it tasted like there was something different about the sandwich than usual. I couldn't identify what it was -- a different bread maybe ? Something felt off. It was still tasty, just different than how it normally tastes. French Dipper was totally disappointment. When I first saw the package I thought it was a fat egg roll lol. It was really small it wasn't even half it was more like a fourth. Stopped in for a later lunch on a Saturday. Was hoping the crowds would be a little slower at 1:30 but it was packed. Parking at this location is a bit tricky as the small lot is shared by multiple stores so you might end up in the next lot over. Opted to order at the kiosks instead of in person based on lines but the kiosks has on e not working and the one we choose only registered the "touches" about 1/2 the time so that resulted in a bit of frustration. We got everything ordered for our group of 4 and waited for our text to say food was ready. The wait took a bit longer than expected, to the point where one of our group went up to check status since the kiosk orders didn't appear to be on the order board. We got a variety of items (flatbread, Mac and cheese, sandwich, soup and a warm bowl) and food was tasty all around and consistent with what we've tried at other Paneras. I noticed that ham came back to the menu as protein ingredient for the sandwich. That was really good. I had a ham, egg and cheese sandwich for breakfast and it was absolutely delicious. Super slow, disorganized, and mediocre food. Like everywhere, Panera is understaffed. They have one cashier on a Sunday at noon & yet they're continuing to take online orders. Work on the brick & mortar customers first, if you can't handle doing both. They have ordering kiosks, however none of them had the pagers filled. We had to enter our name on the kiosk. We were told that our name would then be called once our order was ready. 25 minutes later our order was set up on the table, but our name was never called. We were right next to the table, so it wasn't like we didn't hear it. As for the food, the steak & cheddar sandwich I ordered was full of pickled onions & very little meat. My grandma's turkey sandwich was overflowing in Mayo. Very little care for presentation, as both sandwiches were falling out of the bread. Staffing issues can't be helped, but you can certainly make your team more efficient & it was clear that this wasn't happening at Panera. I'll try elsewhere next time read more

Panera is pretty nice in that you know you'll be able to get a satisfying, relatively healthy meal there that will probably meet whatever diet stipulations you may have. I really like their green goddess cobb salad, their mac n cheese (obviously), and a lot of their seasonal items. However, sometimes the prices seem a bit high for what you get, their rewards program is frustrating, and the service can be lacking. We ordered Panera to go yesterday. I asked for an apple and a lentil quinoa bowl with an egg. I got a rotten apple and a sparse lentil quinoa bowl with no egg. There wasn't much substance to it, it was tiny for the price, and the flavor wasn't that great either. It was very salty and had an acrid/sour flavor. Really an inedible meal. We called to let them know what happened with our order, and the best they could offer us was a free fountain drink next time. They also tend to be insanely busy during the lunch rush, so plan accordingly. The number of negative things I'm saying might make my 3-star rating seem too high, but honestly most of the food is pretty good, it will meet your health needs if you're vegetarian, vegan, keto, gluten free, organic, non-GMO, etc., and it's a decent fast-casual option. It just may not be the best fast-casual in the Arbor Lakes area. (Try Naf Naf if you haven't. It's not health food, but it'll make your pupils dilate and your mouth water.) read more

For what this is, a chain place that makes just about everything, this place is a OK. They do have the best bagels around. Love the cinnamon and sugar ones with the honey walnut cream cheese, yum. I stopped here for the lunch today along with about 400 other people and got the Chicken Caesar sandwich. Very good, pretty simple but pretty good and fast. I know this is precook chicken but the veggies were fresh and overall it was good. Great bread! One thing I do really like is that on the menu board they list the calories of the sandwiches both full and half. Great idea and I wish more of the fast food style places would do this. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM! I hate to do this but I used to order a lot from Panera online once Covid started and now...let's say out of every 10 orders I've placed, 8 of them are missing something, substituted without notification ( no care of allergy), and/or the item is completely missing yet I'm still paying for it. It's unfortunate that a few bad seeds ruin it for the restaurant. It even requires on all take out orders for someone to check the order, initial it, and date and time. I've never had that filled out. I've been promised refunds and never received them, I've been charged multiple times for the same order ( honestly it makes no sense, I'm a total food delivery gal). I tried to order at Maple Grove, MN. It would not allow me to select the time I wanted. I called and spoke to Brandon. He said they are not open for pick up at 9:00 AM. There is nothing on the web site. He suggested I try another location. I asked where and he said Brooklyn Park is open. I asked for the location and he didn't know. I found Brooklyn Park on you web site but they are closed on Friday. I decided to try Plymouth and made my order. I found if you want the order sliced you have to search around for this option. If it was my choice I would go to Brugger's since they have an easy web site and customer service skills. I tried to call the Panera customer service 855-372-6372. After 23 minutes on hold I hung up. Maple Grove is the hub for food lunch and dinner. There is alot of options. I have always loved Panera. I got a Thai chicken salad and the French onion soup. The food came fairly quick and tasted great. It does get really busy here during lunch rush. I love that they hire older individuals looking for some extra income. My husband and I received food on dirty plates that had a red waxy residue on it and food from a previous meal. I told the manager about and she looked at me quizzically and I asked if I would like our food remade. The stations where you deposit empty dishes and trash were completely full and stacked up high because there was nowhere else to put things. When we asked for napkins because they were out or a to go box, the staff was more interested in talking amongst themselves than wanting to help out. Today was very busy and I'm not complaining about the service but the salad portion for the large was smaller than other Panera places. And the salad was just slight on everything for a large salad. My mom had a pick two and the soup was fine, but the portion size on the salad was too small and there was way too much dressing. She couldn't eat it. I have been going to this Panera for at least a couple of years now. One of my favorite sandwiches was the Roasted Turkey Avocado BLT. It had chunks of juicy turkey and plenty of avocado.I got one today and was extremely disappointed to see the typical slices of turkey cut from what appears to be a a processed roll and a skimpy amount of Avocado. I usually get my lunch there 3 times a week when in town for 14 days and invariably eat breakfast there on weekends. I will now be examine my other choices. I hate to see the quality going down like this. I am a huge fan of Panera Bread, but this one is mediocre at best. I'm sure they are a busy location, but they have never been that busy when I've been there, but there is always a lot of confusion. It's hard to find a clean table, because they don't tend to the dining area very well. We ended up cleaning off our own table, and this happened the last time I was here! This Panera Location is GREAT! I've always been a fan of this place but I have a new found appreciation for them after having an event catered by them. From the moment I picked up the phone to place my very large order (50 guests) to the actual delivery of the order they never missed the mark. The caterer, Jackie, was very nice and helpful and was very flexible when I had to call and change my order totals twice. My last modification was a day prior. On the day of my event they delivered my order exactly where I needed them too (the building was quite large and I asked for a specific door), and the order was all exactly what I had asked for and very neatly packaged. The delivery man was very nice and polite and even helped set up the sandwich boxes and soup. Needless to say my guests were all quite pleased. If I have other events in the area I will most definitely use this location again! read more

I called and the manager put all the blame on door dash driver saying it happens "all the time". Didn't offer to get my food to me or even ask if I wanted to come pick it up! This is a very friendly people for old, young, and everywhere in between. Many pastries typically sell out before lunch time, so go for breakfast if you want pastries or soufflés. This place gets really busy on the weekends for breakfast and lunch. read more

Very disappointing. Expected more but standards have been lowered. Wish they had spent the remodeling money on their menu. The souffle is about half crust which is not what I paid for. Plus you don't get credit for your order with the benefits program.
