    Panera Bread in Medford, OR.

Disappointing lunch order @ Panera Bread in Medford, OR. I'm not surprised that once the hype of Panera Bread opening up in this town settled down, they wouldn't be an anticipated lunch destination. They've gone down hill since their glory days from decades past. This was my second visit here and I used the kiosk to place my order, as did others since no employee was present to personally take orders. I tried ordering a 'pick 2' with one of my items being salad. I tried to choose multiple salads and every time it said 'no romaine or iceberg lettuce is available at this time' like seriously?!? So yeah, what I ended up getting was just 'okay'. I didn't like that they added the tortilla strips into the soup container so by the time I was ready to eat it, I had a soggy mush on top of perfectly good soup. Like who does that? Also, the sandwich didn't have its ingredients evenly distributed, so I had to bite into certain spots here and there... No care with the food they serve to patrons. What's on display? Sugar-filled pastries and a gross selection of over-priced drinks. I had to ask for a code just to use the bathroom and the employee I tracked down clearly did not want to be there. This is not a place I would enjoy dining in, and would happily go to Chick-fil-A across the street. I will not be returning.

Sad. The pic I've attached is of the flat as a slice of toast Cinnamon Crunch Bagel I received just this morning. Flat as toast and barely toasted. This is one of my favorite items from Panera Bread; ruined the anticipated experience. If this is the "quality" you plan to deliver, please just close up shop and I'll get them when I travel. I'd rather wait, than to be served this poos quality food. Judging from other recent reviews, I'm not alone. what is the problem with this store! Know this same message will be sent to Corporate.

Someone doesn't know how to slice a tomato or tell if an avocado is ripe.

Normally, I really like tuna fish, but the tuna fish sandwich I bought at Panera Bread today was not good. They definitely need to work on quality control. The hard center of the tomato was left in, and half of the avocado was completely inedible. It was hard as a rock. When you pay extra for avocado, it should at least be edible.

Pretty sure this was 8 ounces. And not even full this is before a sip.

Panera has really gone downhill. I grew up in Florida and used to love this place. I was so excited Medford was getting one. I have been three times and every single time I get half of what I ordered. The first being a large soup. They gave me a small cup I paid for the full. The second time I went I got a 16oz smoothie it was clearly 8 ounces if not smaller bc the cup wasn't even full. The third time and last time I will ever go I got a parfait that was half the size as advertised and had three pieces of fruit in it. Save your money and go somewhere else. Extremely frustrating to have false advertising on the items you order. Panera = crooks.

Great sandwich's, really picked up the service. It used to be a bad establishment but now the food is pretty good.

Super friendly staff will walk you thru their cheesy offerings. They also sell a variety of…read moreproducts from other cheese makers, as well as other goodies to pair with your cheese like Olympic Provisions and Molinari meats. We shared a classic rogue grilled cheese ($8) and 12oz tomato soup ($6). While super satisfying, including the bread they used, I personally would have loved more blue! We picked up some of the Rogue River Blue (made with AUTUMN milk, wrapped in Syrah leaves soaked in pear spirits - mind blowing) and the new BluZu (soaked in yuzu-infused sake) and are looking forward to enjoying them at home. There are some indoor seating as well as outdoor tables. There was a steady flow of patrons as soon as they opened, so can see them getting super busy and probably a bit of a wait to taste if visiting later, especially on a weekend or holiday.

All of thier cheese is phenomenal! The service wasn't as great as I would like but I still walked…read moreaway with almost $60 in cheeses . I most certainly would have purchased more Cheese had I had the right service /education on the available Cheese in their showcase. In addition, I had planned on buying a grilled cheese sandwich, but it looks like they had cleaned up everything and I didn't see any evidence of any sandwiches being made and I was there around 2:30pm on a Tuesday. I look forward to trying one next time . I'm really looking forward to putting the Caveman Blue or the Crater Lake Blue in a burger with barbecue sauce and grilled onions The Cotswald has chives in the cheese and is an amazing cheese thst would be magnificent on top of a baked potato or in mashed potatoes.. While I was in the creamery I met another woman that had driven all the way from San Diego just to get some cheese! Now that's dedication and shows the loyalty for their Cheese.. The creamery has a very well organized shop inside including various pastas, jams and sauces. Outside there was a lovely seating area. Since I had purchased some wine earlier and forgot a wine key to open them thankfully they had them available for sale. Advice on parking there is no parking out front or back. You'll have to park before you get to the creamery in the larger parking lot and walk about 100feet. My overall rating of the cheeses ..5 Service .... 4 Cleanliness...5
