I typically visit Panera when I'm up visiting my parents in NWI. They are one of the few bagel places near their house, and I do love me some bagels. The bagels are not as good as Einstein Bros, but they're fairly good. Their sandwiches and soups are really great. For lunch I always get the you-pick-two option so I can get both. This location is pretty standard. It always looks clean and is well stocked. The service is not the fastest, but that may just be the nature of selling and toasting bagels. read more

I stopped in the drive thru this morning and ordered a cranberry/orange muffin. There was only 1 car ahead of me and they were already at the window. I ordered and drove up. After less then a minute, the car in front of me received their two drinks and drove off. I pulled up. After several minutes, and after observing two employees chit chatting and enjoying a beverage, it was obvious to me that I wasn't a concern for them. I left. Drive up service their has always been slow, so I don't stop there often, but this experience wasn't just slow in my opinion, it was rude and disrespectful. I won't be returning. read more

During a recent order I was constantly getting cut off during my order with rude remarks such "we can't do that"! - Well I wasn't aware , that's why I asked ... anyway , I'll continue to come here as it's the closest for me. Even though we had a long and complex order she served us in a timely and incredibly friendly manner! We are regular Panera customers in Los Angeles and while we have always been satisfied with our local Panera, we have NEVER experienced that level of customer service at any other Location. Panera's food is a good healthy option but customer service has really gone downhill. On top of that, prices have gone up considerably and they also put you in an awkward position of asking if you'd like to tip the employee taking your order. You also get the option of a "pastry treat" for an additional 99 cents - not bad if you dig sweets. The food is always great. The service is always fast and polite. I've been to this Panera once before and the food was good. Today I ordered the half Big Kid Grilled Cheese and half Chicken Ceasar Salad. I'd call the sandwich more semi grilled, but it was still good. I was surprised how large the salad was for a half order. Now I've never heard of a pre frozen salad before, but this one had to have been. The lettuce and chicken were so cold it hurt my teeth. I couldn't even get a fork into the croutons, so scouped a couple up and they were actually chewy. The chicken was flavorless and tasted processed. I'm giving two stars for the chunk of bread that came with the salad. Crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Absolutely delicious! Best part of the meal. read more

I eat at several different locations and I love all of them, except for this one. The drive thru staff always makes me feel like I'm bothering them. The last time I was there I was told I could only have bread with my salad. I know this is not true, because I've always had my choice of bread, apple, or chips. Jelly's is at the opposite side of the plaza and has a healthy selection as well. I might have to wait a little longer for my meal there, but this Panera has made the wait worth it. read more

This restraint is great and there should be more around. With all these amazing attractions the only bummer thing about the place is the prices. They are a little bit on the expensive side. The expense is worth it though. Not only is there great food the service is amazing and fast. Along with the expenses there are deals so that the consumer can get their money worth.
