The grilled cheese was perfect! So delicious! The split pea soup w/ homemade croutons and tiny bits of ham throughout sure hit the spot on this cold winter day. The place was very clean and cozy and there was a bit of a lunch rush so they definitely have a good reputation. Would love to see them expand their footprint. Instead, after taking my money, they sold their big house, disconnected their phone, and left for the state of Florida in an RV. I was left trying to figure out what happened to the money I worked hard for. What makes this hurt even more is the trust I placed in them. They presented themselves as Christians and people of integrity. I took them at their word. Unfortunately, their actions have left me questioning whether those words meant anything at all. I am a veteran, and I know what trust, honor, and keeping your word are supposed to mean. This post is a warning: Please be extremely careful before doing business with these people. I trusted them. It cost me $10,000. I'm not posting this because I want sympathy. I'm posting it because I don't want someone else to make the same mistake I did. DO NOT LOAN THEM MONEY.

From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming and quick to check in, answer questions, and make sure we had everything we needed. Good service always makes a difference, and the team here definitely stood out. The food was excellent and exactly what I was hoping for. Everything we ordered was delicious and very much on par with the other Nan Xiang locations I've visited. The soup dumplings were great, and honestly everything coming out of the kitchen looked good enough to make us want to order more. We came for lunch on a Sunday and were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't incredibly busy. Whenever I pass by Nan Xiang locations in New York, LA, and other cities, there always seems to be a long wait during normal meal hours, so being able to sit down without dealing with a huge crowd was a very nice surprise. The prices did seem slightly higher than I remembered, although that could easily be because this is a newer location--or just my memory failing me. Either way, the quality of the food and service made it feel worthwhile. We definitely over-ordered and ended up taking plenty of food home for leftovers, which is never a bad problem to have. Everything held up well, and I was more than happy to have another meal waiting for me later. Between the delicious food, surprisingly easy Sunday lunch experience, and especially the friendly staff, this was a really enjoyable visit. Being Vietnamese, finding Vietnamese food in the area is practically impossible and finding one with a good banh mi is even harder! Loved this place, their pork had a fantastic flavor. The sauce with the summer rolls was delicious and the beef is so tender in the banh mi. The spring rolls were okay but the rest of the grilled pork and rice was good. Wonderful food truck, I'll be stopping there everytime I can when I'm out there. Don't trust the ones who complain about their service... they just sound like some impatient Karens.
