It's taken me a while to warm up to the new location. I thought the new one to stark and not as comfortable as the old one. But, the people are very friendly and helpful. Went the other day with a friend for lunch again. It continues to be "ok", however the last two times there I noticed the ingredients have gotten skimpy. The Asian Apple salad has few apples or anything else last time, and I always have to ask for a little extra dressing unless I want a dry salad. The other day I got their 4.99 or $5 pick how many you like thing. This time I got the walnut cranberry chicken salad. It was hard to taste any walnut or cranberry and I kid you not the cranberries were cut to the size of 1/2 a grain of rice and the walnuts were not to be found. They were probably in there in the same size as the cranberries so the whole thing was bland and a little dry as well. I also got the French onion soup. It was ok. Not the best but not bad. My friend got the salad with all the fresh fruit and it looked delish and had plenty of fruit. She also got the Dragon fruit energizer drink or some such which looked delish and is pictured. So pretty. She liked it. I got hot tea and it was good. Kinda serve yourself, with the tea and the water could have been hotter. Another ok visit to Panera but nothing to get excited about for a $15 lunch. read more

Date of visit: September 11, 2025 I stopped here to pick up some soup for a friend that had a procedure where he couldn't eat for a significant amount of time and soup is his jam--he could eat soup in 100 degree weather, wearing a fur coat! The cafe was bright and clean, not sure if it's new as I am not from the area but either way it was in very good condition, which I appreciated. There was a mother and daughter in front of me ordering and they were acting as though they had never placed an order at a restaurant before, including the mother trying to pay for the order with a Chipotle gift card... I interacted with them, making light of the situation but the cashier, Gina, just looked at us all awkwardly the entire time. When it was my time to order, Gina handled the order efficiently, even patiently typing in all of the numbers of my eGiftCard, and my friend thoroughly enjoyed the soup and bread! read more

Food was OK. It's not the best kind of food if you're more than like a if you're like just want some sandwich and soup I would go to like Jimmy John's for like a sandwich or somewhere else like like Adam's deli but this was like very it's like very expensive for like medium quality food servers was fast, but there was like no one in the restaurant so it was all right. Takes 10 min to get a drink with the drink subscription. 10 minutes just for a cup! People have gotten their food orders b4 I can get a cup. Also had numerous times, when I order on the app, and go inside, my name will be on the board, and poof! My name disappears, and no order. When I finally corral someone about my order, they say they never got it. What!? My name was on the board! So go to the counter and order at register, the app & online orders are glitchy as heck. Coffee canisters are often empty, same as the empty 1/2&1/2 containers. When I told a manager about that, she was very rude. (just do your friggen job). Last week they literally ran out of large cups and 1/2 & 1/2. Obviously managers aren't on top of things. Building is two years old and very cold atmosphere. The old place across the street was much more cozy, with a fireplace too. New place feels like a McDonald's. read more

Ok...the restaurant is always clean, the food is usually good so the justification for my 2 star review is the ambiance. Obnoxious cackling and loud banter between the employees is downright insufferable. I visit this cafe a few times/week and as I sit and try to enjoy my meal and catch up on socials peacefully, the employees sound like they're literally having a party in the back. AT EVERY VISIT! Loud conversations and literal yelling amongst employees with a constant ear piercing cackle of a particular laugh coming from the back. PLEASE tone it down a little and be respectful of the customers trying to enjoy a peaceful meal or cup of coffee. read more

Shoutout to Phillip at Panera Bread -- this man deserves a raise, a crown, and maybe his own juice line. We came in totally indecisive and chaotic (as one does when faced with too many juice options), and he was beyond patient. Like, saint-level patient. He let us sample all the juices, gave solid recommendations, and never once made us feel rushed or annoying. Super friendly, super helpful, and honestly made our whole experience way better than expected. If you're lucky enough to get Phillip when you go in, you're in good hands. read more

The food is good. This is my go to every time. It's my favorite place. But how is it that no one has ever complained about the take-out portion size and the dining portion size?? The differences in the amount of food are so visible. It's ridiculous. I've asked a couple of staffs and they told me that it is the same portion. So what did I do? This place is circling the toilet. All products are much smaller. Most are not baked there anymore. White Miche bread is much smaller, rendering much smaller slices. The crew has lost their politeness and seem snappy. The store cnnot diferentiate Gloden Brown bagels with medium and most offen throww a burnt edge bagle on you plate. Beautiful store/restaurant and the staff is very friendly and attentive. I could not be happier with my purchase of an Asagio Bagel, doused with Honey and a Slab of Cream Cheese. When this is folded over like a Cannoli it changes the whole experience of devouring this incredible edible creation. 3rd visit since October 14th. Then they had 4-5 bagels left at 6PM. But on the last 3 visits, all Friday nights, including tonight, there were no bagels, none. The workers at my Panera Bread always treat me very well. Ever since the location move, Panera Bread has never been the same. The dining room went from calm and relaxing to very bright and loud. It feels very tight-packed like I'm in everyone's business. Don't even get me started on the parking lot. I was not very fond of my last visit to Panera. I went to order online like usual and noticed that they "enhanced" their sandwiches. In case you didn't know, "enhanced" stands for smaller bread and no mayonnaise. I tried the ciabatta breakfast sandwich and it was very good but the egg was cold. If it was warm it would have been very good! The new design of the Panera is nice but I miss the secluded booths and study type areas. The open design is not ideal to utilize the space for work. read more
